About: Passionate. Reliable. Pet-Focused. Hi! I would love the opportunity to care for your pets! I have an Animal Science degree from Utah State University, in addition to hands-on experience from both the Nevada and Cache Valley Humane Societies. I've worked with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities—handling everything from feeding and walking to fun, enriching playtime. In addition to my small animal care experience, I spent two years working at a large animal veterinary clinic, giving me a well-rounded background in animal health and behavior. With over five years of trusted pet and house sitting experience, I take pride in being professional, respectful of your home, and fully dedicated to your pet’s well-being. I believe in leaving your space cleaner than I found it, and always treat your pets like my own. Whether you need a dependable daily walker or an experienced sitter, I’m flexible, reliable, and here to help. When your pet is with me, they’re truly in great hands! In addition to my online master's program, I offer flexible pet care services. I understand the importance of consistency and reliability when it comes to caring for your pet, and my adaptable schedule ensures I can accommodate your pet’s needs around my other commitments. Whether you need regular visits or occasional care, I’m available to provide the attention and care your pet deserves. I provide personalized, in-home care for cats and dogs, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable in their familiar surroundings while you're away. Each visit is tailored to your pet's routine and needs—whether that means feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes or taking dogs out for potty breaks. I spend quality time with every pet, offering companionship, play, and gentle attention to reduce stress and keep them happy. I’m also experienced with administering medications and following detailed care instructions. My goal is always to provide peace of mind, knowing your pet is well cared for in their own home.
“Dorine was able to sit for two days/nights at the last minute. She is very experienced and followed all the instructions to the letter. Niko appeared well cared for when I arrived back home and she left my house neat and tidy. I hope to have her as a sitter again!”

“Heather is great! First of all, Heather truly loves and respects pets. It is very reassuring to know your pets will be well taken care of. She will send cute pictures every day of your precious pets. Heather is effecient and knowledgeable and follows up with what ever schedule you give her. She will leave your house in perfect condition and you will find your pets relaxed and unstressed. We recommend her 100%!!”

“Sofia has gone above and beyond caring for our 4 dogs while we were out of town. Her sweetness and attention to detail with our dogs, made us feel not worried. Usually our dog Feebs barks at sitters, and she didn’t with Sofia. We would definitely love to bring her to sit for us again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!!!!”

“Erin is awesome and my three dogs love her! She works with dogs regularly, so I knew she would be able to handle the chaos. 😂 This was the first time she watched them, and since it went well, I hope to hire Erin again!”

About: Over the years, I’ve lovingly cared for dogs and cats of all ages, including puppies, seniors, and pets with special needs. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do it’s something I’ve dedicated my life to. From daily walks and feedings to administering medications, I treat every pet as if they were my own. With my background in animal health and hands-on experience, you can trust that your pets will be safe, happy, and deeply cared for while you’re away. I work full-time during the week at an animal hospital, but I’m fully available on weekends and weeknights after work (I typically get off around 5:30 PM). I also have one day off during the week that I dedicate entirely to caring for your pets. When I’m house sitting, I’m able to stay with your pets for most of the day and overnight, and on the days I do work, I always return afterward. Your pets will receive my full attention, including walks, feedings, and plenty of love and care while you’re away. With my vet tech training, I’m confident administering medications, following feeding routines, and handling dogs with different needs. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.

Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a caring and reliable cat sitter!”

About: Growing up on a small farm has given me plenty of experiences with all kinds of animals, from dogs & cats to goats & chickens. My highest priority is making sure pets feel comfortable and safe. I adapt to your pets- not the other way around. I’ve been petsitting for years and I love it so much it’s now my full time job. I enjoy organizing my schedule and making sure I can give punctual care to new and returning clients. I have lots of experience with many different kinds of animals, all with their own quirks and needs. I’m hyper vigilant about making sure cats & dogs are supervised, and creating a risk free environment for everyone’s peace of mind.
About: I've had multiple pets for the last 30 years, which has given me deep insight on animals and their varying needs. I have cared for neighbors' and friends' cats and dogs for over 20 years and have loved the relationships I've built with animals and their families over the years. I work part-time currently and have a lot of flexibility to care for your pets! I have a big car to transport larger dogs if need be. If I visit your home to care for your cats or dog, I will spend time with them and not just be on my phone. I will keep your space safe and as clean as possible. I am comfortable giving medications to pets as I have done so for many years. I will give your pets the love and attention they need.

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong love for animals combined with the reliability I’ve built as a teacher, coach, and athletic director. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and energy levels, from playful pups to older companions who need a gentler touch. I treat every visit like I’m caring for my own pet, providing safe, attentive, and engaging care that keeps them happy, active, and loved. I work as a teacher, coach, and athletic director at a high school, which gives me a flexible schedule, especially during the summer. This allows me to provide consistent, attentive care for pets, making sure they’re fed, played with, and happy. I prefer having plans a little in advance, so weekday visits are ideal, but I’m also happy to help on weekends when needed. I prioritize creating a calm, comfortable environment where pets feel safe and at home. I enjoy visiting pets in their own residence so they can stay in their familiar space. I can take dogs for walks around the neighborhood, play with them in the front or backyard, or simply hang out and provide companionship where they feel most comfortable.

Spanish Springs pet parents share their Rover experiences
This is the second time we have used Jen and Kathy to housesit and watch our furry little monster. This was for a 9 day stretch though and the length was compounded by some recently discovered health issue with our senior dog. Jen an Kathy took great care of Paisley and other than her being a tad perturbed with us now that the excitement of us coming home has worn off, she happy as a clam and as healthy as her situation allows. Having Jen and Kathy, who have experience with Paisley’s health issues, take care of her allowed us to relax and enjoy a trip that was planned to celebrate our daughter receiving her Master’s degree. We would highly recommended using them for your pet needs.

Desiree was amazing! She adjusted her schedule after working a 12h shift to come and take care of my dogs early. They were very happy and content when I arrived home and I'm sure she gave them the care that they are used to with walks, attention and lots of treats! I can't thank her enough for the care she provided and I highly recommend her to others!

This is the second time we’ve used Makenna, but this time she house sat for three days! First time was a drop in visit. She is extremely quick to respond anytime I reached out and was super accommodating when it was looking like our flight might get cancelled. We came home to a clean house & happy pups! Will continue hiring her!!
