Lauren is polite and great with my dog who requires special attention. Very professional.
NO STARS!!! She abandoned my dog after I hired her to watch my dog. She left my dog in the care of her children who were not atentative to my dogs needs. She actually left town for the night and left my dog in the care of her children. Then when I simply knocked on her door to get my dog later, the door was not locked all the way and opened from knocking. Her husband accused me of breaking into their house. Oh yeah… real fine pieces of work here.
Lauren was so amazing! We had to find someone very quickly to watch our little one and Lauren was so accosting. Our little guy had such a great time and Lauren and her family were very friendly and amazing people. 5 stars all around!
Lauren and her family were wonderful, and Louie came home happy, well cared for, and completely exhausted from all the fun he had. It was clear he received lots of attention, and everyone was very kind when I picked him up. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because communication could have been better. I had asked for an evening update and a photo, but I didn't receive a response. I ended up sending a few follow-up messages and didn't hear back until the following morning, which left me feeling a bit worried since I hadn't heard anything about how Louie was doing. Overall, I would absolutely consider using Lauren again because I believe Louie was well taken care of. I just hope that in the future there are a few more updates and photos throughout the stay, as that gives pet parents a lot of peace of mind.
Puppy's all tired out from the day visit. Great to have her meet & socialize with other dogs. Thank you.
