Whitney was wonderful. We had to extend Ollie's stay an extra day due to having a car accident on our way home. She made everything smooth and seamless for us. She sent great pictures of Ollie during his stay, and we could tell he really enjoyed himself. He gives her a 5 Paw Star rating.
Whitney was wonderful! She took Pogi on walks and made sure he was comfortable in her home. He likes to sleep on the bed and curl up to a warm body at night and Whitney welcomed him to do so. We missed our return flight home and had to book anything we could to get back. Whitney was very accommodating and understanding. She didn’t add additional stress for us for picking Pogi up a little later than scheduled.
I can’t say enough good things about Kristi. She has been absolutely amazing with my dog and the patience of a Saint. She takes care of him like he’s her own — keeps me updated, gives him tons of love, and genuinely goes above and beyond every single time. It gives me so much peace knowing he’s somewhere he feels safe, happy, and adored. It’s truly become his second home and I’m endlessly grateful for the love and comfort she gives him.
Colleen was amazing with Archer! Took him on hikes and so many activities. He came home tired and happy. She sent lots of pictures and was very communicative. I especially appreciate how flexible she was when Winter Storm Fern delayed our return by over two days! I will definitely be booking with Colleen again!
