“This was the first time we had left our puppy, Lucy, with anyone. We were a little nervous since we did not know how she would do. Ron and his pup Lexi took great care of Lucy. Having Lexi to play with made a big difference in making Lucy feel at home. She had a great time and Ron sent lots of updates to make us fee at ease with her stay. His house was set up perfect for her safety, and she had plenty of room to play inside and out. We will absolutely use Ron again in the future.”

I have to say, it was the best decision I could have made. Kelly and Daniel are so passionate about animals. They take the dogs for walks every day, and they always send me photos in the morning and afternoon. I’m so satisfied and grateful. I highly recommend them. The price was quite reasonable. I was away for 15 days.”

“Khine was on time with drop in visits while I was away, and provided updated and photos of what she did while in my home. I didn’t expect her to even see my two extremely people-shy kitties, but lo and behold, there they were…peeking around the top of stairs on day 1 to see who was in their house. And by the end of the week, Khine was petting one of them. I would definitely use her again!”

“Catherine did a fantastic job with my cats during their drop-in visits. They were well-fed, cared for, and I loved getting the updates and photos. It gave me total peace of mind while I was away.”

Even though my little scaredy cat barely emerged from under the bed while I was gone, it was a huge comfort knowing she was in good hands with Joan, what with her experience with and fondness for animals, but also because Joan was so consistent with her visits. I would definitely book Joan again.”

About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life. growing up, our family dogs weren’t just pets, they were part of the family. From early morning walks to lazy afternoons on the couch, I learned from a young age just how much love and care dogs truly deserve. One of the biggest perks of booking with us? My wife and I both work from home full time, which means your dog is never left alone. There’s always a friendly face around, whether they’re looking for a cuddle during a coffee break or a backyard play session in the afternoon. That lifelong bond with dogs is what makes us pet sitters you can trust. When your dog is in our care, they’re not just being watched they’re being enjoyed. We make it a priority to give every pup plenty of playtime, belly rubs, and one on one attention so they feel right at home even when you’re away. We know how hard it can be to leave your furry family member behind, and we take that responsibility seriously. You can expect regular updates, photos, and a happy, tired pup when you return. 🐾 Living with our own Australian Shepherd means pet care is already woven into everything we do. About: I’ve been caring for animals from house sitting to dog walking since my teenage years, and it’s been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. Neighbors, family friends, and family have trusted me to provide exceptional care for their furry companions. My deep love for animals led me to volunteer at the UCD Vet Center during high school, where I assisted veterinarians in hands on care. Later, I dedicated time to shelters like the Davis SPCA and the Pacific Palisades SPCA in Los Angeles, working with rescue animals and learning how to nurture even the most vulnerable pets. Over the years, I’ve rescued and rehabilitated numerous animals, many of whom became cherished members of my family. It’s been an incredible journey watching them thrive, whether it’s a senior dog finding comfort or a shy kitten finally coming out of their shell. My approach is rooted in holistic care, recognizing that diet, environment, and emotional well-being are just as important as physical health. I’ve seen firsthand how natural remedies, proper nutrition, and mindful interaction can transform an animal’s quality of life. Whether your pet needs a lively walk, a playful home visit, or overnight care while you’re traveling, I’d love to be their trusted companion. I believe in tailoring care to each animal’s unique personality, whether that means helping calm anxious pups or adjusting activities for a senior dog with mobility challenges. Feel free to ask me anything—I’m happy to share references or discuss how I can best support your pet’s needs. Looking forward to meeting your four-legged family member and giving them the same love and attention I’ve given animals my whole life! I am currently really flexible with days and hours available. I am working from home right now which allows me this flexibility. Open m- f as well as weekends I have a fenced yard and one dog at home that loves and gets along with all animals and is super friendly. I have plenty of space and separate rooms in the house along with a gate I can put up if your fury love wants a little space of their own for play time!

“Destiny is fantastic! My dog Cherry is quite timid, but Destiny knew exactly what to do! She sent me ample updates throughtout the day as well as giving me a run down of how the day went when I went to pick her up. Also, she knew exactly how to introduce our dogs together (even offering a meeting time before my scheduled daycare day) as she is very well-versed in dog body language. I will definitely be a repeat customer!”

About: I had an internship with a veterinarian clinic where I learned so much about the necessary care for pets. I've even done harder tasks such as take their temperature, listen to their heartbeats, and much more. I dog sit at home for colleagues and family whenever I can because they always come to me for help. I work from home so I'm pretty available all day to keep a pet company. I can come over to the client's house to walk the dogs, feed them, or even stay the night if need be. I am very active, playful, and love to cuddle with pets. I enjoy taking dogs on walks/runs or being a couch potato with them as we watch movies.
“Jamie was a lifesaver as she was able to watch Zoey on Christmas Day at the very last minute, I’m so thankful!! Zoey always has a blast a daycare with Jamie, so much so that the last time I picked Zoey up she didn’t want to come back to my car lol! Thank you Jamie for all you do for Zoey! ????”

About: Hi, I go by Ashton. I began working with dogs in a professional setting in 2011 in Anchorage Alaska. I received my Certificate to be a Professional Dog Trainer through Animal Behavior College and immediately began working along side seasoned obedience, behavior modification and agility trainers. After some time I was able to begin mentoring new trainers in basic obedience, teaching them how to run puppy and adult basic obedience group classes. Though my profession career began in 2011, my passion for working with dogs truly started many years before that, here in Reno,NV, when I adopted a Chow Chow named Leo. I was just a teenager and Leo had come with several severe behavioral issues. He was both human and dog aggressive, destructive, not house broken, had sever separation anxiety, ran aware regularly and was leash reactive. Despite being uneducated in dog behavior at the time, I began to do my own research and was dedicated to teaching Leo how to feel safe, happy and confident so that he would overcome his many barriers. We walked every day and I tirelessly worked toward socializing him. When I moved to Alaska, I took Leo with me, he became my practice dog and we learned dog behavior together! In no time, he was attending puppy class with me, rolling on the floor letting puppies jump all over him. He was going on walks with other leash reactive dogs, HE was the calm presence that helped other dogs see that it was all okay. Leo learned to love people and other animals, he learn to trust and because of him and everything he overcame, my heart was set on making that difference in as many lives as I possibly could. In 2024, as a single parent, I made the difficult choice to "retire" from dog training to focus on feeding other passions and traveling with my daughter. During that time I have continued to have a lovely time with my own dogs and the dogs of close family members, but I am starting to feel the ache of wanting to help again. I have decided to offer limited services related to dog walking, drop in visits, play dates, nail trims and limited bathing/grooming. (Oh, did I mention I used to be a dog foster parent, groomer and kennel tech alongside my training?) I have outline my services in more detail below; however, feel free to reach out with any questions if you don't see what you are looking for! I look forward to hearing from you :) I am offering evening walks Monday - Friday, drop in visits and extended walks on Saturdays and Sundays. Dog Daycare is available for limited hours on Sundays and will be accepted on a case by case basis. Loose leash walking training can be provided in conjunction with walks at an additional cost. Please message for details. All dogs are required to be collared with identification for walks. I will request a microchip number if they have been chipped in the event of an emergency. For your dogs safety and mine: If your dog is an extreme puller, I may request to be allowed to use tools such as an easy walk harness and sort lead. If I do not have your dogs size, I may request you purchase one.
“I highly recommend Diane for dog walking! She was fantastic with Ziggy, and he had an amazing time on both walks. It was wonderful to see how much he enjoyed exploring the neighborhood with her, even though they had just met. We did have a minor hiccup when Ziggy got a little too excited and ran off while she was putting on his leash, but Diane handled it incredibly well. She quickly found him and calmed him down before putting on the leash. After their adventures, Ziggy was all tuckered out! Her patience and skill truly impressed me, and I would definitely book her again!”

“Kelly and Daniel are truly wonderful! I was so nervous about leaving my baby for the first time, but after doing a lot of research, I decided to trust them. “April and Rachel were amazing with our pups. From the moment we met them, we felt super comfortable, their home is clean, organized, and clearly set up for dogs. They introduced our pups to their sweet dog Honey, and everything felt really calm and thoughtful. They took great care of our babies, sent photos, and kept them happy and healthy the whole time. Would 100% recommend and will definitely book with them again 🤍”

“If it helps — we’re repeat clients. Shannon and David are amazing. They took such great care of Bella, were very responsive, and sent us daily photos. Highly recommend them if you want peace of mind while you’re away!”

“Shanna kept me updated daily on how my dog was doing while he was staying at her house for a week. She also went above and beyond to make him comfortable when he developed a rash from a reaction to his dog food. She even sent him home with a Valentine’s care package. I couldn’t have expected better care. Definitely will be bringing him again.”

“Millie loves going to see Megan’s family. I never worry if she’s well cared for. When my flight was delayed she was more than accommodating. Will never use anyone else🥰”

“Jacob and his fiancée did such a wonderful job taking care of Teddy! He provided photos and updates often and I was confident he was being well taken care of. My puppy always looked so happy and like he was always having so much fun!”

“Christine is fantastic! She took such great care of our girls. She really brought our Minpin mix out of her shell and was so patient with our young energetic Aussie cattle dog. Lots of communication every day and lots of pictures and videos.”

“Very communicative and took great care of our pup! It was my first time leaving our dog with someone else and she did an OUTSTANDING job, our dog settled in quick and had a great time. Thank you!”

“Christina did a fantastic job looking after our dog Aphro over Christmas and New Year’s. She treated Aphro like one of her family and kept us up-to-date on how well she was doing. I fully recommend Christina as a top rated Rover sitter and will definitely book her next time!”

“My three dogs were well taken care of if not spoiled during their week stay. My blind Chiweenie puppy fell in love with Lauren! The feeling was mutual. You cannot ask for more than that! I would recommend boarding or sitting your dog(s) with Lauren. ❤️❤️❤️”

“Wendy & Dave were absolutely fabulous! We left our two golden retrievers with them while we were away on a Christmas vacation / getaway, but I think the real vacation was the stay Emberly & Rippy had while we were away. We received so many pictures of the fun they were having. It's clear they truly loved our babies. I can't imagine a better temporary home than with Wendy & Dave. We have a couple of longer trips planned & would not consider any other boarding options. Thank you for showing our furry family so much love.”
