“Our puppies love Danielle! Getting excited as we pull up to her house and then jump out of the car and run to the door and into her place! They are so happy there. Thank you for the peace of mind, Danielle!”

“Sarah was awesome! Took a last minute booking, had to drop off early, perfectly accommodating! Took great care of my little Peanut and left me feeling very comfortable with who was taking care of my pup!”

“Kristen was a BLESSING! We had a same day request and she was able to come through! She was accommodating, flexible, affordable, friendly, easy to communicate with and took such great care of our boy! He had the BEST time! I definitely recommend booking with Kristen in the future! 🤍”

“Chelsea takes such good care of our puppy! Rue and Goose are best friends and she always comes home worn out from playing all day! Rue is so excited to stay with Chelsea for the day. Chelsea has been very flexible with our schedule and we appreciate her so much!”

“My dog left her house so happy. She had individual areas for him and slowed him to roam in those areas and the backyard. She sent lots of great pics through the day and did gray with my nervous little guy.”

“Our two pups are regulars and love Cameron and Amanda. I’ll be the first to say our female Weimaraner is high strung. Somehow Amanda worked her magic and our baby girl is calming down. I’m henceforth referring to Amanda as the Weimaraner whisperer.”

“Michelle was a wonderful host who Oliver absolutely enjoyed his time with her and her dog. He looked forward each morning to go to their place. He loved his walks & playtime & came home absolutely exhausted each day.”

“Lisa was so amazing! She kept my pup so well entertained. It took out all of his high energy, so he was super tuckered out like I was when I got him from work each night. She is super attentive to dogs needs and you can tell she loves them as much as you do!”

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for friends and family since grade school, including fostering dogs today. Both my cats lived to be in their 20’s! My summer is free for all animal needs. I am a teacher who would love to spend some time taking care and nourishing pets over my break. My schedule is open to fit all your animal’s needs! I take the safety of clients animals and homes very seriously, as if they were my own! Whether I’m stopping by to check on food, play with, walks around the neighborhood your animal is guaranteed to have a good time and look forward to seeing their buddy (that’s me!)
About: I’ve had pets in my home since I was a little girl and have always been a huge animal lover. I started pet sitting in my sophomore year of high school and have since cared for a wide variety of dog and cat breeds! I am not currently working so I have a lot of free time to spend with your pets! However, I do go to school Monday-Thursday 10:30-12:30. I will always prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety, whether I’m in your home or caring for them in mine. I try to stick to their usual routine and give them plenty of love and attention. I treat every pet like family!
“Bubble has spent wonderful time several times with Brittany and her family. Brittany was very friendly and patient. I am grateful for her extended care and attention to Bubble. Without a doubt, I look forward to booking again in the future!”

“Karly and Emily have watched my dog Nova several times now, both for daycare and for overnight stays. Nova is a sweetheart but he typically experiences pretty significant separation anxiety when he has to be watched by others. Not the case with Karly and Emily! He couldn't be more excited to visit; sometimes he doesn't want to come home. It's great to have a place I know I can leave my dog and he'll receive great care and love. Highly recommend!”

About: 1st ingredient is passion! Ive had a love for animals since is was a kid. After high school I went to school in Manhattan and worked walking dogs and was hooked. I Went on to get my certification in basic obedience training. I have worked on and off my whole life with dogs it is truly the best job in the world to me. All the years that i have been with dogs all my clients say I am trustworthy, reliable and will go beyond the call of duty to help animals. My main objective whenever I take on an animal of any kind is Safety First! I always evaluate the animal to see how it responds to its owner and then how it responds to me and then how we respond together as a pack. Even if the client tells me their animal is okay to walk with me with other animals if I sense any sort of tension I will say no. Dogs do not have the ability to reason that's why it is very very important to speak their language and sometimes that takes a lot of patience which I have because of my devotion. I am recently retired, 2 years now. That gives me a free week including weekends to provide love and care for all fur babies in need. My entire condominium is set up for Doggy Daycare and it's wonderful it's very welcoming! There are quite a few walking paths in the neighborhood! I live in a 2 story condo with 2 private balcony's. I am on the end unit and have that side of yard (not fenced) to myself. I installed 3 separate auger tie-out cables into the ground., each 30 ft. The condo association takes care of the yard so it is well maintained. This is roughly a 10 unit dwelling surrounded by houses. 75% familys. We also have our own park. walking path and a field dedicated to dogs. I live up against BLM land so there is an awesome path to walk up as well. At at Doggie Daycare they all know when it's time to go for there afternoon walks it is the cutest thing to watch them go to the front door and wait. I'm old school and still live by "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" And " treat it like it was your own" I believe all living things and non should be treated with respect. I can assure you lots of play time and love!
“My dog was happy when I picked him up. He was well fed and taken care of. I can tell when my dog has a good time at a sitters home and my dog definitely had a good time. I will rebook again :)”

“Super friendly!! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find someone to take care of my dog Edward last second so Timothy was a lifesaver!! Edward didn’t want to get in the car after so I can tell he loved spending time with him, will definitely book him again in the future!!!”

“Shannon and David accommodated my anxious pup so I could see a show while visiting Reno. Their communication and level of care were both excellent. My dog came back very happy and ready to nap.”

Northeast dog parents share their Rover experiences
If you have a dog with special needs, Shawna is your person! My elderly pup struggles with separation anxiety, so leaving her with someone new is never a decision I take lightly. But from the moment I reached out to Shawna, I felt at ease. Shawna was attentive, caring, and clearly knows how to read dogs. My girl can be a handful, she usually goes absolutely wild when she sees me after any time apart. But when I picked her up from Shawna’s, she was calm, relaxed, and happy. That told me everything. A dog doesn’t come home that settled unless she felt truly safe and comfortable the whole time. I can’t recommend Shawna enough, especially for senior dogs or pups who need a little extra patience and TLC. She will absolutely be my first call next time I need a sitter. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
