About: Besides having my own cats, I have cared for neighbors and friends cats since I was 12 years old. My own kitty is 18 years old now, requiring daily medication, baths, and health checks. I am no stranger to shy, timid kitties! But of course I would never deny a cuddle bug.

About: I’ve had cats my entire life and currently have four of my own. Many of the cats I’ve cared for have been rescues or cats that needed extra patience and socialization. I’ve also had experience helping feral and very shy cats become more comfortable around people. A typical day under my care is predictable, peaceful, and entirely low stress: Feeding, water refreshes, and calm, low-energy relief walks. I speak in a soft voice. I cohabitate quietly. If your pet chooses to sleep under my desk or across the room, I let them be. If they approach for attention, I offer gentle, calm affection. I send one or two brief text updates a day to confirm all is well. While I practice a "light touch" approach, I am highly vigilant. I will reach out if they stop drinking water or eating when they should be, taking issues like this very seriously. Signs of physical distress (pacing, heavy panting, whining, or lethargy). Changes in bathroom habits. Your pet's health is my number one priority. My place will be ready for your loved one: I pet-proof my home room-by-room, anticipating jumping, digging, scratching, chewing, or trash-rummaging, while inspecting my space from a pet's eye level. I maintain eyes on, supervise all toy playtime to prevent swallowing broken pieces. I use a gate to block access to stairs, allowing them to come upstairs when I am going upstairs.
About: I have a Norweign Elkhound. We go on walks and hikes around the park. I have experience watching small and medium dogs. I am not working right now so I can walk your dog without my dog anytime I will bring baby in a baby carrier I don’t mind going on several walks a day and giving pets love and attention. About: I grew up learning how to train and manage dogs in the home, I’ve cared for animals my whole life and trained multiple dogs. I currently care for many pets in my own home including reptiles, invertebrates, fish, and a dog. I also love caring for plants. I am a very respectful and non judgement person. I have also worked at a doggy daycare for multiple months and have been a pet parent favorite Canine Coach I’m currently a college student that has class Monday through Friday mostly in the morning with evening classes on Friday. I have experience giving insulin injections and taking blood glucose readings. I have met and cared for many of my friend’s pets of all ages and sizes and can responsibly provide all daily care for your furry babies as needed. This includes but is not limited to feeding, walking, playing, transporting, giving oral meds, and subcutaneous injections. I currently work as a teacher and have extended breaks during the fall, winter, and summer. During the school year I will have availability during afternoons and evenings for some care activities, and weekends for more. During breaks, if not traveling, and I will have a lot more flexibility daily. Update 06/08: I am currently on summer break from teaching. My weekday availability has been updated with more available times/ services. I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my 2 dogs and an indoor cat. The pets have access to the entire unit including furniture during the day and when sleeping. Our spare bedroom can be used for your pet if they are more anxious and want separation from the other animals. My dogs are crated when no one is home to supervise, and the cat has full access to the unit at all times. My pets are all friendly towards other dogs and cats. In the past when sitting for animals, I have them fall into the same routines as my animals for walking, feeding, pottying, and crating, unless specified different by the owner. When doing drop ins and house sitting, I follow all instructions left by the owner.

I currently have a job and am a college student but am able to stop in between classes, and even before/after work. I would enjoy the company during my breaks! I will ensure the pets have food and water when needed, dogs will be walked at least once in my care, I will make sure specific needs are met (ie. if pets have to be fed separately, medication, etc), and they will get lots of loves!
