I can really tell Ron took care of Scout, because when I usually leave him with friends, he is hoarse from barking, but not with Ron! About: I have owned dogs most of my life and rescued my current pup almost 2 years ago. I love helping care for dogs and am comfortable caring for dogs both well behaved and those learning manners and confidence. I have taken many training classes with my own dog and will use that experience to help train your pup as requested. I am comfortable with reactive dogs and know how to confidently handle reactions and read body language. I work 2 days a week out of town and am home with my pup the rest of the week. I will have plenty of time to care for your dogs with lots of walks, cuttles and play time/training. I will be able to accommodate most schedules on my available days and will adjust based on your dogs normal or desired schedules. I have a fenced front yard and a fenced back yard so plenty of space for the pups. I can even keep my dog and yours separate if needed. Dogs have full access to the house and there is a doggy door to the backyard so they can roam as desired.
About: Besides having my own cats, I have cared for neighbors and friends cats since I was 12 years old. My own kitty is 18 years old now, requiring daily medication, baths, and health checks. I am no stranger to shy, timid kitties! But of course I would never deny a cuddle bug.

About: I've been pet sitting for people for about three years. I have been working as a Veterinary Technician for 5 years. Now that I have my own dog I no longer do overnight stays. Here if walks, drop ins for 1+ hours if needed. I work full time. 7am-5pm 4 days a week. Always have Saturday and Sunday’s off, also usually have Wednesdays off. Willing to do drop ins before/after work if needed. As well as multiple drop ins, walks on my days off. I do have a fur baby of my own now. Her name is Josie, she is a 3 year old black lab. Unfortunately having her I can’t do over night stays. I would also leave her at home for walks with your fur baby and drop ins.
“Danika was an absolute life-saver when our cat ended up going to the emergency vet just a few days before my family and I were going on vacation for a whole week after. As he recovered from his vet visit, he required constant care which involved multiple check-ins a day, monitoring how often he drank water, ate his food, and used the litter box. He also needed to be given 3 different medications on different time schedules, 2 of which required being administered with a syringe in his mouth. Danika was able to do all of this and even texted us updates after each visit to let us know how things were going. Her availability on such short notice along with her attention to detail and genuine love and care for our cat gave us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our vacation without feeling worried the entire time. I would gladly book her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone else needing someone to look after their kitties. Huge props to Danika!”

About: I've had dogs my entire life. Right now, I share my home with my own corgi, who is fine with other dogs. I walked dogs in college, and now I am a PhD student with multiple days when I work from home. I am a PhD student and work from home several days a week, so I will be available for play time and outdoor breaks. I already have a routine with my dog where I take her out every two to three hours, but I will be available to let your pet out more often if needed. I live in a house with a small fenced yard and a nearby park for walks. I have my own dog to keep yours company.

About: I have a Norweign Elkhound. We go on walks and hikes around the park. I have experience watching small and medium dogs. I am not working right now so I can walk your dog without my dog anytime I will bring baby in a baby carrier I don’t mind going on several walks a day and giving pets love and attention. I can walk your dog as many times as you like With my baby and my Norwegian elkhound but my dog is friendly and if it's boarding just the baby. I can separate the dogs if you like

About: Hi, I’m Jenn! I grew up surrounded by dogs…especially English bulldogs, including a litter of 11! I’ve loved dogs of all kinds ever since! Big or small, chubby or lean (though I have a soft spot for the pudgy ones 😄) I love them all!! We have a lovable and highly submissive mix of pug, beagle, and English bulldog…she’s a couch potato but lights up with puppy energy when she has a furry friend around! We’re also blessed with three wonderful kids and a spacious yard, perfect for playtime and snuggles. Your dog will be treated like family here—loved, spoiled, and cherished just like our own. I can’t wait to meet your pup! ❤️ I am a stay at home mom so the yard will be available at almost anytime! Wednesdays and Tuesdays I am gone for about 3 hours but other than that they will always be intently cared and loved on! Access to water and food anytime unless told otherwise. Access to yard pretty much all day. If you have a dog that doesn’t like other dogs or children my care is not for you, our girl is very submissive so you will never have to worry about the other dog in the house! Crate must be provided but they are welcome to roam in the house if that’s what they are used to!

About: I have owned and cared for all types of animals my whole life. 90lb malamute to 7lb chihuahua. Cats, chickens, birds, horses.. i am a friend to all creatures and I would love to care for your pet while you are busy. I love long walks and am not afraid of the weather unless it effects the animal. I currently have an open schedule and am looking forward to making some cash while getting used to the area and waiting for my winter job to start. Safety is my first priority. I prefer harness while walking dogs and try to find routes away from any main or busy roads. I am prepared with dog bags and water for all pups. I enjoy long walks to a patk like area when possible.

About: Hi, I go by Ashton. I began working with dogs in a professional setting in 2011 in Anchorage Alaska. I received my Certificate to be a Professional Dog Trainer through Animal Behavior College and immediately began working along side seasoned obedience, behavior modification and agility trainers. After some time I was able to begin mentoring new trainers in basic obedience, teaching them how to run puppy and adult basic obedience group classes. Though my profession career began in 2011, my passion for working with dogs truly started many years before that, here in Reno,NV, when I adopted a Chow Chow named Leo. I was just a teenager and Leo had come with several severe behavioral issues. He was both human and dog aggressive, destructive, not house broken, had sever separation anxiety, ran aware regularly and was leash reactive. Despite being uneducated in dog behavior at the time, I began to do my own research and was dedicated to teaching Leo how to feel safe, happy and confident so that he would overcome his many barriers. We walked every day and I tirelessly worked toward socializing him. When I moved to Alaska, I took Leo with me, he became my practice dog and we learned dog behavior together! In no time, he was attending puppy class with me, rolling on the floor letting puppies jump all over him. He was going on walks with other leash reactive dogs, HE was the calm presence that helped other dogs see that it was all okay. Leo learned to love people and other animals, he learn to trust and because of him and everything he overcame, my heart was set on making that difference in as many lives as I possibly could. In 2024, as a single parent, I made the difficult choice to "retire" from dog training to focus on feeding other passions and traveling with my daughter. During that time I have continued to have a lovely time with my own dogs and the dogs of close family members, but I am starting to feel the ache of wanting to help again. I have decided to offer limited services related to dog walking, drop in visits, play dates, nail trims and limited bathing/grooming. (Oh, did I mention I used to be a dog foster parent, groomer and kennel tech alongside my training?) I have outline my services in more detail below; however, feel free to reach out with any questions if you don't see what you are looking for! I look forward to hearing from you :) I am offering evening walks Monday - Friday, drop in visits and extended walks on Saturdays and Sundays. Dog Daycare is available for limited hours on Sundays and will be accepted on a case by case basis. Loose leash walking training can be provided in conjunction with walks at an additional cost. Please message for details. All dogs are required to be collared with identification for walks. I will request a microchip number if they have been chipped in the event of an emergency. For your dogs safety and mine: If your dog is an extreme puller, I may request to be allowed to use tools such as an easy walk harness and sort lead. If I do not have your dogs size, I may request you purchase one.
About: Offering pet care in the North Valleys areas. Lots of experience with animals of all kinds, from farms to homes to cages to tanks. I currently have 5 dogs, 5 cats, 1 horse, and a bearded dragon of my own! Over the years and growing up I've owned rabbits, horses, goats, guinea pigs, cats, dogs, and cared for even more. I grew up on a horse ranch throughout my teen years and have worked with many vets (large and small animal). My availability is open and flexible. I don't travel and I don't go on vacation much, so I am always available to care for your animals. I have a huge back yard with 4-20ft dog leads that dogs go on when let outside for playtime and potty time. If needed, I have 1 large dog crate available to use and 1 small dog crate available to use, as well. All pets are treated as my own, allowed on furniture, in rooms, and are free to roam in the house at all times unless they need to be separated for safety reasons.

My partner and I have over 20 years of experience caring for animals and I am an expert at making sure your pet knows they are understood, loved, and cared for while also keeping them entertained throughout our visits :) I’m also a professional photographer so you’ll receive some great photos of your pet as well! After our visits, you’ll come home to a happy animal, a clean home, and a small treat for you and your little one! We are very fortunate to say that we do this full-time! This allows us to dedicate our full attention and time to caring for your furry (or non-furry. No judgment here!) pals when life calls you! We record the activities we do throughout the day and have entertainment, such as toys, ropes, and treats on hand at all times. We tailor each visit to your dog's needs and have experience administering medication if needed. We strive to ensure your dog is feeling happy and loved throughout our time together. We can stay with your pets in the comfort of their own home or take them with us on an adventure! It’ll be our own version of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off (more like Furries Bueller’s Day Off… too much?) You’ll receive nice photos and videos through the service and a summary of our escapade at the end of each visit! About: I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer who specializes in positive reinforcement techniques and I’d love to welcome your beloved fur babies into my loving home. I am first aid trained and insured. I spend all of my free time with my own pups and welcoming yours into my days is sure to go seamlessly. Dogs who are crate trained are preferred. I have a fully fenced yard with multiple entry/exits to the home if the need for separation presents itself. I’m fully insured, professionally certified and CPR/First Aid certified.
