About: I have had and taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I have always loved animals. I have pet sat for neighbors and friends who have relied on me to feed and take out their pets. I also worked at a dog daycare/boarding recently for a summer. I love animals and want to give them to best experience while their owners are gone! I am in school and would love to help pets get some time on walks or outside during my mid day downtime! I want to make sure I keep a routine for animals while their owners are gone. I take pride in providing the best care and following all care instructions. I have a puppy who my family and I have been training. Even though this doesn’t apply to the service I offer, He is easily crated and goes on walks well.
About: My sister relied on me to house sit and watch her dogs for a couple of weeks every summer when I was in middle and high school. I grew up with dogs and was responsible for taking them on walks, feeding them, brushing them, bathing them, and playing with them. I am between jobs so I am quite flexible right now. I am looking to get a full-time position at which point I will update my schedule here. My cats are feral rescues so I cannot afford to bring any other animals into my home, but I am very cautious while going on walks to be very aware of other dogs (especially off leash), people driving too fast in residential areas, and making sure to bring adequate water for walks on warm days.
“Wendy really helped us out on very short notice. We were stuck out of town and I reached out on very short notice and she was able to stop by and feed and care for my kitties. Thank you Wendy!”

About: I grew up around dogs, a jack russell terrier, a black lab and shepherd mix, and German sheperds. I helped take care of the dogs, feeding them, taking them outside, and also playing with them. I have experience with puppies, as well as senior dogs. I have some experience with cats as well, as my mother currently owns 2 and I've fed and entertained them. I am also a UNR student studying Theatre, so during the regular school season, my schedule may vary but as long as I'm not in class or working on a production, I'm generally free and would love the chance to walk/watch your wonderful pet(s). As a theatre student at UNR, my schedule can vary, but please reach out if you have questions about a specific day and/or time! I cannot board pets in my home, but I can certainly walk your pets, and care for them in your home if you need to leave them home for long periods of time. I am a very attentive person, and I love playing with animals, so I can watch your pet(s) and make sure their needs are met, such as going outside to use the bathroom and feeding them. Your dog/cat(s) will get plenty of attention, as I will play with them and even work on simple commands with them, such as sit and lay down. If your dog/cat has a specific eating schedule or diet, just let me know and I will make sure to follow it.

“Kate was great with our two large breed dogs! We hired Kate for drop in visits while my husband and I were out of town. She was punctual and had great communication. One of my dogs is nervous around people however he immediately liked Kate. She played ball with him in our backyard to give him some exercise and gave attention and pets to our other dog. Would definitely hire Kate again!”

“Alexius did an outstanding job caring for one of my cats while I was away for a weekend. She did all the necessaries of feeding and litter box duty, of course, but her visit reports out to me were so welcome! Every time I got one I knew I had left my little kitty in good hands. Alexius is wonderful! I'd highly recommend her to anyone needing pet care service. Thank you Alexius!”

Reno dog parents share their Rover experiences
Carson saved the day! Our booking was last minute, due to unforeseen circumstances, while we were out of town and Carson stepped up and helped us out beautifully! Thor adored her and she took extra care to send pics and let us know how he was doing which gave us peace of mind until we returned. We look forward to hopefully having Carson spend more time with Thor.

Sherina is amazing! I’ve booked her twice now, and after the first time, I knew my puppy was in great hands. He was happy and well cared for, so I had nothing to worry about during my trip. She was always on schedule and even went out of her way to take him on extra walks. She’ll definitely be my first choice going forward. Thank you, Sherina!

Taylor was amazing!! She took time to walk my pups and made sure all their duties and wiggles were taken care of! She took them to their favorite spots and I felt so safe with Taylor’s care! I definitely recommend Taylor and will be using her in the future! Thank you Taylor!!!
