“As a first time Rover user I was very hesitant leaving my little love with a stranger! Ron put my worries at ease from the meet and greet until the end of my trip! He was phenomenal! He sent photos while I was away so I could see what everyone was up to, and one of his photos was the best picture that has ever been captured of Scout (and is now my phone background)! When my flight home was cancelled, he was very flexible and understanding! I can really tell Ron took care of Scout, because when I usually leave him with friends, he is hoarse from barking, but not with Ron! I'm beyond satisfied and will continue to book with Ron for future travels Scout can't participate in!”

For this past trip, I (the primary owner) was out of service and needed to connect Shannon and David with my partner. They were willing to accommodate this secondary contact. All of the communication leading up to the trip made me feel like Willa would be in conscientious care and that proved true. Willa was excited to see me when I picked her up, but she also seemed at home and at ease. I highly recommend Shannon and David!”
