“We were so glad to have Mason petsit for an evening. Our new puppy has only been home with us for about 2 months and is still working on being left alone in his crate for longer periods of time. Since we were going to be out for 5-6 hours, we hired Mason to stay for the first 3 hours and then to put our pup to bed in his crate for the last 2-3 hours. Our pup is also a little nervous and reactive to new people, but during the meet & greet and on the day of the sit we let the pup meet Mason while still on his leash. Mason has a great, calm vibe, and our puppy seemed to take to them fairly well after only a few minutes. Our older dog who loves everyone also took to them quickly, bringing them toys to play with. During the sit, Mason gave us updates that eased any remaining concerns about how our puppy was handling a new person. Even more, we had not expected our cats to make an appearance during this sit, yet both of our cats did (even the exceptionally shy one). Again, I think this was a testament to Mason's calm nature that even our cats felt comfortable meeting them on their own. We look forward to hiring Mason again for future sits and highly recommend them for taking care of your pets while you're away! Thanks again for the great care of our pets, Mason!”
About: I’ve been a pet owner myself over the years & cared for other animals along the way. I especially have a real love of doggies and am very attentive to their needs. I have experience with aging dogs & the challenges that come with that. I understand the anxiety that can come from leaving your pet at home, so I am happy to use my time with yours & bring you the peace of mind that your pet is in good hands. I currently work part time so I have the flexibility and time to give to your pet! I am located centrally in South Reno convenient to most neighborhoods. Inquire even if a day is marked as unavailable, I can usually be very flexible with my schedule! I will care for your pet as if they were my own & specific to its needs in its own home. Please communicate any special needs, quirks or need to know info about your pet so I can give the best care! 🐶 CATS: I don’t advertise care for cats, however if you also have a cat in the home I am open to caring for them & working that into the pricing 😸

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life and have experience with breeds both big and small! I have experience with older dogs who need diaper changes and medications, as well as energetic puppies and kittens! Currently have two kittens of my own💓 I currently work M-F and am flexible throughout the week and on weekends for visits! With my schedule, I’m available in morning, afternoons, and evenings. Evenings and weekends are great for longer visits! I understand that not all pets warm up quickly to people in their home, so I offer a calm presence that is ready to feed, play, or just keep them company while their people are away!

Our dog immediately bonded with Sydney and enjoyed her visits; Sydney sent regular updates and photos showing our dog's progress and condition. We would definitely use Sydney again.
Samantha was a reliable and loving sitter for our cat. Our cat is usually shy with strangers. She patiently coaxed our kitty into being comfortable with her. The two of them became great friends while we were on our trip. Samantha is an excellent communicator. She provided daily individualized updates. Our house was in good order when we returned. Emily was there for me and my bunny when I needed her. I went out of county and was afraid of my bunny going into stasis with no adequate support system for home intervention if necessary and she agreed to be on call if he needed her.
