Amanda was wonderful! She came over for a meet and greet and was able to give our pets the love and attention they needed while we were away. She was so professional, took notes, was always on time & very responsive, and alleviated our anxiety using Rover, for the first time. We definitely will be requesting her services in the future! 🐱🐶
We were so glad to have Mason petsit for an evening. Our new puppy has only been home with us for about 2 months and is still working on being left alone in his crate for longer periods of time. Since we were going to be out for 5-6 hours, we hired Mason to stay for the first 3 hours and then to put our pup to bed in his crate for the last 2-3 hours. Our pup is also a little nervous and reactive to new people, but during the meet & greet and on the day of the sit we let the pup meet Mason while still on his leash. Mason has a great, calm vibe, and our puppy seemed to take to them fairly well after only a few minutes. Our older dog who loves everyone also took to them quickly, bringing them toys to play with. During the sit, Mason gave us updates that eased any remaining concerns about how our puppy was handling a new person. Even more, we had not expected our cats to make an appearance during this sit, yet both of our cats did (even the exceptionally shy one). Again, I think this was a testament to Mason's calm nature that even our cats felt comfortable meeting them on their own. We look forward to hiring Mason again for future sits and highly recommend them for taking care of your pets while you're away! Thanks again for the great care of our pets, Mason!
