As a stay at home mom for the past 12 years, I've had plenty of opportunities to care for other peoples' pets and devote myself to my own (both fur and human) babies. I have had pets my entire life and have a great affection for animals. I have been able to teach myself how to train my own pets over the years. I have the patience and endurance to see past challenging behavior to make the connection with an animal. I check on my friends' and family member's pets while they are away, walking them and playing to keep them happy and healthy.

Kat truly went above and beyond while caring for our girls over the weekend. Luna and Popis absolutely fell in love with her! She was punctual, respectful, and took the time to really understand our daily routines by asking thoughtful questions. We especially appreciated the daily photo updates while we were out of town—it gave us so much peace of mind knowing our pups were happy and well cared for. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she was always easy and pleasant to talk to. Kat was our first Rover pet sitter, and she exceeded all expectations. We would absolutely book her again, and our girls would be thrilled to see her!
Kathleen was absolutely fantastic while taking care of my bulldog and my labrador. From the very beginning, she was professional, communicative, and clearly experienced with dogs of different temperaments and needs. She went above and beyond to make sure both of my dogs were comfortable, well-exercised, and cared for just like they would be at home. My bulldog can be a bit high-maintenance, and my lab has a lot of energy, but Kathleen handled both of them with ease and genuine care. I really appreciated the regular updates, photos, and the peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. When I came home, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I would highly recommend Kathleen to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and compassionate Rover sitter. I will definitely be booking with her again!
Kathleen is the most loving, caring, and trustworthy person. She loves animals so deeply and goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is well taken care of. She truly enjoys spending time with fur babies and wants to make sure their feel extremely loved even when their owner is away. I would highly recommend Kat as a pet sitter. She’s the best!
Kathleen has cared for our two pampered bunnies several times over the last two years. This includes serving fresh salads, morning and evening, refilling hay daily and general bunny housekeeping. She sent us cute pictures of the two bunnies lounging together happily after they had been served. We suspect she may have even spoiled them with treats and attention on top of the basic care. We’ll happily have Kathleen care for our bunnies any time we’re out of town for just an overnight or several days.

Schedule
I am currently a stay at home mom looking to expand my income potential. I am open the most during school hours (10:00-3:00 especially). However, I can still make time early in the morning before I drop my children off at school as well as after picking them up. Cut off time would likely be 8:00 PM.

I have experience with crating animals, walking, feel confident with first introduction, believe in positive reinforcement and pleasant tones in order to build a trusting and loving connection. I feel a deep respect for other people's property and wishes. I know how important it is to listen to instructions and get past the idea of having to do things my way. I feel it's important to leave things the way they were when I arrive and place a value on treating others the way I would like to be treated.

A typical day
We can take walks, play with favorite toys, run, chase, snuggle, and play fetch. We can do activities your family likes to do upon request to make sure your pet gets to play in their favorite way.
