Kind of a zoo at my house with two senior cats and 5 feral kittens, but everyone was well taken care of.
Alexandra and Greg were absolute lifesavers. They stepped in on very short notice after two other Rover sitters fell through, and they handled my high‑anxiety dog Jack with so much patience and skill. Jack received multiple long walks every day — his FI app showed more activity than he usually gets with me! I originally planned to have Jack stay at a sitter’s home, but with the last‑minute scramble, I decided it would be less stressful for him to stay in familiar surroundings. Alexandra and Greg made that transition seamless. Their sweet dog Paloma stayed as well, and her calm presence really helped Jack feel secure. Communication was excellent throughout my trip: timely updates, frequent messages, and lots of photos. Everything went smoothly, and I came home to a relaxed, happy dog. I highly recommend Alexandra and Greg to any future Rover pet parents.

I can’t say enough good things about Alex and Greg. They took such good care of my senior dog and even lifted his spirits by giving him playdates with their own pup. My flight was delayed overnight and they rearranged their schedule so they could care for my dog until I could get home. They helped out with taking care of house deliveries and were just overall so lovely. They are the gold standard for pet sitting and overall caring humans :)
The amazing duo took great care of my girls. The kitties have been through a few moves The past few months and Alex and hubby took great care to help them adjust. You can tell they love animals! Thank you.
Alexandra and her partner went above and beyond while caring for our pup and home (including chickens!). They were very communicative with updates, pics, videos, and questions. We had absolute peace of mind during their sitting.

Schedule
I rescued a Great Dane/Mastiff in 2014 who passed in 2019 due to a rare autoimmune disease. I used Rover often and know what it is like to not get any photos or know if my sitter is putting my dog into situations I wouldn't want. I am very comfortable with giant breed dogs, dogs with anxiety issues, dog aggressive or leash aggressive dogs. I also have lived with or taken care of a wide range of dogs from a 10lb terrier to golden retrievers that want to run all day. We currently have a mini Australian Shepherd and 2 cats

Safety, trust & environment
I am comfortable with administering medication (orally, IV, IM, subcutaneously, dermally, rectally). I know how to use, clean and care for feeding tubes including ones with entry through the nose or directly into the stomach. I am also comfortable with catheters and pretty much any medical device. I can handle pets with broken bones, joint issues and heart conditions very well. I could pick up my big boy, so I can carry/transport senior dogs and ill dogs easily.

A typical day
The choice is yours! I’m happy to play with your pet in your home, backyard or go for a walk or nearby park. Also willing to drive out further for an extended hike or walk. We can walk, run, hike, play, train or lay around in the house. I have a backyard as well with a decent length run and area for fetch and exploring.
