“Kate is the best! The dogs loved her and she went the extra mile to get the pups to the park for exercise. When we met Kate we felt a connection. We loved how calm and caring she is. We had Kate watch our pups for several days recently and we really felt like she took care of all of us - attentive to the feeding schedule and routines. She sent messages and photos along the way so we would know how things were going and could witness everyone having fun & hanging out. We would recommend Kate highly. She is kind, caring and conscientious and loves to stay active with the pups. We don't take ours hiking (which she likes to do), but she did take them to the dog park, and then when the weather turned wet and the park was too muddy, she played with them at our house in the yard, and hung out with them. The pups were relaxed, at ease and perfectly healthy and happy with her. We would welcome Kate back any time and will certainly call her if we need help in the future.”

About: I grew up with a husky dog throughout my entire childhood and I am now a proud cat owner. Huskies can be particularly difficult dogs to walk, and I have been walking them for as long as I can remember. My parents considered our dog as a part of the family and always provided an abundance of love and activity. I have taken the same approach with my cats and I love every moment. I have had my older cat, Iris, for 5 years and I rescued a kitten, Aster, almost 2 months ago. My connection with the pets in my life drives my love for all of the pets that I provide care to. I love puppies and kittens, antics and all. I enjoy walking, hiking, and playing with dogs. Being a cat owner, I have a wonderful time hanging out with cats. Whether they love to play, just want pets, or even take a while to warm up to people, I’m here for it. I am most available Sunday-Thursday. Friday and Saturday can work for specific situations. Sunday: all day Monday: before 5 pm Tuesday: all day Wednesday: before 5 pm Thursday: all day Friday: before 2 pm Saturday: available for house sitting for the right situation. I am also an out doors person so walks are no problem! I approach every cat slowly and allow them to make the first move. About: My sister relied on me to house sit and watch her dogs for a couple of weeks every summer when I was in middle and high school. I grew up with dogs and was responsible for taking them on walks, feeding them, brushing them, bathing them, and playing with them. I am between jobs so I am quite flexible right now. I am looking to get a full-time position at which point I will update my schedule here. My cats are feral rescues so I cannot afford to bring any other animals into my home, but I am very cautious while going on walks to be very aware of other dogs (especially off leash), people driving too fast in residential areas, and making sure to bring adequate water for walks on warm days.

About: I'm quite loving around animals and I will treat them like my own. I have watched over a neighbor's dogs in my neighborhood a few times though out the years and her dogs love me. I will play with them and give them a ton of attention. I will do extra work like, if you would like for me to rake leaves or water plants, I will. I'm available for most of the week and I am flexible. I am very patient and kind and I will make sure your dog(s) have a lot of exercise and fun with me. I am willing to watch over any breed big or small, but I am a little uncomfortabe with pits. I love playing with puppies and get along with them just fine.

About: I have four dogs from 10 pounds to 150 pounds, and I’ve had dogs my whole life! I love taking care of animals so much that I wanted to be a vet when I was younger. I’m working part time and going to school so I should have plenty of time to play with your dogs or cats! I have two days off a week, as well! About: I have dogsat for my neighbors growing up, have taken care of my own dogs while my parents were out of town, along with feeding, sitting, and taking my friends’ dogs out for frequent walks when needed. I've administered medication for dogs (pills for managing epilepsy) as well as shots for cats. I've learned to love all animals that come into my care, similar to how my mom and grandmother have operated. It would be a pleasure and privilege to bring my caretaking genes to your furry family! I live and work at home in Miami during the winter and spring-ish seasons and live and work across the western US for the summer and fall. My schedule is fairly flexible throughout the week until April/May when seasonal work switches my schedule to working one week on, one week off. I have lived with many animals in my lifetime, made mistakes and learned greatly from them, and fully prioritize love and safety to your animals. The beauty of living in Florida in the wintertime and the West in the summer is that taking dogs on walks in the sunshine is never a chore!

Sidney was excellent. She asked very intelligent questions about the meds for it senior cat, the kennel setup, water etc. she was very responsive to our questions before starting, and the cats were back to their usual hijinks with in minutes of us returning home. It was clearly much less stress on our senior cat. A better overall experience than the boarding house we've previously used. I would highly recommend Sidney and will be booking her again for our next trip in a few months.
Ezra has been SO good with my Kiya! He goes above and beyond to make sure that she is comfortable, and is very intelligent about how to handle dogs with love and affection. He truly cares for animals and it is important to him that they are treated properly. It seems to be a passion of his to make sure that the pups are cared for in the best possible way for them. Kiya has never really been a puppy who attaches herself to men, but she is so comfortable with Ezra! He is like a puppy whisperer! I highly recommend him!!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
