“Katie and I used to work together at a canine rehab facility. I've seen her interact with many dogs and she is very intuitive. She has a way of connecting with them and putting them at ease when they are in her care. Working in the veterinary field there are only a handful of people I trust to take care of my fur babies. There is no one I trust more than her. One of my dogs is paralyzed in his hind legs and requires to be walked in his wheelchair. Since the majority of the dogs we worked with were special needs dogs, Katie is very familiar with his wheelchair. She is attentive to his needs and she goes above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable. Each of my dogs have different personalities and she has a unique bond with of each of them. They always enjoyed their one on one time with her. If you are looking for someone who's going to take care of your fur baby as if they were her own, then Katie is your person.”

About: I have had and have taken care of dogs my whole life. I have experience feeding, walking, and playing with dogs. Taking care of them is second nature. I work part time and work some days from home. Someone in the family is in and out every day and can play with the dogs. We are a dog friendly family. I have a fully fenced yard. I have two dogs that love to play and get along well with other dogs.

“When I called Gina at the very last minute needed someone to watch my dog and cat. She was able to walk my dog. She even changed my cat box without being asked. She noticed I was low on cat food. She went to the store bought some by matching the packaging. Of course I paid her back. Like I said it was very last minute because I had a family emergency and she was there. I couldn’t be happier. My animals love her to no end remind you my dog doesn’t like many people.”

“Braden is the only pet sitter I will use from here on out! Whenever he watches my animals (dogs, cats, horses) he follows my directions to a T and always sends frequent updates on them as well as the rest of my house. He does just as well with my horses as he does with my puppy which can be difficult to find recently. The dogs are always excited to see him when he does his drop ins, and can’t contain themselves when he brings his backpack for overnights. My dogs adore him and it brings me joy to see how much they trust him. I trust my dogs judgment (sometimes more than my own) and they have shown me how amazing of a person he really is.”

“This was our first time using Rover. Vanessa made it a delightful and seamless experience. She dropped in on our shy floof cat, Lorenzo Fettuccine Alfredo, for a couple days. He was hiding under the bed the first day but she sat and talked to him to keep him company. By the third day he was coming out and interacting with her. She sent plenty of pics and videos for us to swoon over. I highly recommend her and will definitely be booking Vanessa next time we travel!”

About: I always knew working with animals was what I wanted to do, so I became a dog groomer and vet assistant. I absolutely love my job and only continue to develop more skills and passion for it everyday. It is hard to find people to trust to care for your pets but you can count on me as that’s all I do with my time :) I can do any breed, any animal animals with disabilities, aggressive animals ( I’ll atleast try) I’ve always had animals myself and have four at the moment. I’m sure I’ll add more as time goes on as well. I offer play date with my friendly dog as well if your pup is dog friendly. I work full time Monday through Friday. I work early (7 am) and I am usually off at 5:30 (working in my field I do sometimes work longer hours) I can work during the week in the evenings. I strive for keeping my pets healthy, happy and well loved. The same goes for your fur babies. I love a challenge and am excited to meet more pets/ owners.

About: I love animals, and have taken care of friend’s and relative’s pets (both dogs and cats), since high school (over 10 years). My daughter and I would love nothing more than to have our own dog, but we aren’t allowed to where we live. Alas, this means your pet will get all of my attention and love. You can think of me as your furbaby’s fun aunt😄 I am flexible around your schedule😄 I work full time in an office, but am free on my lunch breaks for check ins, and after 5 for longer visits Monday-Friday. I am off for on weekends😁 I adhere to your instructions when taking care of your pet and/or your home! You can expect a person willing to go above and beyond for your pet. About: I’ve taken care of animals all of my life. From dogs to cats to bunnies and fish. I’m a huge animal person and love to form special bonds with any furry friend I’m currently working part time due to health issues, so I have lots of availability during the week and weekends. This is a side job I due I currently live in an apartment with my blue heeler Sugar who is spoiled rotten. I take the clients animal out to go potty or work on potty training with puppy pads. I feed them, give them treats if that is okay with the client. Then we play and take photos for the rover cards at the end of the service.
