7. Jasmin M.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I could remember. I currently have two of my own that get along with others very playfully and lovable. I currently work full-time 12 hour days Wednesday through Friday at night. Other than that I’m pretty flexible with my schedule and willing to help out others that need dog sitting. I temporarily live in an apartment with my two dogs. One is nine years old and the other is nine weeks. The oldest one has been very well trained since he was a puppy. And is teaching my other little pup as well. Crate training, feeding cuddling attention is all a dog needs and some love, of course!

8. Melissa T.

“We have taken our dogs twice to Melissa and we are never disappointed. She is professional, and friendly, and updates me on how Cooper and Coco are doing. We feel comfortable leaving them and that's most important to us. I would highly recommend her. :)”

9. Faith G.
“Faith is a kind, caring, and great person! She has had her own dogs as well as other pets like cats, a bird, gecko, and two guinea pigs that she loves all dearly. Currently she has a miniature pinscher that she walks two or three times daily. He is 5 years old and is a very happy boy. I trust faith with being able to take care of any animals, any age, with any needs. She knows how to follow directions and is very capable of any tasks. I would recommend her to anyone needing help with their pets!”

15. Julia F.
About: As an animal care attendant, I bring experience and skills that truly set me apart from other sitters. I focus on maintaining clean and safe spaces for animals while ensuring they feel loved and comfortable. My background isn’t just in animal care—I’ve also worked as a pharmacy technician, certified nursing assistant, and home care aide. These roles have taught me how to provide specialized care and adapt to individual needs, which I bring to every pet I watch. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior pet needing extra support, I have the knowledge and patience to give them the attention they deserve. From training to emotional support, I’m here to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for! Pet care is a big part of my routine, even on my workdays, but I definitely have more availability Monday through Wednesday since I’m off those days. I love spending my free time giving animals the attention and care they need, whether that’s walking, playing, or just making sure they’re happy and comfortable. In my client's home or mine, I provide attentive care for pets. With a tall fenced yard for safe outdoor play, doggy gates to limit access, and an array of toys, I ensure a stimulating and secure environment. Additionally, I encourage socialization by arranging playdates with other pets to promote companionship and fun.

About: I will always treat your pet as one of my own. With 20 years of dog caring experience, I am able to provide safe and comfortable environment for your pup while you’re away. I have personally been a dog owner from puppy to senior stages these last 20 years, including my adopted adult furbaby who I was told was on the streets for 3 months before his arrival to the animal shelter. My current pup is a 2 year old Maltipoo I have had since he was 10 weeks old. He’s been through obedience and agility courses and is currently being trained to be a service animal as his long term goal. Happy to provide fun casual training sessions for your pup with owner approved treats if that’s something you’d like for your pup under my care. I have dog sat a variety of breeds throughout the years. However, my main services this time around are for small to medium sized doodles who’ll need a caretaker that understands their temperament and playful energy amidst all the larger outdoor pups in the Tahoe region. I make sure to obtain all relevant information I need to know about your pup before we part ways. I also love sending updates throughout the day because I know I would want to know what my own pup is doing without me. Feel free to ask me any questions! Your pup will be able to hang out with me all day long! And have a playmate, my 2 year old furbaby Bentley, to enjoy their stay with! We may even go on some on leash adventures around the Tahoe Basin if that’s something your pup will enjoy doing. First and foremost, I would love to first meet your pup on neutral grounds (if I were to dog sit at your residence) in case there will be territorial issues by having a stranger (me!) entering their private space. This can be just outside your home on the side walk. If it’s to drop off at my place, I would like for us to have a consultation meeting to have your pup get acclimated in a new environment (my home) first before we have them return for a longer period of time for their stay. My 2 year old 13lb maltipoo is highly socialized and is a playful companion for those who also need a playmate throughout the day to exert their energy out. I have a fenced and shaded large deck where the pups can comfortable play and relax in throughout the day. Fresh water is always provided and depending on their diet, treats are also available. You are also welcome to provide their preferred treats and food items upon their drop off. Walks typically occur late morning and late afternoon — also dependent on weather. Of course if there is a particular schedule specifically for your pup, I will accommodate as much as possible for their comfort. I aim to provide the same amount of love and care for them as they would get from you!
