When my flight home was cancelled, he was very flexible and understanding! I can really tell Ron took care of Scout, because when I usually leave him with friends, he is hoarse from barking, but not with Ron! I'm beyond satisfied and will continue to book with Ron for future travels Scout can't participate in!”
