About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. Growing up my family fostered dogs and rescued abandoned pets we found on the streets of Florida, caring for them until they were healthy, safe and loved. That early experience taught me patience, compassion, and how to understand dogs of all personalities and backgrounds. Even though I work full-time, my schedule is very flexible. I’m able to step away during the day for dog walks or drop in visits which means pets in my care never have to wait long for attention, potty brakes, or some fresh air. I work eight hours a day, but my job allows me to adjust my brakes around the needs of the animals I’m caring for. At home, I’m able to host pets as long as they are potty trained and my husband- who has been an animal lover his whole life helps as well. We both enjoy going on daily walks together so bringing a dog along is something we truly look forward to. We also live very close to a national park and a local dog park which makes it easy to give pets plenty of outdoor time, exercise, and enrichment. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or a calm drop-in visit, pet care naturally fits into my routine every single day.

Additionally, I have Sundays and Mondays off, enabling me to spend the entire day with your pet at your home. I provide pet care in clients’ homes by following all instructions precisely, ensuring pets are fed, exercised, and comforted in their familiar environment. I maintain a clean space, respect property, and monitor pets’ health and behavior. Communication is key! About: I’ve been taking care of pets for 10+ years. My first pet was a bunny and watched a few of my friends bunnies at first. I’ve had two pet dogs in the past that needed special attention and have experience giving medicine, especially with senior dogs. I can watch pets during the weekdays and weekend. Anything works from walk check-in and pet sitting. Anytime works if you need a sitter during work hours. I make sure the pets are safe . Provide breaks and play with them. About: Growing up with dogs my whole life, there has not been a year where we have not had dogs in the house.... meaning we love them! To add to growing up with dogs, I (ambitiously) got a puppy during my senior year of college. This taught me to balance caring for a puppy while excelling in school and enjoying my senior year. This challenge gave me a new insight into putting 100% care into a pet and made my bond grow deeper with my dog, Josie. My family's dog, Molly, is a therapy dog for hospitals and schools allowing me to see the true joy that dogs bring into people's lives. That said, I truly enjoy finding the joy and laughter each dog brings into our home! Working from home, I am truly present to take care of and be attentive to all dogs. There are a few days where I will be unavailable due to travel or subbing at school, but those are blocked off on a weekly basis. Josie and I always start our morning with an activity. Josie loves to go on a morning run, so if your pup is a runner... get ready to join the pack! On the other hand, my family's dog, Molly, loves her walks and play time. We also have a park and great trails in our neighborhood meaning the day is open for adventures. Our condo is in a wonderful area close to the beach with lots of grass and easy access to walking trails. As a home welcome to dogs, we love having them sleep with us but can crate them if that is their safest spot. We have the space to feed dogs separately if needed.

About: Have been taking care of pets for 50 years. Chickens, horses, dogs, cats mice, and rats can administer medication and supplements seniors just need more love I pretty much am available all the time except I volunteer at a pet foundation on Saturdays. Some animals are more self-sufficient and less would be needed. Any animal that I would board in my home would Need to like cats And a senior dog. My home Is large with large yard.

About: I’ve been around cats and dogs of all ages my entire life! As long as I can remember I have looked after my friends, neighbors, and family’s pets while they were away. If you have any type of training protocols or skills you are working on with your pet, please let me know! I would love to continue them on the right path. I currently work part time and no longer than 6 hours when I do. I am available almost every day depending on what you are looking for. My house currently has two very friendly dogs, but also in your home I can follow whatever kind of protocol/training you prefer! I’m very flexible.

About: Missy's first dog was Belle, an American Akita. Kyle grew up on a farm with too many dogs to count! Now they have a little family of their own — Rubi (a 5 year old Japanese Akita) and two sons 2 and under who all love other dogs and are always up for new friends! We will treat your pet as our own! You can expect your pet to be loved, cuddled and cared for under our watchful eyes. We took some time away from Rover when we became new parents with our first son. Typically, we both work remotely and, therefore, can keep a close eye on your pet! We take work breaks throughout the day to go outside with the pups and have play sessions galore. This also means that we are very flexible for you too when it comes to pick up, drop off or if there is any changes in your plans. We have a private fenced yard and sunny deck that is perfect for the pups to go outside and play. The yard and deck are both accessible from the main living area. The main living area is quite large with wood floors, which is great for keeping pups cool and many windows for the pups to keep an eye on the neighborhood.

About: Hello, I’m Katie! Growing up I had lots of pets...dogs, birds, parrots, bunnies, hedgehogs, and I worked at my uncles Vet Clinic growing up. I’ve taught many tricks to multiple dogs growing up. I’m active and always on the move, always looking to help out owners and their pups needing housing or walks. I spend time at my cabin in Lake Tahoe, and travel frequently. Cheers! PS - Because I travel, I do not book more than a month in advance! I work from home and keep the back door open to my fenced yard so pups can come and go as they please. I’m flexible with times, locations and length, if I can help just ask! Full fenced large yard for pups to play and explore. My dining room has a row of windows to the looking into the yard to keep an eye out.

About: I am a transplant to California from the Mid-West and am working in Tahoe seasonally as a ski instructor at Alpine Meadows. I grew up with primarily cats, but I've spent over a year living with dogs, as well. I've cat, dog, and house-sat to rave reviews since I was a teenager. You can be sure your pet will be happy and healthy and your home clean and tidy with me! I have reliable transportation and am open to overnight stays as well as drop-ins. I love to stay active and will make sure your pets get plenty of exercise and plenty of cuddles. I am kind and responsible and will be sure to treat your home and animals like my own! Looking forward to meeting you! I am working full-time at the mountain and can take care of animals before and after the workday (8am-4pm + travel time). My days off are Monday and Wednesday. I am able to travel to take care of pets in your home and for house-sitting. I am unable to board pets at my ski lease.
