About: My name is Hannah and I have 4 years of experience pet sitting and dog walking in the Tahoe area. I started dog sitting while in college in San Luis Obispo and fell in love with it. I grew up with an Australian Shepard who loved to run and play and currently have two cats, Goose and Luna, that are so playful and fun. I’m happy to walk, run, hike, and hang with your pet :) I currently teaching yoga 3-4 days a week, Monday through Wednesday in the afternoons for a couple hours and Tuesdays and Thursdays in the mornings for a couple hours. I’m quite active and am enrolled in online classes but am available for walks in the mornings, evenings, and midday if needed :) I am gentle and allow pets to come to me and get comfortable before I approach them. Additionally, I am very comfortable caring for pets in their own home and doing house sitting as well.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was eight years old. I love being outside and having furry friends so accompany me. I have a very flexible schedule, so it’s easy for me to accommodate! I’m a personal trainer at the Rec Center so my schedule is pretty flexible! I have my own dog, but she’s covered on days where I’m watching other pups. We normally get out at least twice a day for 30 minutes or more of run around or training time! I’m always cautious of things dogs can get into. I keep things pretty tidy to avoid any accidents. I like to know the dog’s normal routine and usually follow it as closely as I can!

About: I have lived in Tahoe for 25 years and always had my own dog and watched over my friend's dogs throughout the years. My best friend (Maggie - Retriever) passed away 18 months ago and I watch many of my friend's dogs frequently, including an elderly short hair retriever that is battling pancreatic cancer. I work from home and board my friend's dogs as well as check in and walk dogs when owners need help. I do have a number of recent references. I have worked from home for 25 years. I am very active and walk frequently. I am an early morning riser and monitor how often dogs need a walk or outside break. Pets are a part of my daily routine. My home: I have beds set up and recognize different doggy routines, ie need to go on the porch for sun, or need to go out for a break and walk. I have a section on my porch and in the laundry area for their food and water and a special area where I organize all the food, medication, leaches, doggy bags. I have a place by my couches with a large basket with balls, toys and stuffed doggy animals. I watch a number of my friend's dogs, and each has a unique and special routine and they have all come to trust me a look forward to visiting. I stay a bit at some of my friend's houses if they want me to help with house watch, plants, delivery receipt and other home needs while they are traveling and away on extended trips.

About: With over 7 years of professional sitter experience, I’m the person you call when you have a very specific way that you like things done, and would really like to leave town without worrying about any of it😆 I genuinely love getting to know animals. I actually want the detailed instructions. My background is in private home management and personal concierge work, so looking after the house comes naturally to me too. If I’m staying in your home, I’m paying attention for mail and packages that may come in. Pet areas kept clean. Plants don't mysteriously die. Trash doesn't pile up. If something looks wrong, I notice it. I've cared for multiple-pet households, senior dogs, pets with special needs and homes during multi-month stays. I'm CPR/First Aid certified for cats and dogs, comfortable following medication routines, including oral and injected medications. I work remotely, which gives me an abundance of flexibility and means I actually do spend time with the animals I'm caring for😉 I work remotely, so I organize my schedule around the animals I'm caring for rather than trying to squeeze them into my day. Morning walk at 6:30? Fine. Medication with dinner? Can do. Your dog insists on conducting a complete neighborhood security inspection before bed? Why not? Because, apparently that's what we're doing! 🤷🏾‍♀️😆 I enjoy it and try to make it fun for your pet. I care for pets in their own home whenever possible and I follow your routines for meals, walks, medications, playtime, bedtime rituals, and all the little quirks that make your pet your pet. I’m also looking after the household while I’m there too. I keep things tidy, bring in packages, monitor the home, and make sure you return to happy pets and a cared-for space. I’m warm with animals and extremely self-sufficient. I'm also a good communicator. You're going to hear from me. You'll get photos, updates and anything important that comes up while you're away And if your dog happens to look suspiciously happy without you, I will gladly provide photo evidence. 😁

About: I have been take of dogs since I was 5 years old. My family and Friends trust of me due to my unmeansure love to animals. At any time. I just need be notify with 2 or more days in advance. I am in school from Home. It is asyncronic and I use to study at night. I respect their routines and personalities. Always looking for the well bring and safeway of them. About: I’ve had experience taken care of many animals ever since I was born. I have always had three dogs living in my house, no matter the year. I’ve had many pets and taken care of many animals from bearded dragons, bunnies, dogs all the way to chickens! Being around animals is my happy place and I would love to care for yours!! I work seasonally for Tahoe Donner and I am off work every day at 3 PM. Anytime after 3 PM I am available all night long! Pet care fits well into my routine because I’m very flexible and have my own vehicle meaning I can care for any animal outside of my work hours! I am also free on weekends every single week! I love to make sure they are well fed, and well entertained! I own one dog myself and care for two others at my home in Arizona and I’m constantly playing with them and making sure that they are happy! Personally, my dogs are allowed on my furniture, and I love to snuggle with them! (this varies for some people but that is just my personal preference)

About: We have taken care of animals all our lives and have a genuine love for each of them. We have experience with it all; new puppies and kittens, as well as older furry friends who may need special treatment and/or administering medication. Between the both of us, we always make it a priority to work with our pups with lots of playtime, exercise, training and socialization daily. We both are self employed and create our own schedules so we are flexible and work together to ensure our pets have an enjoyable & active day. We have a large dog-friendly fenced-in yard as well as amazing trails just outside our backdoor. Our Aussie-Border Collie mix, Penny is super friendly and submissive and gets along with everyone. She is super gentle when needed and can hold her own with larger dogs also. We have a very well socialized cat, Eleanor, who LOVES dogs and visitors.

About: I started house sitting in high school and am highly adaptable to each animal and owner needs. I grew up with a dog, used to live with two beautiful german shepherds for 3 years, and have two adventure cats, Swoop and Riley, that live with me on the road in my camper van. I love animals. I’ve raised chickens and ducks, have plenty of experience with pet injuries and medication, walking large strong dogs, and take my cats out to explore the world. I am a huge hiker so if you would love for me to burn some energy out of your fur baby, I’m your girl but I’m also here for all the pet cuddles. I live in a van and travel the country but I want to be in the area for the next couple months to be near my family. I have plenty of experience house sitting and can provide references as well. I always treat other people’s homes with respect and care. I would love to talk about expectations and how I can best care for everything.

“This was our first time using Rover. We had an unexpected event that my husband and I both needed to attend. Our dog is almost 2 yrs old and about 181 pounds. We wanted a male because of his size and we found Michael. He was amazing with our dog!! This was the first time leaving him with a stranger. He sent me pictures of him to assure me he was doing good. Major started to get figity by the end of the day. Michael got him in his create and sat next to him until we got home. About: Hi, I’m Aly. I am a Reno local and graduated with a degree in Wildlife Ecology from UNR in 2020, so my passion is animals. I have been pet sitting on the side for about 5 years and have experience with small dogs, big dogs, bunnies, fish, and horses.
