“We are so glad we booked Sarah! It was our first time using Rover and she did a home stay with our dog. She sent so many fun pic updates and was flexible when my flight home was delayed. I felt like Judah was in great hands and I hope we can work together again in the future! Super grateful we found Sarah! Truly puts our mind at ease for last minute trips.”

4. Mariah W.
“Mariah was fantastic with my dogs. She stayed at the house for a few days and took them on long hikes and gave them lots of love and attention. I received photos throughout the day of their activities. I have two dogs, one who is a recent rescue and she gave them both a lot of care. I was a bit nervous to leave our newest dog due to some anxiety he had been having but they both loved Mariah. As a bonus, the house was left clean. I would highly recommend Mariah.”
5. Aaron D.
“Aaron was awesome with our “nuanced” Klee Kai’s. They each have very different personalities and are a little on the high maintenance side of dogs. Aaron went above and beyond to get to know them before the sit. He’s very aware and accommodating if you want updates or not. Aaron is definitely the type of sitter you can trust with dogs who might be a little extra care if reactive, separation anxiety. Out little Lucy tends to be wary of men but she warmed up to Aaron in seconds. I’d highly recommend Aaron for house/dog sitting.”

About: With nearly a lifetime of experience raising and training dogs, primarily hunting/sport breeds, I have been exposed to various handling styles and training techniques that have lead me to focusing on Free-Shaping my personal pack of dogs for the past 13 years. Because I have 3 dogs of my own (teenager, adult, senior) I have a pretty regular routine everyday of various activities with them individually and as a pack. Thursday through Sunday the flexibility of my open availability allows me to take on additional dogs on a part-time basis. Working with dogs will hopefully keep me from growing my pack anymore...fur now😉. My pups have individual crates, and beds to relax in the house. Big back yard, unfortunately unfenced, but there is a tether run and tie outs to use as needed. Dogs are never in the yard unsupervised. I transport them in a Chevy Suburban to other fun places around the Tahoe/Truckee area. Everyday is filled with multiple adventures, meal times in the early AM and late evening after a long walk. Individual needs or "rules" for your fur baby are completely respected, "it's your pup, it's your call".
11. Megan H.
“Great communication, fun updates. It’s not easy leaving our dog with someone else, so we’re happy to have Megan as a reliable option. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be reaching out to her anytime I need sitting!”
12. Scott F.
“Scott watched our two Vizslas for the afternoon. When we got home, they wanted to go with him. They played and were very happy enjoying Scott. We got stuck in traffic and Scott was very understanding. Will book with Scott next time we need a sitter.”
13. Grace J.
“Grace was awesome! She took great care of our puppy Theo for a few hours while we went out to dinner. Theo is still struggling with alone time, so it was such a relief to know he had great company while we were out. He immediately took to Grace, he could tell she was a dog person :) Thank you, Grace!”
14. Xima G.

15. Brittany K.

About: I have had animals my entire life; cats, dogs, a bird, horses. I love animals and enjoy being with them and adventuring outside with them as much as just spending time with them at home. I have dog sat up to 9 dogs at once and taken care of equestrian facilities. I have been responsible for caring for over 30 horses and have worked for horse trainers. I am active, familiar with large breeds, older special needs animals, and am confident handling difficult and aggressive breeds as well. I’ve also ridden horses my entire life 3 day doing everything from 3 day eventing to trail riding to handling foals and stallions. I am responsible, attentive, patient, and reliable. I work part time mainly at night and would spend most of my day caring for your animals as well as staying with them overnight in your home and ensuring they are given the best care possible for their needs. I am available to house sit in your home and care for your animals while you are out of town or working. I am very attentive to the needs of animals and able to recognize when your animal needs medical care or special attention.
