About: Hello, I am a local who lives full time in Tahoe City. I've been a pet owner with both dogs and cats for the last 30+years. I am a mother of two grown children that are now off away at school. I work at the local elementary school with young children of special needs. I am a fun, caring and loving person who loves both animals and humans. I am free to take care of your pet most days, nights and some weekends. I work from home during the summer months so my schedule is always flexible. I currently live in a condo down the street from Lake Tahoe. There are numerous parks at the lake as well as many hiking trails to walk your dog at that are close by my place. I will always walk your dogs on a leash unless otherwise informed by owner to let run free in the woods and trails. I am very safe and responsible.

About: Hi! My dog Enzo and I enjoy hiking around Tahoe. I would love to take your fur friend on all of the adventures with us! I usually spend my days off wandering in the woods and playing at the lake. My ideal day may include a morning hike, evening walk, lake sunset, porch relaxing, reading/Netflix at bedtime with dog cuddles. I can offer as much or as little activity as needed, feeding times flexible, house rules flexible (furniture/no furniture, crate/free roaming) depending on your home routines. I would also be more than happy to take care of your pups while you’re out of town. Enzo and I can come to your place, or your dog can stay with us at ours. I work as an emergency room nurse so my shifts are variable, but I have four days off each week. When I am not working, I am able to be with the dogs doing dog adventures all day long! I am often off work for a week at a time. My schedule is variable because I work in health care. When I am not at the hospital working, I can dedicate the whole day to hanging with the pups Dogs will stay in the house with frequent potty breaks. We have a morning and evening walk each day at the very least - most days I try to spend the majority of the day outside with hikes and lake days

When I lived in Cameron Park, I cared for five dogs of my own and kept them all very active through daily walks, outdoor time, and structured routines. About: We are 2 sisters who have always had big dogs around (although no dogs at home currently), and we love taking walks around one of the many beautiful parks in the area. We have one cat of our own, and have experience administering medications, including pills, creams, insulin injections, and blood sugar tests. We have a large car with room for dogs in the back. Please let us know upon booking if you'd like us to walk you dog(s) around your neighborhood, our neighborhood (if nearby) or if you'd like us to take them to a dog park. We are trust-worthy people who follow directions well, so whatever you say is safe for your pets, will be our guideline. We always keep an eye out for any danger! We work from home, so we always have time for walks and pets. We have flexible schedules in general and are glad to work with you to find them best time. About: I've had my own dogs, cats, horses and chickens. I've been pet sitting for a few years now. I try to go on as many walks as possible and even bring them to work if the family is ok with it. I love animals of all ages! I have a full-time job but I can work from home 3 days a week. So I have plenty of free time to go out for walks or simply let them outside. I will make sure they get the attention they need. If they are outside I won't leave them out after dark on their own. Lock all doors for other furry visitors. Make sure they have a comfortable bed. Sometimes sleep together if it's ok with the parents. Have lots of toys and time for walks and play.

About: I have always loved animals. We had several dogs and cats while I was growing up and I have had my own dog, Luna, since I graduated college. I work full time but have lots of flexibility throughout the day. I recently lost my dog of 11 years and am happy for canine companionship. I work from home so my day has lots of flexibility and time for dog breaks and walks. I live close to several dog friendly trails.

About: Hello! I am Colleen and have taken care of dogs my whole life. I currently have a 10 month old puppy who is the sweetest, chillest pup in the world and LOVES other dogs. I also didn’t go out for the first few months since I felt too guilty to leave him overnight + I couldn’t find someone who stayed up late enough for me to just go to dinner or a concert and pick him up after. I’m currently between jobs, so felt like I could help address that gap! I’m happy to watch your pup for a few hours or for a few days and promise to send a ton of pics of them! If you have a pup, Vino is great for socialization efforts as he’s super playful but will also be submissive and lay on his back if there are shyer dogs. He’s also great at showing his friends there’s nothing to worry about. (Ie- my parents couldn’t take their dog to restaurants bc he was so out of sorts. Vino showed him how to just relax and get those belly rubs in ~1 hr). So, let me know if there’s anything he add to the experience! I have a very large roofdeck that dogs love running around and also plenty of time to walk them and take them on adventures. I stay up late and get up early, so pick up and drop off is at your convenience! We usually start the day with a long walk and then head up to the roof for coffee and bird watching. I’ve had blind senior dogs who needed injections and puppies who needed love every 5 minutes and am happy to cater to your individual dogs needs!

About: Hello, I’m Katie! Growing up I had lots of pets...dogs, birds, parrots, bunnies, hedgehogs, and I worked at my uncles Vet Clinic growing up. I’ve taught many tricks to multiple dogs growing up. I’m active and always on the move, always looking to help out owners and their pups needing housing or walks. I spend time at my cabin in Lake Tahoe, and travel frequently. Cheers! PS - Because I travel, I do not book more than a month in advance! I work from home and keep the back door open to my fenced yard so pups can come and go as they please. I’m flexible with times, locations and length, if I can help just ask! Full fenced large yard for pups to play and explore. My dining room has a row of windows to the looking into the yard to keep an eye out.
