About: Hi! My dog Enzo and I enjoy hiking around Tahoe. I would love to take your fur friend on all of the adventures with us! I usually spend my days off wandering in the woods and playing at the lake. My ideal day may include a morning hike, evening walk, lake sunset, porch relaxing, reading/Netflix at bedtime with dog cuddles. I can offer as much or as little activity as needed, feeding times flexible, house rules flexible (furniture/no furniture, crate/free roaming) depending on your home routines. I would also be more than happy to take care of your pups while you’re out of town. Enzo and I can come to your place, or your dog can stay with us at ours. I work as an emergency room nurse so my shifts are variable, but I have four days off each week. When I am not working, I am able to be with the dogs doing dog adventures all day long! I am often off work for a week at a time. My schedule is variable because I work in health care. When I am not at the hospital working, I can dedicate the whole day to hanging with the pups Dogs will stay in the house with frequent potty breaks. We have a morning and evening walk each day at the very least - most days I try to spend the majority of the day outside with hikes and lake days

About: I grew up in a family with dogs and since I was a child I had a great love and compassion for all living creatures. My friend and I were bringing home wounded birds and little creatures to rescue them and any lost, stray dogs wondering on the streets. Upon moving to Tahoe area in CA whenever my friends needed help to take care of their two cats while they were traveling, I was more than happy to do so. I myself am a dog and a cat parent. Both my pets are rescued, and I believe it’s mutual because animals are simply best companions for me, my two teen kids and we all share passion for outdoors. As a Tahoe local for almost two decades and always being a dog owner, I know lots of dog friendly places and safe trails to take them for an adventure and exercise. My own dog Rambo has a very friendly personality, gets along with other dogs very well and is always happy to have a companion to play, walk, run or wrestle with. I will be more than happy to take care of your beloved pet and can assure you your pet will receive the care, attention and love he or she deserves, just like all living creatures do! I'm self-employed and always arrange my schedule to fit my own pets needs and can accommodate other pets needs. Most days I'm flexible to take a break mid day for a walk with my dog. Mornings and late afternoons is our time for a longer time outside. Weekends are for long adventures (hiking, running, xc skiing etc) We live in a quiet neighborhood with an easy access to the trails and a green belt area right out the door. We have a fenced backyard where the dogs can safely play. About: Hi! I’m Bella, a pet owner and animal lover. I grew up on a farm with a wide variety of pets my entire life. I have experience with dogs, cats, livestock, and household pets. Growing up I had a wide range of animals and started my pet sitting career with neighbors and family friends. Over the years I have continued pet sitting in any city I lived in. I have extensive experience primarily with dogs and cats, but am more than comfortable with pets outside of that (especially farm animals.) I have a dog of my own who is reaching her senior years so I feel comfortable with extra care needs such as giving medications, any eye or ear care, and special dietary requirements. Pet sitting allows me to give lots of love to your fur babies while giving their owners peace of mind while away. Pet care is a daily routine for me as I have a dog of my own. I currently have an open schedule so that allows me to adapt to the needs of any pet that I am looking after without interference. My roommates and I all have our own pets so we have created an environment that meets all of their needs. The larger dogs spend the majority of the day in our fully fenced yard but are crate trained when necessary. Our smaller, older dogs choose to spend their days relaxing indoors with frequent potty breaks. Having that environment at home allows me to care for any pets the best way for them. However your pet is most comfortable, I can provide that.

About: I’ve grown up with pets (dogs,cats, & horses) and have always enjoyed having a pet around. Looking to help others who might need a check in or extra walk with their pet during the day or while they’re out on the hill making some turns. I work from home & own a business in town. Always out and about and happy to make an extra stop to check in on a furry friend along the way. I was raised with walking my dog on a leash, and I still believe that is the safest method for a dog when outside walking around the neighborhood or on bike paths. When working with new dogs (or cats) if the area is not fenced in, a leash or harness will be requested so the pets safety is ensured. After creating a relationship with the pet, off leash walks are doable on trails.

About: Hey all! I took a little break working for an incline village reality company, but after 5 years I’m back. You might know me personally and if not I’m glad my profile caught your eye! Please take a look, I think I’m the perfect fit for anyone nervous to leave their baby behind….but we all deserve a vacation! To me our pets are family. I do not have children or pets of my own, but I believe pets are our children and so I treat them as such. Your friend will enjoy hanging out at my place, whether its a trip to the lake, a walk around many of the trails Tahoe has to offer or simply just hanging out in the house and enjoying the forgiving carpeted floors or sunshine on the deck. I have a very dog friendly condo, they can hang out on the couch or bed, and I love to get us outside and enjoying the beach or an easy going walk. I understand the very necessary importance of leashes and prefer to keep my new friends on a leash at all times during our first few visits as we get to know each other. After a while and only if you prefer we can start the process of letting them get some off leash time while at the beach or on walk. I am aware of the importance of diet and allergies, as well as the importance of making sure your loved one stays hydrated. I am capable of administering medication. I do not own any other animals so that is why I enjoy pet sitting yours! I truly love our furry friends and devote all my attention to my new buddy while we are hanging out. I enjoy sending you pictures and updates of our time together and I am always available for a phone call or text chat while you are away. The apartment I live in is big and carpeted with plenty of room to run around. The back deck opens up to the woods for easy access to quick potty breaks. I do have over 20 stairs leading down to my apartment front door from the quiet parking lot above, but I do offer an entrance to the back door that only has 3 steps up to the back deck if your pet has some trouble with stairs. I live close to the lake with plenty of easy access to hiking trails and beaches. If your friend needs to lodge with us then we have plenty of options, whether he or she enjoys the bed provided by you on the floor at the foot of my bed or if your friend enjoys taking over my bed then its fine by me. My significant other is also a huge animal lover and loves to be apart of our excursions and as he works as an editor from home, unless he’s traveling he will be at home to welcome you and the dog as well (if friend is staying at our home) We welcome all animals to our safe home as well as always ready to visit and take fun walks with pictures provided. I love cats, I’m able to stay the night for round the clock care. I hope to meet you!!! And can't wait to meet your special dog or cat friend! Pet care is a natural part of my daily life. I work locally in Tahoe and organize my schedule so I can give pets my full attention when they’re with me. My mornings and evenings usually start and end with outdoor time—whether it’s a walk through the neighborhood, a hike on one of our trails, or just fresh air on the deck. During the day, I make sure pets get regular potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. I’m flexible and can adjust my routine around each pet’s needs, whether that means sticking to a medication schedule, going for longer walks, or creating a calm, quiet environment at home. I am by your pets side the whole time. While in the home we keep doors closed at all times and I consider myself very intuitive about when it’s time to go potty, or just get some fresh air. Leashes are required at all times while outside. Fresh clean water bowls and dishes are supplied, as well as plenty of blankets for lounging. If you prefer no walks or outings while on my watch that is just fine, just let me know what your ideal stay for your pet looks like. I am very familiar with senior dogs and can provide gentle outings as an option as well. If we have a beach day I transport your dog via my Lexus RX-350 (SUV) unless specified to stay on walks close to home. If you are open to walks near by then you are welcome to take a look at the trail we will take or suggest a favorite spot of your pets own.
