About: I'm Rachel, a writer with a flexible schedule and a love of all things canine. I live with my husband, and my chocolate Labrador retriever, Ellie, in our West Shore cabin near Homewood. I signed up for Rover because dog sitting helps me get my fix for having a doggy harem. I would love to shower your dog with attention and affection. I volunteer at the local humane society, so I'm very adept at adapting to your dog's needs. I particularly love active dogs, and I'm happy to take your pup on hikes and swims in the lake. I'm also happy to hang out and have a more relaxing day with older, less active pups. Ellie (13) is very well-socialized, and she gets along well with dogs of all sizes. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I’m always happy to go out for a walk or a hike. Ellie, my 13-year-old Lab, is always up for meeting a new dog friend. Daycare Rates & Information: Daycare is up to 8 hours of care. Anything longer than that time, please book a boarding stay. Drop-offs anytime after 8 a.m. Pickups before 8 p.m. Although there is a nice buffer of woods near my house, the yard is not fenced (hopefully soon). I’ll be sure to keep your pup on a leash just in case! There’s an enclosed deck for sunbathing and watching chipmunks.

About: I have grown up around dogs. I aspire to be a trainer and have already taught my dogs many tricks. Dogs are like family, mine go everywhere with me. HOUSE SITTING: I will watch your dog any days booked. We will have many adventures and send lots of photos. DROP IN: I will come and check on your pupper, take them outside for potty break and maybe a quick walk. DOG WALKING: I will take your pup for a walk however long you need. Depending on where we are if your dog is ok off leash we can do an off leash walk. DOGGY DAYCARE: I will watch your pup through the day and we will likely go on a hike or to a body of water to play. IF PRICING IS TOO HIGH SHOOT ME A MEESSAGE WE CAN WORK SOMETHING OUT :) Typically my dog is my world so we go for many adventures and he goes everywhere with me and your pup could as well. If left alone, I do have a way to sepperate puppers. Typically we wake up, I feed them and take them for a walk.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, from growing up with them to having two Labrador Retrievers of my own. I also spent college as the head caretaker for our bulldog mascot, which required professional training. These days, I work remotely, so I have a lot more flexibility than the typical 9-to-5 sitter. When I’m house sitting, your dog can have plenty of company throughout the day rather than being left alone for hours. I can work from your home, take breaks for walks, and adjust the routine around what your dog is used to. I live in the Tahoe area and spend a lot of my free time outside, so I’m especially happy to get out for walks, hikes, or just some time in the fresh air with an energetic dog. At the same time, I’m equally happy hanging out at home with a senior dog or a pup who would rather spend the afternoon on the couch. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and have experience with senior dogs, daily exercise, and oral medications. My goal is to keep your dog comfortable and on their normal routine while you’re away, take good care of your home, and send enough photos and updates that you know they’re doing well. I’m happy to meet beforehand so we can make sure it’s a good fit and go over your dog’s routine, favorite spots, and anything else I should know. I work remotely and have flexibility on weekdays and weekends to stay at your home full-time or do frequent drop-ins, depending on the client’s preferences. I take the utmost care for a clients space when dog sitting, respecting all guidelines, over communicating as needed, and leaving the space as if I was never there each time. I like to share frequent updates proactively so the owner can be at peace their dog is well taken care of.

About: I am an animal lover and am the person all the friends reach out if they need a sitter. I have recently relocated from LA. I can take your fur babies to the beach, dog park, regular park, hiking, or just Netflix and take naps. Im very punctual so meals will be given on time, peepee poopoo walks at least every 2-4hrs, if theres med will be given on time, Lots of vid/photos will be sent if requested. This is my full time for now so taking care of fur babies all say 24/7 Your fur babies will not be alone for a second My place has an unfenced yard and im right next to the lake 30 sec walk to the beach. We can hang out at home or go to a park. Same applies if we were at your place

About: We are 2 sisters who have always had big dogs around (although no dogs at home currently), and we love taking walks around one of the many beautiful parks in the area. We have one cat of our own, and have experience administering medications, including pills, creams, insulin injections, and blood sugar tests. We have a large car with room for dogs in the back. Please let us know upon booking if you'd like us to walk you dog(s) around your neighborhood, our neighborhood (if nearby) or if you'd like us to take them to a dog park. We are trust-worthy people who follow directions well, so whatever you say is safe for your pets, will be our guideline. We always keep an eye out for any danger! We work from home, so we always have time for walks and pets. We have flexible schedules in general and are glad to work with you to find them best time. We always want to best for any animal and to make sure they are comfortable and happy. Feel free to give us any special instructions or guidelines that will make you dog's walk the best it can be!

About: I've had my own dogs, cats, horses and chickens. I've been pet sitting for a few years now. I try to go on as many walks as possible and even bring them to work if the family is ok with it. I love animals of all ages! I have a full-time job but I can work from home 3 days a week. So I have plenty of free time to go out for walks or simply let them outside. I will make sure they get the attention they need. If they are outside I won't leave them out after dark on their own. Lock all doors for other furry visitors. Make sure they have a comfortable bed. Sometimes sleep together if it's ok with the parents. Have lots of toys and time for walks and play.

About: I have years of experience dog, cat, and house sitting, and especially love working with dogs. Have personal experience owning rescue pets and participated in dog behavior training. I work part time and have a very flexible schedule, so I am happy and willing to work with you and your pets’ specific needs and schedule! I provide outdoor walks, check ins, and caring for your pets in your home. I always ensure your pets’ safety by securing them before exiting the car for walks, making sure they are leashed, checking shade/temperature of the park or trail we may be using, and ensuring all unsafe foods/objects are out of the dog or cats reach when in the home. I also have a large vehicle with room for dogs and crates of all sizes.

About: Hey there! I have lived my entire 30 years with dogs. From growing up with two golden retrievers to getting my own dog louie at 17- and seeing him through his senior years all the way up until his passing this past February. We still have his sweet loving sister Nala who is 5, a tender gentle girl who lives for fetch! She may be timid at first meet but is just a submissive gentle girl who eventually opens up for fun loving play if the other dog will have her :) I have dog and cat sat for family and friends since I can remember. I absolutely love animals and take care of them with immense responsibility and care as I know from my own experience they are often some of the most important beings in our life. My husband Louie (my dog Louie came first they just happened to have the same name! lol) is also an animal lover and instantly adopted my babies upon meeting and has always treated them with tender and diligent care. We are responsible loving and caring pet parents who take the responsibility of looking after your loved one very seriously! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. About: I have always loved animals. We had several dogs and cats while I was growing up and I have had my own dog, Luna, since I graduated college. I work full time but have lots of flexibility throughout the day. I recently lost my dog of 11 years and am happy for canine companionship.
