About: I'm Rachel, a writer with a flexible schedule and a love of all things canine. I live with my husband, and my chocolate Labrador retriever, Ellie, in our West Shore cabin near Homewood. I signed up for Rover because dog sitting helps me get my fix for having a doggy harem. I would love to shower your dog with attention and affection. I volunteer at the local humane society, so I'm very adept at adapting to your dog's needs. I particularly love active dogs, and I'm happy to take your pup on hikes and swims in the lake. I'm also happy to hang out and have a more relaxing day with older, less active pups. Ellie (13) is very well-socialized, and she gets along well with dogs of all sizes. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I’m always happy to go out for a walk or a hike. Ellie, my 13-year-old Lab, is always up for meeting a new dog friend. Daycare Rates & Information: Daycare is up to 8 hours of care. Anything longer than that time, please book a boarding stay. Drop-offs anytime after 8 a.m. Pickups before 8 p.m. Although there is a nice buffer of woods near my house, the yard is not fenced (hopefully soon). I’ll be sure to keep your pup on a leash just in case! There’s an enclosed deck for sunbathing and watching chipmunks.

About: I have taken care of dogs for many years. Weather it was volunteering at the local humane society or walking my neighbors dog. I also have a dog of my own at home who I miss so much since being at college. So I’d love to spend time with dogs whenever I can. I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I’m able to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I also have a 8 year old dog of my own, so walks, feeding, playtime, and caring for a dog are already a natural part of my everyday routine. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to know that your pet is safe and well cared for. I’ll treat your pet with the same care and attention I give my own dog. I’m happy to follow their normal feeding, walking, and potty schedule, as well as any specific instructions you provide. I want every pet to feel comfortable, safe, and at home while they’re with me.

About: I've had my own dogs, cats, horses and chickens. I've been pet sitting for a few years now. I try to go on as many walks as possible and even bring them to work if the family is ok with it. I love animals of all ages! I have a full-time job but I can work from home 3 days a week. So I have plenty of free time to go out for walks or simply let them outside. I will make sure they get the attention they need. If they are outside I won't leave them out after dark on their own. Lock all doors for other furry visitors. Make sure they have a comfortable bed. Sometimes sleep together if it's ok with the parents. Have lots of toys and time for walks and play.

About: Foster parent and I’ve had animals my entire life. Always trusted with friends’ pets. Experience with puppies and elderly dogs, big and small. I can handle a lot of pets at once. I work my time around the animals when I’m with them. they come first. I try to get them as much exercise as possible and social interaction. Very attentive to pets. I treat them like they’re my own children. Warm and safe environment that I create for the animals. I am tuning into what they need and want so that I can provide the best care.

About: Although I don’t have pets of my own, over the past several years I’ve had the chance to care for a wide variety of dogs of all ages and sizes. I live down the street from some dog friendly hiking trails and my backyard is quite large so the energetic pups are always happy. I am accommodating and love the experiences I have meeting each new pet. A highlight was fostering and finding homes for 5 kittens in 2022! I have a relatively flexible schedule and am willing to travel a reasonable distance, message me for further schedule details- most frequently available on weekends I have a keen attention to detail that can keep too curious pups out of trouble. I am a dedicated animal lover, with years of experience in dog walking, playing, and general loving care for friends and family’s pets. About: I helped my mom take care of 4 boxers growing up which we bought as puppies. I love taking care and watching my friend’s pets. I am also an experienced RN just taking a break from nursing. About: My name is Carrie Anne, and I am a Momma to our my special older boy Balloo who has made it to 15 years old ! Baloo is a pit plot hound mix and one of the great loves of my life! I have raise my two children with our animals and have a vast experience with both young and elderly care for them in our home.
