About: I grew up in Tahoe and love all the wildlife and nature! My grandparents founded one of Oregon’s first canine-crisis-response therapy dog organizations, inspiring my lifelong passion for animals. I’ve raised two Portuguese water dogs and a cat named Merlin. I’ve volunteered at shelters, and studied the human-canine bond in college. Now I’m preparing for med school so I’m looking to help support myself by combining my passion for animals and care! Animals have always been a part of my life that brings me peace and contentment. Being able to care for animals brings me happiness while I study for the MCAT and save money to support myself through med school. I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and have cared for a wide range of temperaments. I take time to understand each dog’s unique personality and needs, adjusting my approach accordingly. Whether a dog needs gentle encouragement, extra training, or space and patience, I can adapt quickly to meet their needs. I always listen closely to the owner’s preferences and concerns, making sure my care aligns with their routines, boundaries, and goals. I understand how hard it can be to be away from your pet and I’m here to help!

About: I bring a calm, loving presence and truly enjoy bonding with each dog I care for. While I don’t have a pup of my own right now, I’ve helped friends and family with dogs of all ages—from energetic puppies to slow-moving seniors. I live an active lifestyle and love getting outside for long walks, hikes, or just some playful fetch time. I’m detail-oriented, patient, and treat every pet like they’re my own—making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved every step of the way. I have a flexible schedule and love making time for pet care throughout the week. I'm available for morning walks, midday visits, evening care—and I’m also happy to help on weekends or with overnight stays. Spending time with dogs is something I genuinely enjoy, so I’m excited to make it a regular part of my routine. I treat every pet’s safety and comfort as a top priority. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and follow all care instructions closely—from feeding schedules to leash routines. I live in the mountains, so dogs in my care have access to peaceful trails and plenty of space to explore safely. Whether at your home or mine, I create a calm, loving environment where your pet feels secure, happy, and well cared for.

“Brenna was incredible with my cat who is notoriously introverted & scared. She gained her trust quickly and updated me with food/bathroom/play details + multiple photos daily. ??”

About: I have had animals all my life including dogs, cats, horses, Guinea pigs, you name it! I have professionally trained horses for 10+yrs and trained dogs for 5+yrs. I have taken classes to better understand and tune in to different behaviors and body language given by dogs in order to give the best experience to the animals. While your dog is under my care, they will get tons of attention, belly rubs, play time, walks, and embark on the Adventure of their lives! Are you ready for the Paw-fect experience? I am currently working a mellow job for the summer so I will have lots of energy to give to the animals in the form of adventures and fun! I am constantly hiking out in nature and exploring nearby wilderness areas! I will supervise your pet the whole time, give them what they need, take them out for frequent potty breaks, take nice long walks, and of course have a long playtime session all catered toward what your dog needs!

“I recommend amber super sweet and affordable I could tell she was a true animal lover”

About: Hi! I have experience talking care of my own pets and I had animals living with me since I was 5 years old. I had rabbits, parlots, dogs and cats ❤️ I am working part-time remotly as a designer without a schedule so I can be available at any time and make it fit in my week schedule 🙌 I will always be aware of any special instructions. I will guarantee that they are well fed, hydrated, clean and not exposed to any dangerous situation or environment.

About: I have taken dog training classes at the local animal shelter. I offer puppies plenty of time for teething tug-of-war and have tons of patience with the geriatric slow walkers. I work part time, close to home, which offers plenty of time for dog walking, drop ins and over night care. My hours are flexible. I would keep your dog safe on a leash and have a large crate if that would help them feel secure in a different environment.

“Anthony took great care of our pup during a short notice visit! He communicated quickly, handled our leash puller very well, sent great updates and overall it was just great to know our dog was in great hands when we were gone all day. Would book with Anthony again!”

“Thanks Danielle :))”

“Holly was very attentive and caring with Apollo and consistently sent over updates and cute pictures! I felt at ease with leaving Apollo in her care as I was away on some work trips.”

About: I began working with dogs at the age of 10. Now, I dedicate my life to working with these extraordinary animals. Much of my time goes to service dog training, and volunteer work at animal shelters, reflecting my commitment to animal welfare. Through service dog training, I use methods such as operant conditioning, positive reinforcement, and clicker training, which I then use to work on basic command training with shelter dogs. My diverse background showcases a strong foundation in understanding animal behavior, from work as complicated as service dog training, to as simple as walking dogs. I am willing to offer 1 on 1 dog training if this is something that you may be looking for! Additionally, depending on your dogs needs, I can provide them with anything from a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood, to an hour long mountain hike! Let me know what you are looking for and I would be more then happy to work with you!! I look forward to meeting your pup! I am currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am available Monday-Friday between 1pm-6pm. My Saturday and Sunday schedules vary so reach out for availability! I am able to offer short in-home visits or anything from 30-minute to 60 minute long walks. These can be anything from a relaxed walk around the neighborhood to an adventure on a mountain hike! Additionally, if you are looking for dog training, this is also something I can offer! I am able to train anything from basic obedience, to more complicated skills. If you have a fenced-in yard, I am more than willing to play with your pup off-leash in the yard!

About: My wife and I have had the pleasure of owning dogs our entire lives! From miniature dachshunds to labs to rottweilers and more! We are trustworthy and timely humans and will be sure to give your pups all the love they deserve. We both work from home full time, and your pups will never have to be alone! We LOVE to be outdoors, and are happy to take your fur baby on as long or as short of a walk as necessary, and we're open to boarding on a case by case basis once I have met the dog as we do have a miniature dachshund (Sarge) of our own. Sarge went through back surgery last year, and we're very well adept at handling special needs pups, giving medication, etc. We hope you’ll give us a chance to earn your business time and time again. Please reach out if you have any questions! We both have very flexible work from home jobs, and your pups will never be alone. We are very active and happy to take your furry friend on walks as desired! We have a fenced in yard, and even have ramps for our furniture and front porch for dogs who may require a little extra help!

About: I have always loved animals. We had several dogs and cats while I was growing up and I have had my own dog, Luna, since I graduated college. I work full time but have lots of flexibility throughout the day. I take my own dog on at least 2 walks each day that are an hour each. My dog is very friendly and gets along with dogs and cats. If staying in your home I will need to bring her along. She loves playing with friends.

About: I’ve grown up with pets (dogs, cats, & horses) and have always enjoyed having a pet around. Looking to help others who might need a check in or extra walk with their pet during the day or while they’re out on the hill making some turns. I work from home & own a business in town. Always out and about and happy to make an extra stop to check in on a furry friend along the way. I was raised with walking my dog on a leash, and I still believe that is the safest method for a dog when outside walking around the neighborhood or on bike paths. When working with new dogs (or cats) if the area is not fenced in, a leash or harness will be requested so the pets safety is ensured. After creating a relationship with the pet, off leash walks are doable on trails.

About: With over a decade of dedicated pet care experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure the well-being of your beloved furry companions. From dogs and cats to small mammals, I've cared for a wide variety of pets with love and attention to detail. Whether it's providing nourishing meals, engaging in stimulating playtime, helping abandoned new born kitties, or simply offering comforting cuddles, I prioritize the individual needs and preferences of each animal in my care. With a passion for animals and a commitment to excellence, you can trust me to provide the highest standard of care for your furry family members, giving you peace of mind while you're away. Sunday-Monday I am available to do full time. Whether it’s in home, on a hike. I am more than pleasured to offer 24 hour supervision. Tuesday-Saturday, anytime after 6pm. I can do overnight but would have to leave the following morning for my main job. In my home, I ensure a safe and welcoming environment for pets entrusted to my care. This includes providing comfortable sleeping areas, access to fresh water and nutritious food, and ample opportunities for play and exercise. I tailor activities to suit each pet's personality and energy levels, whether it's interactive games, leisurely walks, or quiet cuddle time. When caring for pets in a client's home, I strive to maintain their usual routines and surroundings to minimize stress and ensure continuity of care. This involves following feeding schedules, administering any necessary medications, and providing companionship and attention tailored to each pet's needs. I also take care of household tasks such as bringing in mail, watering plants, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure both the pet and the home are well cared for in the owner's absence. Overall, whether in my home or a client's home, my approach to pet care is rooted in compassion, responsibility, and a genuine love for animals. I prioritize the well-being and happiness of each pet under my care, striving to create a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive.

“Tish was wonderful with my kitty Mya! This was her first cat sit as she usually only watches dogs, but she was great and Mya is very happy to have a new friend. She was so happy with Tish, I even received plenty of photos from the visits which Mya does not let me take! Highly recommend Tish as a sitter for all pets : )”

Alexander F.
“Alex has been an animal lover ever since he was old enough to be aware of them. From the time he was a young child and introduced to our dogs and cats, he treated them with unusual care and affection. As an older child, when his family finally got their own dog, Stormy, a Portuguese Water Dog, he not only helped his parents with taking care of her with feeding, walks, etc., he also was very involved in training her. When he was in high school, he volunteered for the Lake Tahoe Humane Society to care for their shelter animals. Alex, now a recent graduate from college with honors, is an extremely responsible, kind, trustworthy young man who with his prior experience and ongoing enthusiasm for nurturing his and others' pets, would be great at dog or cat-sitting.”
