About: I have been caring for dogs for over 40 years. I will spend all of my time with your dog, hiking, swimming, playing in the snow and cuddling. Your dog will be my only priority. I am available to take care of all of your dogs with each scheduled visit. I will always ask if it is ok to also care for another dog along with yours. I am interested in boarding your dog/ dogs while you enjoy Lake Tahoe. I will be able to spend all of my time with your dog. I will provide a safe and clean environment for your dog. When we hike, swim, play in the snow, they will be on a leash. I will always be very careful with your dog.

About: Growing up with animals gave me a special appreciation and gratitude for all fur babies. I’ve cared for many animals throughout my life. I even lived on an animal sanctuary for a year and half tending to farm animals and I was just in Thailand a year ago volunteering with rescued elephants, cats and dogs. Where I live currently we have a few other happy dog friendly pups, all the more to guarantee your pup will be worn out ◡̈ I also have house sat from NYC, SLC, Sun Valley, ATL, LA, and Malibu. I’ve had several years as a house manager so no task is too big or small. I currently work remote full time and in my last year of my masters program. Fur baby breaks are perfect for my wide open schedule. I’m available and happily willing to take care of your fur babies within the comforts of their own home. Whether it’s just needing a few pets, feedings, plays, cuddles, beach visits or hikes I’m your guy.

About: Greetings. I’ve had a best friend who was with me everyday for 15 years. I was with her from the beginning to the end. I am sensitive to the needs of our dogs and always very aware of our surroundings. I’m ultra aware of the cayotes up here and all their tricks. With the new smells and distractions for some dogs that are not from here I always feel safer to keep them on leash during our walks. I live alone in a quiet cabin on a quiet street, no traffic and no neighbors. Big fenced back yard and a small gated front porch. I know all the trails in Sierra track as well as the whole area. I’m very flexible and will take care of all the little things that are needed and the unexpected ones that pop up. I know how stressfull it can be traveling and then leaving your best friend with someone. I will communicate with you and make it easy and stress free. It’s a big adjustment not having my sweet girl Francis. I was so used to waking up and she was there, or coming home and she was sitting in my spot waiting for me. Honestly this is good for me having a dog around. It’s helping with this process I’m going through. I am very flexible and available almost anytime and on short notice if life happens. I know how that goes. I know the trails and areas to go that are safe and fun. Im an early riser, and I enjoy mornings walks when it’s nice and quiet with no traffic or crowds of people. I have no problem with taking the pup with me in the car to run a quick errand or even better a day trip somewhere. Some dogs love car rides with the window down and nose out. And some do not. It’s all optional, absolutely no problems leaving him or her at home while I’m out for a sec. I primarily work from home and would be with him/her almost all the time. My dog Francis was a little attached. Maybe loyal is a better word. I was very lucky with her and didn’t have to worry too much. But I learned to never ever let anything happen to her. Very aware of our environment. Cars, other dogs, cayotes, bees , bodies of water and all weather conditions, hot pavement and even to always avoid the drains/grates in the roads ect. I’m not disactred by my phone or anything else. I’ll only feed what the owner approves.

Kendal is one of the most impressive teenagers to meet and it has been a pleasure to watch her grow up. About: Puppies are my expertise! Dog owner and volunteer at the local Truckee Tahoe humane society. Fostered over 30 puppies and dogs. Love taking dogs on fun adventures around Tahoe. My schedule is open for pretty much anything. Live locally and can accommodate anywhere around the lake. Prefer north/west/east shore. But open to other locations around Tahoe. My dog is family. So I will do the same. I understand how important pups are treat them as I would want my dog treated.
