About: Growing up, I’ve always had dogs at home and I helped take care of them with lots of love! I have experience with taking care of puppies to older dogs. Dog walking and day sitting:) I currently work part time at a cafe in Tahoe! I’m always looking to be active especially since I have a standard poodle who’s high energy. I play/love on my pets, feed at the right times, take them out often, and they are always with me so I can watch them.

About: I have taken care of many different dogs and cats over the years and always go above and beyond to make them and their parents happy. I have worked with small and large dogs, one to three dogs at once, old and puppies. I love animals so much and watching them is always the best part of my day! I have my own business so I am able to leave and walk a dog whenever I need to! I also work a night job 2 nights a week but it’s typically only for 5 hours. I am very attentive and any time I am walking a dog I make sure to be very aware of our surroundings. Even when I let them out in a backyard I make sure to keep an eye on them. I always make sure everything is okay before I leave (checking there’s no food out, making sure they have enough water, triple checking there’s door is closed and locked!)

About: I have been caring for dogs for over 40 years. I will spend all of my time with your dog, hiking, swimming, playing in the snow and cuddling. I am interested in boarding your dog while you enjoy Lake Tahoe. I live near the lake so there will be a daily visits walking along the shores. I know how hard it can be to leave town without them and the stress it can cause to not know who to trust with your beloved pets. If you feel safe, they will feel safe! A home visit meet-and-greet prior to your vacation dates is always recommended. I am happy to care for the home, plants, and other household needs.

About: What I would say sets me apart from other walkers/sitters, is my care and attention to each dog’s unique needs. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and adjust my care style accordingly. I have always had a passion for animals, and making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m currently working part-time, so my schedule is extremely flexible! I am available almost everyday, all day to care for your pups! I just recently moved up to South Lake for college and am living in the dorms, so I’m trying to save up some extra money doing what I love! On walks, I focus on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and happy. I always stay alert to surroundings, and avoid busy or unsafe areas. I always make sure to bring water on longer walks, watch for signs of tiredness or overheating, and give them time to sniff and explore. I also reinforce good leash behavior with gentle guidance and positive encouragement. Each walk is a mix of exercise, care, and fun.

I’ve spent the past year working as a vet tech at a local veterinary hospital, so I’m very comfortable around dogs and cats. If your animal is every hurt or sick, I am qualified to take care, and watch over them. I’m used exercising, cleaning up after, and giving medications to animals. I’m also a dog mom to a black and white Mutt named Ray. As far as exercising your pet, it can range from short or long walks, trail walks, runs, or playing with toys, depending on what they need/like. House sitting will consist of me keeping your pet company, feeding, and all the exercise they need. If needed I can spend the night, or if you prefer I can come back in the morning. I am currently a bartender so I can be available to take your animals out during the day while you work! I love to get outside and hike, bike, and go to the beach, so if you have an adventurous dog I can cater to its needs.
