About: I've owned Australian Cattle Dogs (red/blue heelers) my entire life. My beloved most recent 12 year old Red Heeler named Austin passed away last summer. I now travel too much for work to consider getting another pet myself, but would love to borrow some to get my four legged furry fix. I am self employed professional photographer with a flexible weekly schedule and I work from home, except when I am out photographing clients. I would love to be a trusted fill-in for your standards of interaction with your pal if our schedules align. Please note that I am NOT a good fit for pandemic animals that cannot be left unattended or have separation anxiety. If your dog cannot be left alone for a few hours at a time you'll need to look elsewhere. I have a fenced yard and a dog door for access. I would prefer to care for dogs in my home but open to house sitting also.

About: I love dogs so much and have had them hem all throughout my life. I live very close to a hiking area and take dogs on long walks daily. I look forward to meeting your doggies! “Alexis was so sweet with the dogs. They stayed at her home and she kept them entertained and feeling safe and loved. One of my dogs gets anxious so she gave her toys and played soothing music. It was a great experience to leave them with her over the Holidays!”

“My family was on a short vacation and didn't realize dogs were not allowed where we stayed. I contacted Laura and she accepted my boarding request quickly and even came to picked up our pup. She sent pictures and videos throughout the day and I must say our doggy had a vacation herself! Laura took her on a beautiful walk through the snow and then another to the beach. Our pup then got to play with Laura's two dogs. I cannot recommend Laura enough and I will certainly be contacting her to watch our girl next time we vist!”
