She was responsive, friendly, and able to accommodate us at the last minute when our other sitter canceled. I always feel guilty leaving Frankie with a sitter he doesn't know. But Melissa sent us lots of photos and updates; you could tell Frank was happy and comfortable the whole time. On top of everything, she even sent us home with a cute framed photo of Frankie that we have on our mantel! “Fin had the BEST weekend with Westan! Westan was an amazing sitter, communicator and so easy to work with. He offered a quick meet and greet as this was our first time using Rover for Fin.
