I've learned that Nettie hikes daily, so if your dog loves to hike, Nettie is the one, plus the absolute love your dog will receive. She has a nice backyard, so there's plenty of room for running around.”

“I was visiting Lake Tahoe but staying at a timeshare that doesn't allow dogs, so I booked Teeda and her husband Richard to pet sit my dog Teddy in their home. They were phenomenal! Not only did they take Teddy on hikes and to the beach every day, and send lots of photos, but they also were EXTREMELY accommodating. They were super flexible about letting me take Teddy out on several days--in fact one morning when I called to ask about picking him up, and they were already driving him to another lake for an outing, they even offered to turn around. But the most amazing thing was that on the last day, due to a crazy-early flight that my travel companion had booked out of Sacramento Int'l airport, we had to pick Teddy up at 3:45 in the morning (!!!). I felt terrible about this, but Teeda was very cheerful about it and was ready at the door before I knocked. I can't recommend Teeda & Richard enough!”

About: My husband Brendan and I moved to South Lake Tahoe a year ago, we have a sweet one year old Labrador called Poppy and are looking forward to connecting with other dog lovers in the area! I am working from home and have a flexible schedule, so I can go on dog walks and do drop offs and pick ups as well. We have a fenced backyard where dogs can run and play safely. Our lab Poppy loves other dogs and will keep them entertained, loves to play and cuddle.
