“Brett was awesome with my dog Scout. He was a great communicator and flexible with drop off time. Scout had a great time hanging with Brett at home watching sports and even went on two different hikes in the area. Scout came home exhausted and happy. Would definitely use Brett again !!”

“Pippa was happy and had a play mate. Gina was easy to work with and accommodating with our day and time changes with major weather conditions. Will take Pippa again next year.”

“Kym was great! She took care of our 5 month old puppy for 5 days while we were out of town. She was super responsive in the booking process as well as while we were gone. She sent daily updates on our puppy who always seemed to be having a great time with her and her dog Huck. I would not hesitate to hire Kym again in the future!”

“Trusting a stranger with your pet is the worst! but he is one to trust, I give him 5 stars for all the updates during my dogs stay an photos.. I can tell my pup was stress fee on pick up & was quick to get comfortable with Gabriel on drop off !”

“Melissa saved us by accepting our very last minute reservation. She went above and beyond in her care for our dog. Fantastic service and communication! She's exceptional!”

“Teeda was warm and welcoming to Yogi. She sent pictures every day, which meant a lot to me since this was the first extended time Yogi and I have been apart! I could rest my mind at ease knowing he was in a safe and loving environment with other pet friends.”

“Fin had the BEST weekend with Westan! Westan was an amazing sitter, communicator and so easy to work with. He offered a quick meet and greet as this was our first time using Rover for Fin. Fin immediately took to Westan's loving and fun personality! When we dropped Fin off, Westan already had the house set up and they sped off to a long hike in the snow. Westan kept us updated with adorable pictures throughout the weekend and we felt so at ease knowing that our pup was having a great time exploring Tahoe! I highly recommend Westan and will absolutely be reaching out to him anytime we're up in Tahoe!”

About: I am Andi, mom to 12-year-old Henry. Henry LOVES dogs and is excited to host some new dog friends in our home. Henry and I will work together to make sure your dog is happy, healthy, exercised, fed and loved. We had an elderly dog who we loved dearly, who passed over the rainbow doggie bridge, so to speak, in May. We are used to administering medicine and taking care of all types of dogs because of him. We also have a toddler in our home so dogs must tolerate little kids. Andi is home full-time to be with your dog. Henry goes to school Monday - Friday but is excited to help on weekends and after school. We live in a neighborhood without fences. We will walk your dog as many times per day as they need. They can be on leash or off leash depending on recall and temperament.
“Gina took very good care of my dogs. They were right at home in her home and had lots of friends to play with. She sent me pictures while I was gone which reassured me they were well cared for.”

“Ok, I need to say that while our dog is not aggressive or intimidating, he is extremely reserved and is cautious until he feels comfortable. Typically you know you’re “in” when he licks your fingers. I worried for weeks about leaving our boy with someone we didn’t know. I fully expected for him to try to get back in the car or fight to get back with us. Our experience was not at all what we thought. We drove up in Melissa’s yard and she came out to meet us. Tank walked right over to her and acted like he’d known her forever. When we got back in the Jeep to leave, he didn’t even look back over his shoulder, he simply trotted in her house like he didn’t even know us. We were afraid of hurting his feelings by leaving him, but ours were a little hurt instead. Lol! When we came to get him, he was happy enough to see us, but not with the wild enthusiasm we typically get. All that to say that a typically shy and emotional dog did JUST FINE with Melissa. Melissa is very nice, warm, and friendly. She asked lots of questions, so she would be prepared for him. She sent pictures and a short description of his adventures. When he didn’t want to eat, she asked if it would be ok to mix some wet food with his dry (of course we said yes) and she let us know he was back to eating normally. She was very flexible when we asked to pick him up a little later than planned, and she had washed his blanket when we picked him up. Very, very happy with Melissa and we will ask her to watch him in the future.”

“Teresa was wonderful to work with and clearly took great care of my dog over the five days I had her boarded. She sent adorable photos of her curled up and cozy on the couch — it’s clear she was a happy pup (and spoiled)! I’d definitely book with Teresa again.”

“Our lil Popsicle had an amazing time with Daine, Jade and their lovely fur babies! So much play time, walks and snuggles. We will most def be returning costumers and highly recommend them to all of our friends. Its so comforting to know ur fur family members are being loved- Jade and Daine most definitely provided that for our Poppy.”

“We had such a wonderful experience with Kathy! She took excellent care of our two small dogs over the weekend, and we couldn't be happier with the care they received. Kathy kept us updated with beautiful photos and regular updates, which really put our minds at ease. It was clear that she genuinely loves animals and provided them with the best care possible. We felt 100% confident that our dogs were in great hands. We will definitely be booking with Kathy again in the future! Highly recommend!”

“I'm always nervous when someone new watches our little girl Riley, but Patty and Randy made us feel at ease as soon as we dropped Riley off. Love that its only small dogs as that is so hard to find (especially near South Lake Tahoe). Great communication and just lovely people all around - highly recommend!”

“Melissa watched our pup while we stayed in a non-dog-friendly house on our first trip to Tahoe. She was responsive, friendly, and able to accommodate us at the last minute when our other sitter canceled. I always feel guilty leaving Frankie with a sitter he doesn't know. But Melissa sent us lots of photos and updates; you could tell Frank was happy and comfortable the whole time. On top of everything, she even sent us home with a cute framed photo of Frankie that we have on our mantel! HIGHLY recommend Melissa - especially for dog owners looking for a guilt-free weekend trip :) We'll definitely be reaching out whenever we're in Tahoe!”

“Faith was able to care for our dog overnight and she seemed to be happy with the pictures we saw while gone and upon pick up the next day. This was her first overnight stay without family caring for her.”

“I was nervous to leave my puppy with anyone even for a few days. He was just adjusting from our move to Tahoe. But all my fears were unfounded as Raluca loved on him to the point he barely missed me. Her regular updates brought me peace. She followed my instructions and learned my dog's patterns and limitations. She was an amazing find for my first use of Rover. We will have her take care of Duke again in the future.”

“Nicole was amazing. It was the first time we used the app and she was such a doll. So caring and sweet with our 5 month old puppy. She sent us picture updates which made us feel so at ease. The true testament of how great she was when we got him home, he was so calm and content which I think shows of how well he was looked after with her. There will definitely be more stays in the future with Nicole. Thanks again!”

“Thanks Tim for taking such good care of soma! He had a great time. Tim sent daily updates with photos. Our dog looked very happy despite being prone to anxiety! He took to tim immediately.”
