From growing up with two golden retrievers to getting my own dog louie at 17- and seeing him through his senior years all the way up until his passing this past February. We still have his sweet loving sister Nala who is 5, a tender gentle girl who lives for fetch! She may be timid at first meet but is just a submissive gentle girl who eventually opens up for fun loving play if the other dog will have her :) I have dog and cat sat for family and friends since I can remember. Our dog Gracie took to Gabriel the minute she met him! What a relief and comfort to know she was in good hands so we could go on our Anniversary traditional backpack trip and feel comfortable leaving our beautiful girl.Gabriel kept in great contact and sent pictures of her often. We couldn’t have been more happy with Gabriel’s attention to detail, warmth with our dog, and he had a perfect area outside for her, as well as inside right by his side. He also took her on walks and gave her his undivided attention. Would book Gabriel again over and over.
Melissa watched our lab, Jovi, for a week while we were in Tahoe for our wedding, and she was absolutely incredible. She sent photos and videos every single day, so we always knew Jovi was happy and well cared for. She took her on walks, let her swim in the lake, and Jovi got tons of playtime with Melissa’s sweet dog, Obi — they clearly became best friends! Melissa truly went above and beyond. She even dropped Jovi off at our wedding so she could be in our photos, which meant the world to us, and she gave Jovi a bath without us even asking. It was such a relief knowing our girl was in such loving, capable hands while we were away. We would absolutely use Melissa again and can’t recommend her enough!
Teresa was an amazing dog sitter and took great care of our dog, Stacy, while we traveled for work for 3 nights. She was very accommodating with our last minute request and flexible with the drop off and pick up times. She had great communication, administered medicine and took Stacy on multiple walks and hikes. I would not hesitate to recommend or to rebook a dog care service with Teresa.
Raluca was amazing! This is our first time boarding our miniature dachshund, so we were definitely nervous about it beforehand. Raluca sent us constant updates with our pup’s photos/videos, which really helped with my separation anxiety. When it’s time to pick up, Raluca got everything packed and ready to go, and she even offered to moved the cage into our trunk. Our dog soufflé loved her stay and we can’t recommend Raluca enough.
Lara was amazing! She was incredibly attentive to my dog’s needs, made sure she got plenty of exercise (even in a snow storm!), and made her feel completely at home. She didn’t want to leave when we picked her up! Your critters are in good hands with Lara and we’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future.
Megan did an amazing job watching our pup Ziti while we were on vacation in Lake Tahoe. He had so much fun with her, her family and their pup. She was great about communicating and sending updates/pictures and even let my son go visit him. I would definitely recommend her and know Ziti will be excited to stay there again on our next visit.
Kristian is a terrific sitter! When I asked how Moo was doing, he texted back right away with detailed updates. He let us know how Moo did on their walks and how well he ate his meals. He sent pictures and videos, which we loved! We would definitely book Kristian again the next time we're in Tahoe.
