Local Mountain Care
I provide highly capable, active care for mountain dogs. My shepherd maremma mix, Lumi, and I hit the trails daily - a flexible schedule finishing up my Master's degree means I have plenty of time for dedicated supervision. We have a fully fenced yard and are a quick walk to the forest. For your absolute peace of mind, I hold an active Wilderness EMT certification and my daily trail kit includes a canine-specific tourniquet.

Schedule
Very flexible as I wrap up grad school. We long walk early in the morning to beat the crowds, ensuring the doogo(s) gets open space for off-leash exercise when the environment is safest from distraction.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Lumi is a solid regulator and grew up teasing coyotes on an unfenced 15acres. We'll keep a good watch. *Reminder that Rover applies a 25% surcharge to the prices that we set - and then they hit you with another 11% :(

A typical day
Lumi starts the day by smelling the news in the forest and hopes to dip in the river near peak heat. In winter you'll catch us with skis underfoot as often as possible.
