I live in a private home with a large, fully fenced-in yard off of Ski Run Blvd with three female rescue chiweenies. I have had and cared for dogs (large and small) as well as cats for 13 years and am loving, patient, and responsible. I love to get outside for runs down to the beach or to go hiking in the area, and try to bring at least one dog with me on every adventure. I have raised both puppies and cared for elderly dogs, including my own Golden Retriever Stewie who sadly passed away two years ago at the age of 12. I look forward to meeting and caring for your furry family members as well as I do my own!

Laura is fabulous! We liked her from the start and so did Yosh. We got pics, a video, and updates throughout the day. It was like a spa day for Yosh — thanks, Laura!
Laura took such good care of our dog. We requested doggie day care last minute and she was able to squeeze him into her day. She took him on an adventure and her sweet dogs tired our puppy out. He’s snoring next to me now. I hope Richard can visit again next time we are in the area.
Laura was great with my Labrador Charlie! He settled right in with her 2 small dogs, like he was just one of the pack. I loved that she sent photos of Charlie's adventures of the day, it made me feel good knowing he was well taken care of. I would definitely be happy knowing Charlie's in Laura's care on my future busy days in Tahoe!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced in, private backyard off of a quiet street that is perfect for lots of running around with my 3 dogs, who are incredibly friendly and get along with dogs of all ages and sizes (and are great at tiring out puppies!). My dogs are crate trained and usually are in their crates at night and when I am away for more than a couple hours, and I would be happy to do the same or whatever is preferred for yours.
Pets
A typical day
Some of my favorite spots to bring dogs including Kiva beach and any hikes that involve open meadows and alpine lakes, the dog park at Bijou (if appropriate for the right dog), and sunsets at Round Hill. I also love to paddle board and would gladly take another dog with me, since mine hate the water.
