2. Scott F.

“Scott watched our two Vizslas for the afternoon. When we got home, they wanted to go with him. They played and were very happy enjoying Scott. We got stuck in traffic and Scott was very understanding. Will book with Scott next time we need a sitter.”

3. Sarah S.

“Sarah was once again fantastic in caring for our boy Vizsla! Provided great regular updates, took him on many walks, and left the house in great condition! Definitely will hire Sarah again.”

4. Anthony S.
About: With nearly a lifetime of experience raising and training dogs, primarily hunting/sport breeds, I have been exposed to various handling styles and training techniques that have lead me to focusing on Free-Shaping my personal pack of dogs for the past 13 years. Because I have 3 dogs of my own (teenager, adult, senior) I have a pretty regular routine everyday of various activities with them individually and as a pack. Thursday through Sunday the flexibility of my open availability allows me to take on additional dogs on a part-time basis. Working with dogs will hopefully keep me from growing my pack anymore...fur now😉. My pups have individual crates, and beds to relax in the house. Big back yard, unfortunately unfenced, but there is a tether run and tie outs to use as needed. Dogs are never in the yard unsupervised. I transport them in a Chevy Suburban to other fun places around the Tahoe/Truckee area. Everyday is filled with multiple adventures, meal times in the early AM and late evening after a long walk. Individual needs or "rules" for your fur baby are completely respected, "it's your pup, it's your call".

5. Michelle M.
“Elle is amazing and a natural with animals. You will not find a more loving, conscientious, caretaker for your pets. She is reliable and dependable and has a great response time . I would recommend her for any pet care service…”

6. Megan M.
“Megan is great with animals! I have two Malteses and had her watch them a handful of times while I go on vacation. Summer and Charlie love her and she loves them! Megan is also very active and loves taking them on long walks which they love.”

7. Amber W.

“Amber was great! We used her for our three labs and cat for the better part of the day and evening. She was on time, a quick learner, and took excellent care of the boys. The dogs had lots of walks and she sent pictures of their fun together. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their fur babies.”

8. Brendan K.
“I had the pleasure of having Brendan Ketchan pet-sit my 14-year-old Australian Blue Heeler, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care he provided. From the moment I met him, I felt reassured by his genuine love for animals and his experience with dogs of all ages. He took the time to get to know my dog’s needs, ensuring she was comfortable and well-cared for during my absence. Brendan kept me updated with photos and messages, so I never had to worry about my dog’s well-being. He was attentive to her medical needs, taking extra care to ensure she received her medication on time and making sure she stayed active but not overexerted. His calm and patient demeanor was exactly what my senior dog needed, and I could tell she enjoyed his company. I would highly recommend Brendan to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and caring pet sitter. His professionalism and passion for animals truly set him apart, and I’m grateful to have found someone who treats my dog like family.”

9. Lisa G.
“This is a great option for your dog to be loved and spoiled. We just needed 2 days. She was especially caring and loving of dogs as if they are her own. She had great knowledge and understanding of the care needed. Most importantly our doggy was happy and and comfortable.”

10. Kaelin R.
“Kaelin has house-sat and taken care of my dog and cat while I’ve been out of town a few times. He is always very responsive and my pets are very happy and safe with him! Would definitely recommend and rebook.”

11. Lilli G.
“Lilli is a very charismatic individual, especially towards animals. She often cares for my dog (while also tending to her own) if I have long days of work or class. She helps me to train good puppy manners and easy commands. I have also witnessed her taking care of a mutual friend’s two dogs. Lilli has a passion for all four-legged friends and would be eager to help you out!”

12. Kathryn D.
“Awesome dog walker! She always comes in with a smile and my little guy gets so excited when Kathryn shows up to walk him. She even takes him running.”

13. Rachael K.
“Rachael is simply superlative. She took care of our home and 2 kitties for more than 6 months—we couldn’t have asked for a more professional, loving and conscientious caregiver. Knowing she was watching over things gave us peace of mind. She exceeded all expectations and I feel beyond lucky to have found her.”
14. Holly O.
“Holly is great with dogs. Holly has babysat and house Sat with my Brittany Spaniel. My Brittany is 2yrs now and still as you know a torpedo that needs constant mental and physical stimulation. Holly knows the difference and gives both. Well educated and doing it because she loves dogs but not in the way that makes you uneasy. She is present and well spoken and talks to the dogs like a teacher talks to an honors student. Her irish roots and growing up around farm animals makes her attentive but stern. Like the Bird Lady in Home Alone 2. She’s compassionate but nobodies fool.”

15. Kristina D.

“Kristina was great! She took great care of our small dog and home! She also sent pics!”

16. Lindsey C.
“Lindsey is the very definition of a dog lover and the feeling seems to be mutual from our dogs. She has a very kind heart and gives the dogs a lot of attention. She has a great work ethic and is very a responsible person. My dog is always so excited to see her!”

17. Savannah T.
About: I have always loved animals. We had several dogs and cats while I was growing up and I have had my own dog, Luna, since I graduated college. I work full time but have lots of flexibility throughout the day. I take my own dog on at least 2 walks each day that are an hour each. My dog is very friendly and gets along with dogs and cats. If staying in your home I will need to bring her along. She loves playing with friends.

18. Claire O.
“Claire would be my first choice for a pet sitter. She is responsible, caring and fun. She understands their needs and is very attentive. River will love Claire!”

19. Chris & Tess H.
“Chris and Tess care for your pets as if they were their very own! They have experience in all ages, all sizes, and all mobility levels. They both have extremely high levels of attentiveness and care when I have them pet sit. My babies always come home happy, rested, and spoiled. ♥️ Choosing Tess has allowed me to travel with my mind at ease knowing Freyja and Merlin are having just as much fun as I am. Thank you both!!!”
