About: I have spent my whole life living with and caring for animals of all kinds, ranging from self sufficient cats who sleep all day, to high energy dogs who require multi-mile walks and constant engagement. I can comfortably administer medications and assist pets with special needs. I will follow their routine closely, and if I'm staying in your home I can assure you it will be treated mindfully. Growing up I frequently watched my neighbor's pets and built great relationships with each animal. I got to know so many personality types and adapted to their lifestyles. I don't have any pets currently, and would love the opportunity to spend time with ones who need care. My ultimate goal is to make them feel like their family never left. I will be working part time this fall and am currently volunteering at the Humane Society of Tahoe-Truckee, so I will have lots of time to keep your furry friends company. Depending on your pets energy we can keep active or spend the day cuddling on the couch. No matter, their days will be filled with love and enrichment. I just ask that you provide each pets vet information and emergency contacts. I have a pet-specific checklist we will go over, ie diet, behavior, daily routine, etc. to ensure they will have a fun yet safe and clean environment while you're away. Dogs will stay on leash when out of the house (unless we go for a swim!). I can check in as frequently as you prefer and can confirm many photos will be taken.

About: I grew up caring for household pets & greatly enjoyed it. I am a dedicated animal lover, with years of experience in dog walking, playing, and general loving care for friends and family’s pets. I feel strongly that animals need to get sufficient play time in order to feel properly nourished in their lives. I also have experience with senior dogs, dogs with muzzles & dogs with special needs. I am comfortable sleeping with animals on the beds or off, depending, of course, on how large the bed is if it’s an overnight sit. About: Raised on a cattle ranch, I have had experience with animals large and small my whole life. I joined Rover about a few years ago, shortly after my 120 pound lab of 9 years passed away, I wanted to be able to be around dogs and be able to be active by going on hikes and out to dog beach, but wasn't quite ready to bring to a new puppy into my life. I have house sat for many clients over the years: friends, co-workers & students families. I love to go on long walks, am comfortable administering medication if needed & providing lots of love for your dear furry friend(s). It’s been 7 years since I brought my lab puppy Pilot home & he absolutely loves having other dogs come to stay and/or join in on our daily adventures. Since covid hit he especially loves that I am a work from home dog mom now and we take a considerable amount of additional walks/hikes/bike rides each day. I would welcome anyone who is looking for Daily walks/adventures as well as longer term pet sitting to reach out as I would love to watch your furry friends. My dog Pilot would love to meet more friends to play with. Please note: I am unable to accommodate pets with any type of aggressive tendencies. I work full time from home, so your pet will be cared for and with the company of myself and my lab for their entire stay. I have a huge property with a doggie door and live near a variety of trails and lakes that can be accessed right out our door for our exercising adventures

About: I have always had pets since my childhood and now I have a terrier/heeler dogo named Aaliyah. I absolutely love pets and caring for them brings me so much joy! I have been caring for pets since I was in my early teen years so for about 10 years. I promise I’m the girl for the job! :) I work Monday through Friday and the earliest I start is 8am and every day besides Thursday I’m off by 6pm. I usually am free on the weekends and holidays. I have my own transportation so I am happy to commute. If you’d like to do a meet and greet before your requested service, I am happy to do that. Depending on the service requested, I will ensure that whatever it may be you ask of me is completed. I will follow directions with precision and care. I will ensure pets feel cared for and seen while their owners are away.

About: I worked at a pet hotel and doggie daycare for a year. We would create play groups for certain compatible dogs, feed, administer medications, and clean up after them. I also have two family dogs for the last 10 years. I currently work Thursday-Saturday and have four days off. Also I will not be working at my current job for the full month of February so I will have full availability! I currently am renting a room in a house so I would be unable to have pets over. I would be able to stay the night at the client’s home only. I can bring pets for long walks/hikes or just relaxing and playing whatever need be. I would also like a video of the condition of the house I’d be staying at in advance.
