And she was very accommodating when holiday ski traffic was beyond ridiculous getting back to her place for pickup and even nicer when our ski plans changed necessitating a cancellation of our last day of daycare services. About: My love for animals started when I was a little girl on a small family farm caring for goats, chickens, horses, and of course—dogs. I participated in 4H and horse competitions, which taught me patience, confidence, and responsibility around all kinds of animals. I’m comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities—from tiny lap dogs to giant mountain adventurers, puppies to seniors. During COVID my daughter began boarding dogs, and we naturally grew into the dog care business together. It’s become a true family passion and we absolutely love what we do. I’m available full-time, including weekends and holidays. Your dog will get plenty of attention, outdoor time, potty breaks, walks, play, and cuddles throughout the day. When dogs stay with us, they’re treated like family. We live 15 minutes from downtown Truckee on 22 private acres of forested land with a meadow and trails to explore. We also have a secure fenced area for safe outdoor play and structured time. Inside, there are cozy napping spots and fresh water available throughout the home and property. Between the open space, toy baskets, sticks, and balls—dogs leave happy, tired, and content.

“Brad is an exceptional dog sitter. I dropped off my little shitzu Robbie with him as we were skiing for the day. Brad was very communicative and send me lots of pictures and videos of Robbie. He also took Robbie for a long walk on a trail with no car traffic. Brad is very attentive and I could tell that he takes dog care very seriously. This is exactly what I was looking for, someone who loves dogs and who gives them 100% attention. I highly recommend Brad to others.”

We were in the are for the day skiing at Palisades Tahoe as a stop on our road trip, and Luke helped us out so we could have some time to ski away from the pup. We got updates and videos, and he even took our dog for a long walk. Highly recommend, his training skills are great and super convenient location, great communication.”

About: Hi! My dog Enzo and I enjoy hiking around Tahoe. I would love to take your fur friend on all of the adventures with us! I usually spend my days off wandering in the woods and playing at the lake. My ideal day may include a morning hike, evening walk, lake sunset, porch relaxing, reading/Netflix at bedtime with dog cuddles. I can offer as much or as little activity as needed, feeding times flexible, house rules flexible (furniture/no furniture, crate/free roaming) depending on your home routines. I would also be more than happy to take care of your pups while you’re out of town. Enzo and I can come to your place, or your dog can stay with us at ours. I work as an emergency room nurse so my shifts are variable, but I have four days off each week. When I am not working, I am able to be with the dogs doing dog adventures all day long! I am often off work for a week at a time. My schedule is variable because I work in health care. When I am not at the hospital working, I can dedicate the whole day to hanging with the pups Dogs will stay in the house with frequent potty breaks. We have a morning and evening walk each day at the very least - most days I try to spend the majority of the day outside with hikes and lake days
