About: I’m an experienced pet owner and care giver. I’ve cared and loved my own dog for 14 years now. Along with dogs I have owned/cared for cats, rats, and lizards. When I was younger I worked on a farm and developed a deep love for animals. I live a very active lifestyle and would be stoked to take your pet out for walks, runs, hikes, and beach day swimming! I have a large vehicle which has easy transportation for bigger dogs. I take the time to establish a genuine connection with your pet and want to foster a bond built on mutual understanding and respect. Having trust from you and your pet is an important relationship to have. I want you to be sure that your furry loved one and your home is being taken care of in the safest and best way possible for you. I am a full time worker and van-lifer. My home is on wheels which makes it easy to move around to meet your home sitting needs. I’m not able to host animals in my home. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to care for dogs in a variety of in-home settings, including longer-term stays ranging from several months to over a year. I’ve built strong, lasting bonds with each dog, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know their individual personalities and needs. More recently, I’ve been providing in-home care for dogs in their own environments, including households with multiple pets. I focus on keeping routines consistent so each dog feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or quiet companionship, I aim to meet each dog where they are. Pet care is my primary focus, which allows me to spend quality time with the dogs I care for and be attentive to their needs throughout the day. I’m also comfortable supporting older dogs, including monitoring activity levels and helping limit strain (such as excessive jumping) to keep them comfortable and safe. I also care for cats as part of a combined household, and I’m attentive to their individual routines and personalities as well. About: I have taken care of a variety of dogs and cats. I have experience dog walking, dog and cat sitting. I really enjoy bring people's pets outside for exercise and spending time with them at their home. I currently work full time in Reno so I have availability between 3:00 and 5:00 PM M-F but this can change upon specific request. I am available for over nights M-F as well. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 12 years old! I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, and even pigs! I am a dog mama myself and treat my dog like he is my child! He is now 10 years old and I’ve raised him and trained him since he was a puppy. He is back at home so I am always looking for opportunities to give other dogs some love! I have a ton of experience with dog sitting, cat sitting, and dog walking, and even some experience with puppy training with my own pup. I would love to meet your pup and give him/her the best care possible! I am a Tahoe/Truckee resident that does seasonal work so my schedule can vary from month to month. When I’m not having fun in the mountains, I’m always looking to add a little bit of puppy love to my life. That’s why pet sitting is a job that I love to make time for! I am not offering pet sitting in my own home because my landlord does not allow pets, but I will assure that your dog is well cared for in its own home environment! I love detailed instructions on the specifics that the owner would like me to do, and will follow them to a T. I am a pet owner myself so I know the stress of leaving your pet in someone else’s care! But, I can promise you that I will follow any instructions given and give your pet tons of love!

About: I grew up with a household of pets. After leaving my childhood home I moved to the Tahoe Truckee area and began working for a veterinarian. I studied animal behavior in college and I continued to work in the veterinary profession until my retirement in 2022, for 40 plus years! I have always devoted myself to the best of care for all of my own pets, including hamsters, parakeets, cats, dogs, rats, and chickens, and to the pets of friends and family including horses. I am very tuned into their health and medical needs as well as their everyday fun and attention needs. I love to walk and am very safety conscious. I am free to offer services many days. Now that I am newly retired I do spend some time traveling away from home or with other part time activities but, in general, my schedule is very flexible. As I currently have a senior cat who is afraid of dogs, I prefer most of my services be in your home or walking your dogs. However, some cat loving, mellow dogs might be possible for short periods in my home as needed. I do not have a fenced yard so outside time in my home would be leash walking time, dependent on the needs of your dog, for safety.

About: Everything will be done to keep your dog safe, healthy, calm, and happy while they are in my care. All visits include the following: lots of walks tracked with strava, photo updates, and extra love. Your best friend will get filtered water from fresh bowls each day, and only give your dog food and treats that you provide. You deserve what you want during your dogs stay. Consider this a vacation for your dog, and that all their needs will be taken care of so you can enjoy your time on your vacation, staycation, or day trip. Skiers and Snowboarders, drop them for the day with confidence in my expertise. Your dog is the foundation of my routine. I love to work, and cherish the opportunity to provide my high level services for your dog so that you can enjoy your time without them. All dogs get extra love in the mornings, and structure during walks. Assuming our dogs get along I’ll let them play. If needed, I’ll keep my guy from being too friendly, and I am prepared to keep dogs separated if they aren’t the best fit to be together. But I also limit how many dogs I take at once, to keep things easy on me.

About: Dog walks, runs, hikes, parks, grooming, play time, and chill time. A lot of TLC of course too! Dietary needs vary by breed and by individual. We can talk about feeding schedules and any particular preferences. Experienced with medication administration if needed. I’d love to know more about the personality of your pet(s)! Are they good with other animals? Are they frightened by anything? What are some of their favorite things? Updates on the stay are 1-3 times per day with pictures (catered to your preference) Let’s meet! Have questions? Let’s set up a meet and greet through Rover at no charge. I look forward to meeting you and your fur family. My schedule is extremely flexible and I design it with your pets care in mind. I'm very conscious of each pets needs! I can be active and take your pup(s) on outdoor adventures or snuggle up on the couch with some treats. I am currently not offering pet care services in my home, but I am more than happy to set up a meet & greet so that we can get to know each other and your fur family's needs!

About: I have had animals my whole life, though not professionally, but I have taken care of mine and friends animals now for many years. When friends are out of town or at work all day I will take their dogs on walks/hikes or to the lake for some swimming. I do work a full-time job but my job allows me to get out at a decent time so I enjoy hiking and walks after I get out of work so I wouldn't mind a furry buddy with me as I enjoy the outdoors! I already do it for some friends so I might as well offer it up to anyone that would like their pets to get outside more. I have 2 cats so I can't have a dog in the house, which is why I can only offer my services for dog walking or drop in visits.

About: I have house sit for neighbors and friends since I was 12 years old, I have watched dogs, cats, even fish. I am great with pets and knowledgeable about a whole range of pets, from dogs to fish to even reptiles, amphibians, and birds. My schedule is flexible, I am available most days unless specified. I work from home as an artist. I would say my max preferred stay length is about 4 days. I have a large yard, live near many trails for walks, and the rest of my family love dogs. I have a dog, Lucy, she is 13 and can get a bit jealous, but overall she is very sweet.

About: Not only have I had pets my whole life, I have cared for other peoples pets as well. I pride myself as being reliable. I consider our pets as family. Each have personalities, emotions, and specifics needs like every member of our family do. This is how I approach caring for pets. I am an active person so would love to take your pet on adventures. I am a full time graduate engineer student at University of Nevada, Reno. I have classes I have to attend Monday - Thursday for approximate 4-6hrs. When I am not on campus I would love having a furry study buddy to hang out with or stretch my legs with on an adventure. At the moment I can not accept caring for pets at my home, although I more than happy to take your pet on a hike, walk or care for them in your home.
