About: I have taken dog training classes at the local animal shelter. I offer puppies plenty of time for teething tug-of-war and have tons of patience with the geriatric slow walkers. I work part time, close to home, which offers plenty of time for dog walking, drop ins and over night care. My hours are flexible. I would keep your dog safe on a leash and have a large crate if that would help them feel secure in a different environment.

About: Hi! My dog Enzo and I enjoy hiking around Tahoe. I would love to take your fur friend on all of the adventures with us! I usually spend my days off wandering in the woods and playing at the lake. My ideal day may include a morning hike, evening walk, lake sunset, porch relaxing, reading/Netflix at bedtime with dog cuddles. I can offer as much or as little activity as needed, feeding times flexible, house rules flexible (furniture/no furniture, crate/free roaming) depending on your home routines. I would also be more than happy to take care of your pups while you’re out of town. Enzo and I can come to your place, or your dog can stay with us at ours. I work as an emergency room nurse so my shifts are variable, but I have four days off each week. When I am not working, I am able to be with the dogs doing dog adventures all day long! I am often off work for a week at a time. My schedule is variable because I work in health care. When I am not at the hospital working, I can dedicate the whole day to hanging with the pups Dogs will stay in the house with frequent potty breaks. We have a morning and evening walk each day at the very least - most days I try to spend the majority of the day outside with hikes and lake days

About: I’ve been taking care of pets for 10+ years. My first pet was a bunny and watched a few of my friends bunnies at first. I’ve had two pet dogs in the past that needed special attention and have experience giving medicine, especially with senior dogs. I can watch pets during the weekdays and weekend. Anything works from walk check-in and pet sitting. Anytime works if you need a sitter during work hours. I make sure the pets are safe . Provide breaks and play with them. About: I grew up with a dog in my family the majority of my life. I lived near the beach so almost everyday I would walk her down to the beach and play fetch with her, because I knew it was her favorite. In high school I would also wake up super early and walk her before I left for school. I just love spending time with dogs I’m currently in the shoulder season of restaurant business right now so not many shifts are being offered at the moment so I’m trying to incorporate this into my schedule. Things may change later in the end of the month as Tahoe will get busier but I’m trying to do this right now. Honestly I love taking pets on walks, just to give them the opportunity to get there exercise and the chance for them to use the bathroom. Also I’ll make sure that they’re getting the attention they need.

About: I’ve taken care of animals most of my life. I have had dogs and cats as pets and have taken care of both for other people. I currently have a one year old puppy who is very active, so we run/walk the trails daily. I’m happy to do long walks or daily check ins and I can do overnight sitting but my home is too small to have another dog overnight for multiple nights. I’m comfortable with puppies and older dogs. I’m located in Kings Beach and would like to stay within 10 miles. Currently on a career sabbatical. I’m doing freelance work now and would like to focus on pet sitting/walking. I’m available all day minus Sunday/Monday. As long as I have notice, I can be flexible with my schedule. As for pet sitting, I prefer to not have pets at my home overnight. I have a fenced yard, if I bring dogs to play here before going on a walk. Growing up I had a wide range of animals and started my pet sitting career with neighbors and family friends. Over the years I have continued pet sitting in any city I lived in. I have extensive experience primarily with dogs and cats, but am more than comfortable with pets outside of that (especially farm animals.) I have a dog of my own who is reaching her senior years so I feel comfortable with extra care needs such as giving medications, any eye or ear care, and special dietary requirements. Pet sitting allows me to give lots of love to your fur babies while giving their owners peace of mind while away. Pet care is a daily routine for me as I have a dog of my own. I currently have an open schedule so that allows me to adapt to the needs of any pet that I am looking after without interference. My roommates and I all have our own pets so we have created an environment that meets all of their needs. The larger dogs spend the majority of the day in our fully fenced yard but are crate trained when necessary. Our smaller, older dogs choose to spend their days relaxing indoors with frequent potty breaks. Having that environment at home allows me to care for any pets the best way for them. However your pet is most comfortable, I can provide that.
