About: I've had my own dogs, cats, horses and chickens. I've been pet sitting for a few years now. I try to go on as many walks as possible and even bring them to work if the family is ok with it. I love animals of all ages! I have a full-time job but I can work from home 3 days a week. So I have plenty of free time to go out for walks or simply let them outside. I will make sure they get the attention they need. If they are outside I won't leave them out after dark on their own. Lock all doors for other furry visitors. Make sure they have a comfortable bed. Sometimes sleep together if it's ok with the parents. Have lots of toys and time for walks and play.

About: We are 2 sisters who have always had big dogs around (although no dogs at home currently), and we love taking walks around one of the many beautiful parks in the area. We have one cat of our own, and have experience administering medications, including pills, creams, insulin injections, and blood sugar tests. We have a large car with room for dogs in the back. Please let us know upon booking if you'd like us to walk you dog(s) around your neighborhood, our neighborhood (if nearby) or if you'd like us to take them to a dog park. We are trust-worthy people who follow directions well, so whatever you say is safe for your pets, will be our guideline. We always keep an eye out for any danger! We work from home, so we always have time for walks and pets. We have flexible schedules in general and are glad to work with you to find them best time. We always want to best for any animal and to make sure they are comfortable and happy. Feel free to give us any special instructions or guidelines that will make you dog's walk the best it can be!

About: I am new to Rover but have dedicated my life to the wellness of animals over the last 20+ years. I love caring for animals and can provide exercise for an active lifestyle or TLC for a calming presence. I am comfortable giving medications, and I can maintain your training specifications. I make my own work schedule and can generally accommodate your pet’s timing needs with a few days notice. I am available most week days and weekends. I have an active dog and senior cat, that also remains active. My free time is spent spoiling them. I have also fostered for the humane society at times.

About: I have experience working at a doggy day-care. I was responsible for watching and entertaining up to 25 dogs at a time of all ages and sizes! I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week Tues-Fri. I have a long weekend every week to give your pup the love and attention they deserve! I hope to find some canine friends to hike with me on the weekends. I can cater to whatever your dog needs as I have plenty of experience working with different breeds, sizes, and ages. Just let me know and I will provide.

About: Hi there, I’m Olivia and can’t wait to meet your fur family! My parents had a sweet spot for rescues and adopted dogs from shelters throughout my childhood. I have experience caring for a variety of breeds/sizes, ages, personalities, and levels of health. Over the past 15 years I have also sat for family, friends, and neighbors. I work remotely for a local company so my availability is pretty flexible and will allow me to be with your pup(s) as often as needed. Safety is my top priority. They will be leashed for potty breaks if there isn’t a fenced yard at home and on walks, especially while exploring busy trails and beaches.

About: I’ve grown up with pets (dogs,cats, & horses) and have always enjoyed having a pet around. Looking to help others who might need a check in or extra walk with their pet during the day or while they’re out on the hill making some turns. I work from home & own a business in town. Always out and about and happy to make an extra stop to check in on a furry friend along the way. I was raised with walking my dog on a leash, and I still believe that is the safest method for a dog when outside walking around the neighborhood or on bike paths. When working with new dogs (or cats) if the area is not fenced in, a leash or harness will be requested so the pets safety is ensured. After creating a relationship with the pet, off leash walks are doable on trails.

About: Hello! My name is Greer and I’m eager to help you take care of your pet. With experience taking care of dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, mice, turtles, geckos, fish, and more, I value taking good care of all pets. My availability is flexible this Fall so please do not hesitate to reach out! I’m moving to the Lake Tahoe area for the Fall and am looking for extra work centered around animals. My schedule is flexible and I’m generally available any day, any hour. However you take care of your pet in your home is how I will take care of your pet in your home. While visiting your dog for weekly walks, I will defer to your defined house rules when it comes to greeting and socializing with your dog. I will be sure to keep any preferred doors closed, gates up, and toys away. I will reinforce rules like staying off of furniture, etc. I will always be sure to refill water bowls as needed and will leave your home tidy and clean. If allowed, I will be happy to give your dog treats after a successful walk! I have also had many opportunities to house sit and truly enjoy it! I will treat your home as my own, keeping things clean, tidy, and respecting your space. My priority remains the same among all of my house sits, making sure your home, house plants, animals, and daily responsibilities are well looked after and taken care of.
