“Scott was absolutely fantastic in handling our two dogs, who are admittedly a little difficult at introductions to other new dogs. Scott introduced his pup Bree in a calm manner and by the end of the stay they were all getting along. He sent pictures and updates during the stay, which was very reassuring. “Otis did day care with Heather. Heather was great. She is caring and has a real good sense of interacting with dogs. She sent us pictures of Otis nice and cozy next to her fireplace. We were worried as first time Rover users leaving our dog with a stranger, but Heather was calm and made us feel confident in her abilities. You won’t regret booking with her. Fireplace, plenty of cozy spots for the dogs, and a basket full of toys.”

“Luke did an awesome job watching our Mini Aussie! We were in the are for the day skiing at Palisades Tahoe as a stop on our road trip, and Luke helped us out so we could have some time to ski away from the pup. We got updates and videos, and he even took our dog for a long walk. Highly recommend, his training skills are great and super convenient location, great communication.”

And bonus -- Heather sent multiple updates with great pictures!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs, cats, birds, turtles, lizards, goats, chickens and sheep for 5 years. I also currently work at Lake Tahoe Community College part time. I have experience with senior pets with special needs. I provide talk therapy for those who need it! (meaning, animals who don't trust new people right away). I am available for overnights, dog walks, plant care and house-sitting. I am really good with animals that have fear and trust issues. Some of my clients have been impressed with how quickly a special needs pet warmed up to me. Treats help! I am honest and trustworthy, and would love the opportunity to care for your pets! Thanks! I will sleep in the same room as your pet so they feel safe. That way, if they need to go out in the middle of the night, I’ll be right there for them.

“I totally recommend Hailey as a dog sitter/walker, etc. She takes dog sitting seriously and will make friends with all the dogs in the neighborhood. She took care of our dog many, many times. She would run and hike with him, walk him, and just hang out with him. Even when he slowed down due to cancer, she would just lay on the lawn with him - spending quality time. Hailey is responsible and super enthusiastic. You would be lucky to have someone like her who will just love your fur baby.”
