“Karen is AMAZING. I felt so comfortable with my dog with her. She was so responsive and accommodating. She has an awesome yard for dogs. When I picked my dog up she was very happy and tired out. Thank you so much, Karen for taking such great care of Bebe!”

“Kathy is absolutely amazing. We did a trial run because we r getting ready to go on a long vacation. She is so loving and sincerely cares. She has a wonderful dog of her own which my two frenchies loved. Plus she has a fenced in yard which is so important and makes me feel safe for my furries. It will be nice for the first time to go on vacation and not worry about my most adoring loves.”

About: Growing up with dogs my whole life, there has not been a year where we have not had dogs in the house.... meaning we love them! To add to growing up with dogs, I (ambitiously) got a puppy during my senior year of college. This taught me to balance caring for a puppy while excelling in school and enjoying my senior year. This challenge gave me a new insight into putting 100% care into a pet and made my bond grow deeper with my dog, Josie. My family's dog, Molly, is a therapy dog for hospitals and schools allowing me to see the true joy that dogs bring into people's lives. That said, I truly enjoy finding the joy and laughter each dog brings into our home! Working from home, I am truly present to take care of and be attentive to all dogs. There are a few days where I will be unavailable due to travel or subbing at school, but those are blocked off on a weekly basis. Josie and I always start our morning with an activity. Josie loves to go on a morning run, so if your pup is a runner... get ready to join the pack! On the other hand, my family's dog, Molly, loves her walks and play time. We also have a park and great trails in our neighborhood meaning the day is open for adventures. Our condo is in a wonderful area close to the beach with lots of grass and easy access to walking trails. As a home welcome to dogs, we love having them sleep with us but can crate them if that is their safest spot. We have the space to feed dogs separately if needed.
“Groot had a lovely time with Missy and Kyle! We received photos throughout the day, and our pup was super tired when we brought him home. He had a fun play day and we were confident that he was well cared for while we were gone. Thank you so much!”

About: Hi! My dog Enzo and I enjoy hiking around Tahoe. I would love to take your fur friend on all of the adventures with us! I usually spend my days off wandering in the woods and playing at the lake. My ideal day may include a morning hike, evening walk, lake sunset, porch relaxing, reading/Netflix at bedtime with dog cuddles. I can offer as much or as little activity as needed, feeding times flexible, house rules flexible (furniture/no furniture, crate/free roaming) depending on your home routines. I would also be more than happy to take care of your pups while you’re out of town. Enzo and I can come to your place, or your dog can stay with us at ours. I work as an emergency room nurse so my shifts are variable, but I have four days off each week. When I am not working, I am able to be with the dogs doing dog adventures all day long! I am often off work for a week at a time. My schedule is variable because I work in health care. When I am not at the hospital working, I can dedicate the whole day to hanging with the pups Dogs will stay in the house with frequent potty breaks. We have a morning and evening walk each day at the very least - most days I try to spend the majority of the day outside with hikes and lake days

“Micaela took excellent care of my cavalier, Chowder, while we went to a not dog friendly part of the lake. He had so much fun with her, will book again next time we’re in town!”

“Isabelle was such a great host for our dog Jayden. My wife and I traveled to Reno from out of town for an event. Our dog is a 15 year old lab that is mostly blind, mostly deaf and has a few other “old lady” problems. Despite all this Isabelle agreed to watch Jayden for a few hours. Isabelle’s communication before and during Jayden’s stay was exceptional as she kept us updated on how Jayden was doing and sent a few pics as well. Isabelle was also very flexible when we asked if we could drop Jayden off earlier than originally planned. Isabelle is a great dog sitter and made Jayden’s time away from us as comfortable as possible. My wife and I have total trust in Isabelle and will definitely use her again if ever in the area.”

About: Hi! I’m Bella, a pet owner and animal lover. I grew up on a farm with a wide variety of pets my entire life. I have experience with dogs, cats, livestock, and household pets. Growing up I had a wide range of animals and started my pet sitting career with neighbors and family friends. Over the years I have continued pet sitting in any city I lived in. I have extensive experience primarily with dogs and cats, but am more than comfortable with pets outside of that (especially farm animals.) I have a dog of my own who is reaching her senior years so I feel comfortable with extra care needs such as giving medications, any eye or ear care, and special dietary requirements. Pet sitting allows me to give lots of love to your fur babies while giving their owners peace of mind while away. Pet care is a daily routine for me as I have a dog of my own. I currently have an open schedule so that allows me to adapt to the needs of any pet that I am looking after without interference. My roommates and I all have our own pets so we have created an environment that meets all of their needs. The larger dogs spend the majority of the day in our fully fenced yard but are crate trained when necessary. Our smaller, older dogs choose to spend their days relaxing indoors with frequent potty breaks. Having that environment at home allows me to care for any pets the best way for them. However your pet is most comfortable, I can provide that.

About: Hello. I have been caring for dogs my entire life. My cousin bred Rottweilers, my father had at least 2 Labradors at a time & I'm on my third husky. In addition to that I have been pet sitting for over 20 years. I am an active outdoor lover & the dogs I care for get the benefits of this. I have volunteered in several animal clinics & put safety first in all situations especially in the outdoors. I believe in training methods that include repetition, positive reinforcement, hand & voice recognition as well as treat rewards. I do not believe in physical discipline. I am thankful for the special dog relationships I have experienced & cherish the time with all of these furry, loving souls!??
