About: I have a lot of experience caring for dogs and cats and truly love any time I get to spend around furry friends. Whether it’s going on walks, drop-in visits, or just giving your pet some extra attention and care while you’re away, I treat every dog like they’re my own. I have very flexible availability and do my best to work around your schedule and your pet’s needs. I’m reliable, attentive, and happy to provide updates so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands. I’m also happy to provide references or reviews from past pet owners upon request. I have a pretty flexible schedule and have a lot of time to take care of your pets even if it’s at the last minute. I am used to many different pets and let them approach me. I can walk them, give them the care they need and put them back in their crate.

About: I love caring for animals and can provide exercise for an active lifestyle or TLC for a calming presence. I am comfortable giving medications, and I can maintain your training specifications. I make my own work schedule and can generally accommodate your pet’s timing needs with a few days notice. I am available most week days and weekends. I have an active dog and senior cat, that also remains active. My free time is spent spoiling them. I have also fostered for the humane society at times.

About: Hi, I’m Monica, a Truckee local, animal lover, and pet owner with two cats and a dog of my own. A huge reason why I was interested in doing this is because I know firsthand how hard it can be to find a trustworthy and reliable pet sitter in Tahoe. Leaving your animals with someone else can be stressful, and I want people to feel confident that their pets are genuinely cared for while they’re away. I live an active mountain lifestyle and am great with dogs that love getting outside, but equally happy caring for shy cats, senior pets, or animals that just need calm companionship and consistency. About: I have extensive experience with every kind of pet. Growing up, I had four dogs and two cats. When I got older, I began fostering dogs and cats of my own. By now, I have fostered around 50 pets all of various ages with varying needs. I have trained puppies, administered medications, and cleaned more litter boxes than I can count. I have a love for animals that I feel allows me to provide them with the best quality of care. I started my own Pet Care Business at just 9 years old and was complimented on my timeliness, care of the home, and active communication through photos/ texts with the families I am pet sitting for. I am currently working as a ski instructor with weekends and breaks off. I am home every day by 4 p.m. and prioritize an active schedule where I will walk and provide a lot of play time to animals. I am available to watch your pets 7 days a week and have a lot of experience in home visits as well. My free time will be spent making sure that your pet feels love, security, and tail wags while you are away. I have 10 years of experience with entering other people’s home for pet care. I am trustworthy, timely, and give high quality of care to the homes and pets I interact with.

About: I have had animals my whole life, though not professionally, but I have taken care of mine and friends animals now for many years. When friends are out of town or at work all day I will take their dogs on walks/hikes or to the lake for some swimming. I do work a full-time job but my job allows me to get out at a decent time so I enjoy hiking and walks after I get out of work so I wouldn't mind a furry buddy with me as I enjoy the outdoors! I already do it for some friends so I might as well offer it up to anyone that would like their pets to get outside more. I have 2 cats so I can't have a dog in the house, which is why I can only offer my services for dog walking or drop in visits.

About: I would love to take care of your pets. I have taken care of pets for a few years now and would love to brighten their day. I am comfortable with any animals and any tasks such as walking, feeding, playing, esc. My schedule varies from week to week! I work as a music teacher so I am around for most of the day to spend time with your pets! I am available to care for pets in my home and I am available to care for pets in your home as well. I am also available for dog walking and will pick up your pets if needed as well.

About: I love animals and started dog care for a family in high school. I’m a runner so I ran with the large dogs and learned to adjust walks to the dogs. I don’t have a dog of my own so i love caring for other people’s dogs. I’m a student at Chico State, but I’m available to dog walk on Thursday’s and weekends. I’m available for house sitting every day of the week :) Any dog I am sitting will enjoy either a leisurely stroll or a run depending on the dog. I love both dogs and cats (and all other animals) so I will shower your fur babies with love.

I have a large vehicle which has easy transportation for bigger dogs. I take the time to establish a genuine connection with your pet and want to foster a bond built on mutual understanding and respect. Having trust from you and your pet is an important relationship to have. I want you to be sure that your furry loved one and your home is being taken care of in the safest and best way possible for you. I am a full time worker and van-lifer. My home is on wheels which makes it easy to move around to meet your home sitting needs. I’m not able to host animals in my home. Coming to your home is the best option, and making your pet feel safe and comfortable is #1!

I have experience caring for a variety of breeds/sizes, ages, personalities, and levels of health. Over the past 15 years I have also sat for family, friends, and neighbors. I work remotely for a local company so my availability is pretty flexible and will allow me to be with your pup(s) as often as needed. Safety is my top priority. They will be leashed for potty breaks if there isn’t a fenced yard at home and on walks, especially while exploring busy trails and beaches.
