Carol is, without a doubt, a phenomenal pet sitter, and her care for our highly sensitive cat, Phoebe, for approximately two weeks during the summer travel period, was truly exceptional. Phoebe is a notoriously reserved cat. She is incredibly shy around new people and can often display a grumpy or defensive attitude toward strangers, which makes leaving her with anyone a source of high anxiety for us. However, Carol’s approach was nothing short of magical. In less than 24 hours, Carol managed to break through Phoebe’s defenses. It is extremely rare for Phoebe to warm up so quickly, yet Carol’s calm and intuitive manner allowed her to win Phoebe over almost immediately. What truly sets Carol apart is that she not only befriended Phoebe but also managed to engage her in play- an activity we rarely see even when we are home. This shows an outstanding level of patience and genuine connection. For the entire two weeks she cared for Phoebe during our summer trip, Carol provided consistent, attentive, and loving care. We received regular updates and photos showing Phoebe lounging comfortably, which is the clearest indicator that she felt completely secure and at ease a challenging feat for such a timid animal. Carol is a responsible, reliable, and deeply caring individual. Any pet owner, especially those with pets requiring a gentle and skilled touch, would be incredibly fortunate to secure her services. Caroline took care of my cat Kira for two weeks while I was away, and everything was absolutely awesome—she moved in, sent daily photos of Kira napping on her chest or bird-watching from the windowsill, built a “sunbeam highway” with rearranged furniture, brushed Kira’s coat to a shine, taught her to high-five for treats, and left my home spotless with a playful note saying Kira was keeping the upgrades; when I returned, Kira greeted me briefly before running back to Caroline, proving she’d given my cat a perfect vacation and me total peace of mind.

She’s great with pets and absolutely loves dogs and cats! She stayed at my house for a few days when I needed help, and even my cat - who’s usually very shy loved her right away. I’d definitely hire her again without a doubt!
