About: I have spent my whole life living with and caring for animals of all kinds, ranging from self sufficient cats who sleep all day, to high energy dogs who require multi-mile walks and constant engagement. I can comfortably administer medications and assist pets with special needs. I will follow their routine closely, and if I'm staying in your home I can assure you it will be treated mindfully. Growing up I frequently watched my neighbor's pets and built great relationships with each animal. I got to know so many personality types and adapted to their lifestyles. I don't have any pets currently, and would love the opportunity to spend time with ones who need care. My ultimate goal is to make them feel like their family never left. I will be working part time this fall, so I will have lots of time to keep your furry friends company. Depending on your pets energy we can keep active or spend the day cuddling on the couch. No matter, their days will be filled with love and enrichment. I just ask that you provide each pets vet information and emergency contacts. I have a pet-specific checklist we will go over, ie diet, behavior, daily routine, etc. to ensure they will have a fun yet safe and clean environment while you're away. Dogs will stay on leash when out of the house (unless we go for a swim!). I can check in as frequently as you prefer and can confirm many photos will be taken.

If dog parks are a no zone, I live in a quiet and attentive home in Tahoe Donner to take your pup on a beautiful walk. I have no pets of my own to give lots of your pet attention!

About: Raised on a cattle ranch, I have had experience with animals large and small my whole life. I joined Rover about a few years ago, shortly after my 120 pound lab of 9 years passed away, I wanted to be able to be around dogs and be able to be active by going on hikes and out to dog beach, but wasn't quite ready to bring to a new puppy into my life. I have house sat for many clients over the years: friends, co-workers & students families. I love to go on long walks, am comfortable administering medication if needed & providing lots of love for your dear furry friend(s). It’s been 7 years since I brought my lab puppy Pilot home & he absolutely loves having other dogs come to stay and/or join in on our daily adventures. Since covid hit he especially loves that I am a work from home dog mom now and we take a considerable amount of additional walks/hikes/bike rides each day. I would welcome anyone who is looking for Daily walks/adventures as well as longer term pet sitting to reach out as I would love to watch your furry friends. My dog Pilot would love to meet more friends to play with. Please note: I am unable to accommodate pets with any type of aggressive tendencies. I work full time from home, so your pet will be cared for and with the company of myself and my lab for their entire stay. I have a huge property with a doggie door and live near a variety of trails and lakes that can be accessed right out our door for our exercising adventures

About: We have taken care of animals all our lives and have a genuine love for each of them. We have experience with it all; new puppies and kittens, as well as older furry friends who may need special treatment and/or administering medication. About: I have taken care of dogs, pretty much my whole life, and have experience with all sorts of dogs. From golden retrievers to dobermans, pit bulls, chihuahuas, and German shepherds, I have experience with all kinds of temperaments and dogs and am able to handle and care for all of them in the ways they need. I volunteer at the Nevada Humane Society and have completed a Fear Free Certification. I have trained all of the dogs I have taken care of and am very dedicated to making sure that they are well taken care of. When they are your best friend, they deserve the best. I will make sure that your dog gets plenty of love and care, and will be played with, and walked around to give them the socialization and exercise they need and want. I currently work full time, but have weekends off, and can sometimes do evenings, and love to spend my free time with pets. I fit pet care into my weekly routine by caring for a german shepherd weekly. I provide care for the pets by taking them on walks, and following any other normal care that the pet would typically require. I have 2 five year old german shepherds, as well as a 13 year old cat, so I am well equipped in dealing with multiple pets as well.

About: I have raised dogs from puppies into old age, and also taken care of other people's pets - overnight and for the day. I have a deep love for animals, and enjoy showing them warmth and a playful spirit. I work full-time, remotely - and my schedule can be very flexible. I am always able to make time for outdoor adventures, and can align easily with other routines. I do not currently have any pets in my home. Indoors, I have a large open area, as well as a large yard with grass - and I am near many parks and trails for outdoor time.

I actually want the detailed instructions. My background is in private home management and personal concierge work, so looking after the house comes naturally to me too. If I’m staying in your home, I’m paying attention for mail and packages that may come in. Pet areas kept clean. Plants don't mysteriously die. Trash doesn't pile up. If something looks wrong, I notice it. I've cared for multiple-pet households, senior dogs, pets with special needs and homes during multi-month stays. I'm CPR/First Aid certified for cats and dogs, comfortable following medication routines, including oral and injected medications. I work remotely, which gives me an abundance of flexibility and means I actually do spend time with the animals I'm caring for😉 I work remotely, so I organize my schedule around the animals I'm caring for rather than trying to squeeze them into my day. Morning walk at 6:30? Fine. Medication with dinner? Can do. Your dog insists on conducting a complete neighborhood security inspection before bed? Why not? Because, apparently that's what we're doing! 🤷🏾‍♀️😆 I enjoy it and try to make it fun for your pet. I care for pets in their own home whenever possible and I follow your routines for meals, walks, medications, playtime, bedtime rituals, and all the little quirks that make your pet your pet. I’m also looking after the household while I’m there too. I keep things tidy, bring in packages, monitor the home, and make sure you return to happy pets and a cared-for space. I’m warm with animals and extremely self-sufficient. I'm also a good communicator. You're going to hear from me. You'll get photos, updates and anything important that comes up while you're away And if your dog happens to look suspiciously happy without you, I will gladly provide photo evidence. 😁
