About: I’ve had experience taken care of many animals ever since I was born. I have always had three dogs living in my house, no matter the year. I’ve had many pets and taken care of many animals from bearded dragons, bunnies, dogs all the way to chickens! Being around animals is my happy place and I would love to care for yours!! I work seasonally for Tahoe Donner and I am off work every day at 3 PM. Anytime after 3 PM I am available all night long! Pet care fits well into my routine because I’m very flexible and have my own vehicle meaning I can care for any animal outside of my work hours! I am also free on weekends every single week! I love to make sure they are well fed, and well entertained! I own one dog myself and care for two others at my home in Arizona and I’m constantly playing with them and making sure that they are happy! Personally, my dogs are allowed on my furniture, and I love to snuggle with them! (this varies for some people but that is just my personal preference)

About: I have spent my whole life living with and caring for animals of all kinds, ranging from self sufficient cats who sleep all day, to high energy dogs who require multi-mile walks and constant engagement. I can comfortably administer medications and assist pets with special needs. I will follow their routine closely, and if I'm staying in your home I can assure you it will be treated mindfully. Growing up I frequently watched my neighbor's pets and built great relationships with each animal. I got to know so many personality types and adapted to their lifestyles. I don't have any pets currently, and would love the opportunity to spend time with ones who need care. My ultimate goal is to make them feel like their family never left. I will be working part time this fall, so I will have lots of time to keep your furry friends company. Depending on your pets energy we can keep active or spend the day cuddling on the couch. No matter, their days will be filled with love and enrichment. I just ask that you provide each pets vet information and emergency contacts. I have a pet-specific checklist we will go over, ie diet, behavior, daily routine, etc. to ensure they will have a fun yet safe and clean environment while you're away. Dogs will stay on leash when out of the house (unless we go for a swim!). I can check in as frequently as you prefer and can confirm many photos will be taken.

About: Hi my name is Katie and I would love to help out with your pets! I had a dog and two cats growing up and love everything that comes with caring for an animal. I work in ski patrol closely with our search and rescue dogs and love any excuse for more time with animals! I’d love to care for other pets as well, but I definitely know most about caring for dogs and cats. I have lots of availability! My typical days off are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday but my schedule varies a lot and I am always around in the evenings. I live in a large, dog-friendly house with an unfenced yard. I am near West End Beach on Donner Lake which is great to walk dogs around!

If dog parks are a no zone, I live in a quiet and attentive home in Tahoe Donner to take your pup on a beautiful walk. I have no pets of my own to give lots of your pet attention!

About: I grew up caring for household pets & greatly enjoyed it. I am a dedicated animal lover, with years of experience in dog walking, playing, and general loving care for friends and family’s pets. I feel strongly that animals need to get sufficient play time in order to feel properly nourished in their lives. I also have experience with senior dogs, dogs with muzzles & dogs with special needs. I have been house and pet sitting across the country on & off for the last 5 years. I am an entrepreneur & work from home. My schedule is flexible & I can almost always adapt to your scheduling needs. About: Since high school I have had experience with normal pets to the exotic! I can honestly say that each animal is an individual that deserves their specific needs acknowledged and met. I do have experience with senior animals that need medication as well as special needs, there hasn’t been an experience that I haven’t learned from! I’ve even read books like Caesar’s Way in order to better understand my own pets and help them. I’ve even been known to be a bit of a perfectionist although that was in my earlier years now I can gladly say am a seasoned sitter! Caring for your family member fits into my routine because at the moment I am a dog Mom of one dachshund with a good partner that loves her as much as I do! I also do volunteer work, which is extremely flexible. Aside from that a lot of what I do is online, which works out great when pet care is involved I will care for your family member by noting all of their needs as well as asking any questions I have about the environment if it was not already covered in our introduction. I love caring for animals and can provide exercise for an active lifestyle or TLC for a calming presence. I am comfortable giving medications, and I can maintain your training specifications. About: I am 25. Raised and crate trained my own dog. & I have cats! I am a babysitter, soccer coach, and currently in EMT school. I am responsible & clean for house sits. I am very active for your dog walking needs!!! I am currently working seasonally until Oct. 1st. For the remainder of September- I have availability for morning and evening walks and house sits! Once October hits I am doing online school and have FULL availability for your pets needs!!! For walks- I’ll adapt to any dogs walking preference! Energetic mountain dogs? About: We have taken care of animals all our lives and have a genuine love for each of them. We have experience with it all; new puppies and kittens, as well as older furry friends who may need special treatment and/or administering medication. Between the both of us, we always make it a priority to work with our pups with lots of playtime, exercise, training and socialization daily. We both are self employed and create our own schedules so we are flexible and work together to ensure our pets have an enjoyable & active day. We have a large dog-friendly fenced-in yard as well as amazing trails just outside our backdoor. Our Aussie-Border Collie mix, Penny is super friendly and submissive and gets along with everyone. She is super gentle when needed and can hold her own with larger dogs also. We have a very well socialized cat, Eleanor, who LOVES dogs and visitors.
