About: I have dogsat consistently for the last year and have also volunteered in animal shelters since high school. I can board small dogs and love dog walking and sitting all dogs. I work mostly from home except for needing to leave the house a few times a week to teach in person. On the weekends I usually hike and can easily take a dog with me! My apartment can only accompany a small dog but I have experience dog sitting dogs of all sizes and ages. I’m a very careful dog sitter, and will make sure your dog stays safe and house stays clean.

About: I’ve owned and cared for anywhere from 2-5 dogs and 2 cats at a time my entire life, most of which have been rescues of all ages, sizes, and behaviors. Additionally, I’ve volunteered at the local Humane Society with dogs and cats for around 8 years and have dog and cat watched for family and friends countless times. I’m comfortable with administering oral medication, using feline inhalers, and caring for animals from puppies and kittens to senior dogs. I am generally available every day from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, but can start earlier or end later as needed. On Mondays I am only available until 3:00 PM. Animals love me and I love them- be it hiking and exploring a lake, throwing sticks in the yard, frolicking in the snow, taking a short stroll, chasing a feather on a stick, or just kicking our feet up for a chill day. I have 3 friendly dogs and 2 cats at my home (one laid back, one spunky 1.5 year old) and a large, unfenced area in the woods where dogs can be leash walked or free roam. There are 4 litter boxes and 2 cat trees throughout the spacious multi-floor house. My own dogs are outside playing the majority of the day with water bowls and a bowl puppy pool outside or cooling down inside.

Over the past six years, I’ve helped raise four puppies and regularly care for dogs belonging to family and friends, sometimes having up to six dogs in my home at once. I have a 4-year-old Golden Retriever, Lucy, and two cats. My home has hard floors, a doggie door, and a large, secure backyard with plenty of room to explore and play. “We left our 1-year-old pup with Nayla and Zeina for 5 days and they took SUCH great care of him! He loves being outdoors and Nayla took the dogs on off-leash walks twice a day, as well as made sure our pup was comfortable and ‘at home’ in her home. It was our first time leaving him with someone and Nayla very kindly sent lots of photos and videos. It was clear our pup was LOVING his time playing with Nayla, Zeina, and their many other dog friends too. Nayla was also super helpful and flexible in coordinating drop off and pickup for times that would work with our flights. Overall it was such a great experience and we can’t recommend Nayla enough!!”

About: I'm Rachel, a writer with a flexible schedule and a love of all things canine. I live with my husband, and my chocolate Labrador retriever, Ellie, in our West Shore cabin near Homewood. I signed up for Rover because dog sitting helps me get my fix for having a doggy harem. I would love to shower your dog with attention and affection. I volunteer at the local humane society, so I'm very adept at adapting to your dog's needs. I particularly love active dogs, and I'm happy to take your pup on hikes and swims in the lake. I'm also happy to hang out and have a more relaxing day with older, less active pups. Ellie (13) is very well-socialized, and she gets along well with dogs of all sizes. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I’m always happy to go out for a walk or a hike. Ellie, my 13-year-old Lab, is always up for meeting a new dog friend. Daycare Rates & Information: Daycare is up to 8 hours of care. Anything longer than that time, please book a boarding stay. Drop-offs anytime after 8 a.m. Pickups before 8 p.m. Although there is a nice buffer of woods near my house, the yard is not fenced (hopefully soon). I’ll be sure to keep your pup on a leash just in case! There’s an enclosed deck for sunbathing and watching chipmunks.

This was my first time leaving Rocky due to a last minute family emergency and it was a great success :) we came by for a meet and greet prior to drop off and it felt great to be so confident Rocky would be in great hands. He had so much fun, lots of activities and play time. Tasha was communicative and sent lots of adorable pictures and videos. Rocky is not great with recall so Tasha’s husband made a zip line so Rocky could easily explore as much of their property as possible! They really went above and beyond in so many ways. About: I have had dogs my whole life. I have lots of experience with shelter dogs & all their “quirks”. I have no children in my home and can offer plenty of attention to your pet. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I have 1 very senior dog and one young 35 pound schnauzer mix. My young dog loves dogs and is happy to play. When he isn’t playing he sleeps under my desk. I’d be happy to welcome any dog over who needs a friend or company during the day. On the weekends , I love to hike , walk, and get outdoors. “Nikki went above and beyond for us and for Nemo, she’s one of the best Rovers I’ve had. First, we needed a Rover super last minute when something urgent came up and she got back to me right away. She was able to take Nemo the evening of the day I messaged her! She was also super sweet and sent lots of photos and videos. About: I have been take of dogs since I was 5 years old. My family and Friends trust of me due to my unmeansure love to animals. At any time. I just need be notify with 2 or more days in advance. I am in school from Home. It is asyncronic and I use to study at night. I respect their routines and personalities. Always looking for the well bring and safeway of them.
