In addition, my Mom was an animal rehabilitative specialist throughout my life so I’ve learned to care for all types of critters - nothing would surprise me! She takes her time to allow my cats to warm up to her. She is also able to administer medication to both of my cats. One has kidney disease and one has IBD… so both are on different medications as well as different foods. She has done amazing with both and provides a lot of updates with lots of videos and photos!
