“All of her pictures were super cute! She did great taking care of our two cats and was very receptive to my unnecessarily long information/to-do list 😂”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and honestly can’t imagine life without them. I currently have a dog of my own that I’ve raised since he was a puppy, so I understand the patience, attention, and love that goes into caring for a pet. I’ve also pet sat for several families while they were away for a week or more, making sure their pets were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. As a nursing student and licensed CNA, being dependable, attentive, and compassionate is a big part of who I am. I know pets are family, and I would care for yours with the same love and attention I give my own. I’m home for the summer and working part-time as a gymnastics coach, so I have plenty of free time to give your pets lots of love, attention, and care while you’re away! I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet and your home. When caring for your pets, I will treat them with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own dog. I strive to keep pets comfortable by sticking to their usual routines and making sure they feel safe while you’re away. I’m happy to send updates and pictures so you can stay connected with your furry family member.
“Juliana is a great dog sitter and has a super flexible schedule. She has done a great job taking care of my dog Ollie and I will definitely be contacting her for future visits!”

About: I grew up on a farm in North Texas so taking care of animals is something I’ve always done. From taking care of the horses to feeding the dogs, I’ve done it all in rain, sleet or shine. I work from home so this allows me to spend some time with your pups throughout the day! I work in a very flexible full-time job that essentially allows me to make my own schedule. Spring/Summer is my slower time so I figured why not take some sweet dogs on my walks during the day! Training with my dogs has always been important to me so I’m happy to continue whatever your pet is working on. I’m adaptable and good with directions.

“Katherine was great. Our Benny is blind and Karherine took amazing care of him, was extremely patient and made him feel very comfortable. We were very happy with her services and plan to use her again in the future.”

“Brittany was great with cha cha! It was our first time using her and she was so patient as cha cha got used to her. We really appreciated the constant communication and the videos and pictures along the way. Can’t wait to use Brittany again!”

About: Dog lover who doesn’t mind taking long walks. Veteran pet lover with proven care experience. Not just a sitter - A pet care professional with heart. Tons of tail wags. Recently had to put down our dog of 13+ years. Recently retired, so I am available mornings, afternoon and evenings to take care of your pets. Have had dogs in our home for over 20 years. I have a fenced in yard so dog can play outside and roam around. Neighborhood has walking trails. Easily walk over two miles without having to leave the neighborhood.
“Olha it’s been amazing with my 18.5 yr. old and 11 year old cats. One has chronic kidney disease and the other has IBD and both require medication and special food. I’ve had cat sitters for years as I am a flight attendant and travel often and she is really the first one who is able to administer medication easily. On the very first day, both cats allowed her to pet them, which is not usual for my senior cat so having her take care of my boys has been a stress relief. She truly takes her time to allow my cats to warm up to her and to feel comfortable around her. I highly recommend Olha for your fur babies!”

“Shelbie went above and beyond while taking care of our cats! She was incredibly communicative, keeping us updated throughout our trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. Not only did she provide excellent care for our cats, but she also took extra time to deep clean their litter, which we truly appreciated. Knowing they were in such good hands allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away. We highly recommend Shelbie to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and detail-oriented pet sitter! Thank you, Shelbie!”

About: I’ve been a dog walker and pet sitter since March 2024. I have experience walking all sizes of dogs from Bernese Mountain dogs to an 8 week old pug. I’ve worked with deaf dogs, a dog that was post-op for an ACL tear, and administered medicine if the pet required it. If you have a reactive dog, I may not be the best fit for you, and that’s okay! I have experience with dogs that are reactive to cars, but I prefer not to work with dogs who are reactive to other animals. I started doing this for a little extra cash & exercise when I’m not touring as a full-time stand up comedian. (It’s a real thing. I promise you never have to hear my jokes, but your dogs probably will at some point during our walks.) If you need a weekday dog walker, I’m your gal! You will also have ample notice for any time that I am traveling out of town for shows as my tours are booked the year prior. I had about 10 consistent weekly clients in Pittsburgh working with a business called Happy Tails, but I just moved to Charlotte so I’m looking for new clients! I’m available most weekdays. Weekends are tougher and will depend on my schedule from my full-time job, but I am open to weekends as long as I am in Charlotte. I am very serious about the comfort and safety of your pet. That means I will take the safest route possible (paved sidewalks with low traffic if possible), provide water, and clean up after them when they potty to keep your neighbors happy. I am happy to follow any guidelines you have for caring for your animal. I am also open to doing a trial period with your pet to make sure that we are a good fit for each other.
“Sharon was fantastic with our new pup! We were worried that our high energy 10 month old Aussie would be a struggle for someone new but Sharon was a pro with him. We will be recommending her to others and hope we can have her come back and walk our dog again too.”

About: Family had a dog when i was 10 that i was responsible for and i loved, played and cared for him. After high school i went into the Army and ended up working with dogs as a Military police for 7 years which i loved. During all this time i always had a dog or dogs and now i have a cat. Love dogs and cats and they bring me joy i work from home during the week and hardly ever go out of town or never gone from the house longer than 5 hours when i am off. I can keep my cat in a different area of yours if wanted. I ensure they are safe, loved and played with. i take the time to give them attention whether it be petting, brushing, playing with different toys and games, walking and of course loving them. I always ensure they have water and are fed in a clean environment
About: Since I was born, there has always been a dog, if not more, in my home. The bond of a human and a pet is truly like no other. I work full-time during the week, but I am fully available in the evenings and on the weekends to walk and care for your precious pup. While with your dog, I will be fully attentive. While walking I will be on the lookout for other animals, cars, and other potential threats.
“Jeff was great with my dogs. Normally, my small dog isn’t great around new people, but he did really well with Jeff. He kept in contact and sent pictures each time ge came to my home. I felt like my dogs were in good hands, and I was able to focus on my trip.”

“I know my dog is in good hands when he’s with Kristyn. I love getting her updates with pictures and videos of my dog having a good time. I’m happy we have Kristyn to rely on when we need someone to look after our boy.”

Pineville dog parents share their Rover experiences
I cannot recommend Kat enough for your petsitting needs! She is very prompt, amazing at communicating, and follows all pet care directions to a T. She also sends the wittiest pictures/updates which I really appreciate! Hiring her has my life, and my pets, life better!

Caroline was excellent! She came over for a meet and greet with very short notice and was able to watch my 2 pups for 5 days, 4 check ins a day. She was reliable and great with the dogs - they seemed to really love her. She was a great communicator too and kept me up to date everyday. Would definitely use again!
