She absolutely saved us in a pinch when our original sitter canceled just 18 hours before we were set to leave for our destination wedding to Costa Rica. It was a stressful situation that she immediately turned into a complete sense of relief. Dexter is a very shy and timid dog, and to make things more challenging, he had just started dealing with some unexpected health issues earlier that week. Wei handled everything with incredible care and confidence. She made sure he received his medication and administered his antibiotics exactly as prescribed, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Wei was unbelievably patient and gentle with Dexter, taking the time to earn his trust. He’s typically not much of a walker, but she even managed to get him out on quite a few walks, which honestly amazed us. It was clear he felt safe and comfortable with her. Throughout our time away, Wei kept us constantly updated with both photos and videos, which meant the world to us. Being able to see Dexter relaxed and cared for allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding without worry. Andrew was great. He took our dog Percy in last minute before a family trip. Long story short, a couple of days prior to leaving, our dog got attacked by another dog, and had a couple of scratches and bites. A sitter we had booked no longer felt comfortable taking him (understandably) because we weren’t sure how he’d do around other dogs. Thankfully, Percy and Kona got along well. We felt that Percy was in safe hands— Andrew sent picture updates every couple of days. Percy had a great time playing with Kona! Would absolutely recommend and rebook again.
Nathalie was the best! We often worry about our pup while he is staying with a Rover when we travel but we knew through meeting her and the updates during a trip that he was having a great time. She took great care of our pup and was very responsive if we had questions. We could not have asked for a better sitter! Jinetta let us bring Rory over for a meet and greet before boarding and really took her time getting to know Rory and playing with him, and her daughter did, too! Jinetta was very communicative throughout Rory's stay, detailing his routine and sending lots of photos where Rory always seemed to be having the time of his life. We are so grateful!
Art was great! Our original rover unfortunately cancelled within a few days of our booking and thankfully he was available and flexible with our travel plans. He was responsive and sent picture/video updates throughout her stay which we really appreciated. Gracie can be a little anxious away from us and she seemed happy and comfortable while there.
Emily was amazing! She gave daily updates and sent pictures of my kitty. She was easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly to any questions I had. Most importantly, my cat seems to be very happy spending time with her. They took very good care of her and were very gentle with Cleo. I will definitely rebook with Emily.
Stephanie is awesome!! She kept me updated while I was away and I could tell my pup was getting plenty of attention and great care. She even took him to the park multiple times which was an amazing bonus. She clearly loves animals and is very knowledgeable about dogs and different breeds. I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog with her and knew he was in good hands. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pet.
Evgeniia did an excellent job caring for our cat and Shih Tzu for the week! They had the best time. She sent photo updates and it was evident that they felt immediately comfortable in her home. She loved on them well and they almost didn’t want to come home! I know they will look forward to staying with her again in the future 🐾
Emma was absolutely amazing with our dog! She kept us updated the entire time with plenty of pictures and messages, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. She went above and beyond accommodating our bulldog’s specific needs, including cleaning his face regularly and applying his medication. It was obvious she genuinely cared about him and made sure he was comfortable and happy. Our dog had a great time and came home relaxed and well cared for.
