Booking/Communication - From the initial booking, Brad was communicative and responsive ensuring that I would feel comfortable even before I dropped my pup off. 2. Drop off - At drop-off, Brad was extremely attentive to understand the unique needs of my pup especially as it pertained to his medication. In my moving around, I forgot to bring something my pup needed. Brad was extremely helpful in getting it resolved so that my pup's stay would be just fine. Additionally, Brad went out of his way to ask how, and what frequency, I wanted to be updated on my pup's stay. 3. Stay - My pup had a fantastic time staying with Brad and having pup siblings at Brad's house. I'm confident of this not only because, true to his word, Brad was not only communicative about what was going on each day (for the entire ~3wk stay), but he also sent pictures and videos with funny notes! I could see that my dog was active not only outside but inside the home, was playing well with the other dogs, and was being loved and snuggled daily. 4. Pick-up - The day of pick-up, my flight was delayed impacting my ability to pick-up my pup on time. Brad was completely understanding and was communicative to ensure that I had no worries. When I arrived to pick up my pup, all of the things I sent with my pup came home in great condition AND Brad sent me home with a treat that he had graciously been giving my pup as well! I could tell my pup was excited to go home but was sad to leave Brad and his new friends! Overall, we will DEFINITELY use Brad again and recommend him to anyone that is looking for someone to treat their pup like family when they have to go away. Thanks again, Brad!”

Summer was absolutely wonderful! She communicated so well throughout our dogs’ stay and truly went above and beyond to make sure both of our dogs were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Leaving one dog can be hard enough, but leaving two made me especially nervous, and Summer gave us such a sense of ease while we were traveling. Dai Yah was amazing with our 2 pups! One week before our vacation, our Lab went into heat. Dai Ya was completely understanding and willing to keep her still. She kept us updated throughout each day of their stay and was always available if we had questions. Our lab is still a pup and didn’t make the best first or 2nd impression (still learning boundaries). Dai Ya was still eager to keep them even with her behavior not being the best. I was very impressed and thankful for her! Will definitely use her in the future if possible!!
Diana and Juan are the best hosts you could ever want for your sweet canine pet in their home. They are friendly, welcoming, and warm. Our Annie is a shy dog and Juan and Diana were so welcoming and patient Annie relaxed and became a part of their family in no time.
