Since I was young, I’ve had a special connection with animals. I grew up in a home with dogs and cats, and over time, I became the go-to person for friends and family whenever they needed someone to care for their pets while they traveled. For over 10 years, I’ve looked after dogs of all breeds and sizes, from energetic puppies to senior dogs requiring special care. I’ve also cared for cats, learning to respect their unique personalities and needs. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, love, and routine to ensure every pet feels safe and happy under my care.

This was my dog's first rover experience and it was fantastic! Gonzalo sent videos, pictures and updates everyday. He did a great job helping her adjust to a new setting and put my nerves at ease with updates. We will for sure return!

Gonzalo and his family are the perfect sitters. They are very caring and have a lovely house with a fenced in backyard in a nice neighborhood. My dog has spent several overnight stays with them and I always get lots of pictures and videos of them playing with her and taking her on walks. I can only hope every sitter on Rover is as caring and thoughtful as they are.
Gonzalo is hands down the best Rover I've ever used. He's very flexible, sends the best pictures and videos, and treats my Koda like his own. Highly highly recommend!
Gonzalo and his family took amazing care of our two babies. We are always hesitant when leaving them for a long period of time but They kept in contact with us the entire week. They sent pictures throughout the day every day with a message of how they are doing. The doggies looked like they never even left home ( they looked sad to leave actually lol ) we will definitely be using Gonzalo and his family again on our next trip. We can’t thank them enough!

I love to keep your pets engaged both physically and mentally. Our day will include fun activities like interactive games, walks around my neighborhood to explore new scents, and a visit to a nearby park for some exercise and socialization. I also ensure they get plenty of affection, playtime, and any needed breaks to make them feel comfortable and at home
