I have taken care of, owned, and loved all kinds of pets, including dogs, cats, hedgehogs, guinea pigs, mice, rats, hamsters, and a chameleon! Neighbors have had me take care of their animals while they have been away, and my experiences have always been wonderful. I was also a longtime owner of a German Shepherd (14 years). My shepherd has recently passed, and I have not been ready to own a new pet, but I have missed having the company of a furry friend! I am very experienced in senior pet care. Large breeds also very welcome! My profile here says I have cats in the home--I actually do not! Just cannot figure out how to change that :P

Schedule
I am currently a full time student, but my schedule is very open! I typically have hour breaks in between my classes, so I have plenty of time to stay home with a critter :) My class schedule also lends me a few days off, and sometimes I just have a single hour long class a day.

I have a comfortable yard to play with a dog, and a spacious home for time inside. There are many locations for walks near me as well, with all sorts of new smells for your pet to explore!
A typical day
I love any kind of playtime with pets!!! If there is a particular kind of play your pet has the most fun doing, let me know! Otherwise, I love going on walks and a traditional game of fetch. I also like a good chase around a yard.

- I can typically account for any kind of dog with any special issues. In my dog's last years of life, he required much special care, which has taught me a lot. I feel like there is not much I cannot handle, nor anything I get icked out by! Just let me know beforehand what to expect :)
