About: I've taken care of multiple dogs throughout my life and I've owned up to 3 dogs at once. I understand what it means to have a family member taken care of the right way. About: As long as I have lived I have been surrounded by pets of all kinds. Namely cats and dogs, but also guinea pigs, ferrets, chinchillas, snakes, hamsters, fish, and others. Even since moving out I still regularly care for my friends and families pets. This was my first time booking with her, and she went above and beyond to ease my worries by sending me daily photos and text updates, which meant so much to me. Everything went perfectly while I was away. On top of that, my flight home was delayed for several hours and I wasn’t able to pick Owen up until after 10 PM. I felt terrible, but Florence was incredibly kind and reassuring, letting me know everything was completely fine. Owen was clearly well cared for, happy, and comfortable. I am so grateful for Florence’s communication, patience, and genuine care.
