“All of her pictures were super cute! She did great taking care of our two cats and was very receptive to my unnecessarily long information/to-do list 😂”

About: Experienced lifelong animal lover offering reliable, dedicated pet care. Having personally cared for a wide variety of animals—including dogs, cats, rabbits, and livestock—I understand the unique needs and temperaments of different pets. I bring patience, strong empathy, and attentive, playful energy to ensure your pets feel safe, active, and comfortable while you're away. I work in the mornings and I'm off on the evenings. If you like me to stay at your home I can do that too, I've done it before with my aunt's and cousin's cat I have a kitty on my own, her name is Velvette. I wake up at 5am to get myself ready for work, before I leave around 6:30am I feed her tuna, and pour some of her dry food in another bowl. When I come back I give her treats, play with her, she follows me around and then we lay together in bed and then 10am I feed her tuna again

“Savannah was great! She took wonderful care of my cats, was very communicative, and kept me updated while I was away. I felt at ease knowing my cats were in good hands. I highly recommend her!”

“Thank you Jeana for taking care of our furry friends! Jeana checked in and provided pictures each time she came over to take care of the dogs. She was very kind and pleasant and I know my dogs were well taken care of.”

“Evgeniia did a great job taking care of my cat Butters! He's always nervous when meeting a new sitter but she was patient with him. She also helped out by bringing a package inside for me.”

“Shakoya was absolutely amazing! She took great care of my dog and made the whole experience stress free. My flight was delayed, and she was incredibly accommodating and flexible, which I truly appreciated. She kept me updated, was easy to communicate with, and it was clear my dog was well cared for and comfortable. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and understanding pet sitter. Thank you again, Shakoya!”

“Katherine is consistently reliable and has gotten to know our cats’ personalities so well. We never worry about them while we are gone, knowing she is taking great care of them.”

“Emily (and her hubby) were great! They always arrived right on the requested time and provided great visit notes and pictures. She was also super communicative and understanding - especially while trying to figure out visit times around the holidays.”

“Maria is fantastic! Super friendly and understanding, easy to work with, and highly reliable to take care of my old dog. It's taken a huge weight off my shoulders to know I can count on her. Highly recommend and so grateful for her help!”

“Love the photos and how Sarah cared for our kitties. Excellent responsiveness and great care was taken with our home while we were away. Thank you!!”

“We feel so lucky to have found Brandi to care for our kitty! She clearly loves what she does and provided excellent communication and regular photos. 😻 We could definitely tell a difference from other pet sitters, because when we came home, our sweet boy was well-groomed (he won’t let just anyone near him with the furminator comb, haha!) and seemed relaxed. In addition, the litter box was immaculate. In the past, we’ve arrived home to find him stressed and mangy-looking. When your pet is truly a member of your family, you hope to find someone who will love on him when you are away— Brandi did just that!”

“I was so grateful for Sara! I was out of town staying with a friend and she was able to go over and take care of my sweet girl Olive. It was so convenient and Sara did a great job! Thank you so much for making my trip even more enjoyable and without having to worry about my dog.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Pineville
Diya was fantastic: She was ontime and followed instructions to the letter. After she took care of our 9 and a half y/o cat and locked the house, the cleaning lady came to do her weekly chores and inadvertently locked the cat somewhere in the house and she couldn’t use the litter box or eat dry food from the dispenser. In panic, contacted Diya and she made sn emergency trip to the house to let Dina out of the locked room. A heartfelt thanks do Diya!

This was my first time finding a sitter and someone we trusted to take care of our cats while we were out of town. Rover and Cerys made me feel at ease and the process very easy. Cerys was wonderful! She took very good care of my fur babies, she kept in communication the whole time. She sent pictures and played with my babies. I even ran out of cat food and she able to pick up more for me. I highly recommend Cerys! We will be booking with her again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely phenomenal pet sitter! We had the best experience with Mya! She was incredibly communicative from start to finish, sent plenty of updates, and treated our sweet little guy with so much love and care. She was flexible, accommodating, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We felt so at ease knowing our baby was in such great hands. We will definitely be using her again! Highly, highly recommend!

Mallory was amazing. First time user, so I accidentally setup my request incorrectly, Mallory happily corrected it as I needed. She’s was great, on time and followed instructions. Mitts was very pleased with her services and we look forward to booking with Mallory again in the future. She really came through last minute before my trip and could not ask for a better sitter.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
